Always a positive experience when you visit Dr Michaels. The staff are all very welcoming and attentive and the treatment and advice provided is always first class.

Exceptional customer service throughout. The whole team of staff in the clinic play their part in the 5* service. I had hygienist Jasmin for a clean and I have to say she is the best I have had. Shes so attentive and I had a couple of issues with a tooth which she went through and dealt with straight away explaining how it can be avoided and leaving with nice clean teeth. 100% recommend to anybody for any dental requirements!

Exceptional Dental Experience with Dr. Nithin and Dr. Khalid!

I just visited the best dental clinic in Dubai and had an incredible experience!
Dr. Nithin performed two wisdom teeth removals flawlessly, resulting in zero downtime. His expertise and professional approach made the procedure completely painless and stress-free. I was amazed by the level of care and reassurance I received throughout the entire process.

Additionally, Dr. Khalid successfully completed two cavity fillings for me, which went extremely well. His precision and skill were evident, and the entire process was quick and comfortable. Dr. Khalid's is very kind and understanding making it a truly pleasant experience.

What took me to Dr Michaels was a vague memory of a gentle and thorough treatment by Dr. Jasmin Kavakeb during the covid days.

And boy my visit this second time around was an irreversible event. I am now a firm believer in Dr. Jasmin’s continued excellence, skill and holistic/humanistic approach towards her patients.

I would like to characterize this indelible imprint in 3 main points:

1- Great listener and consultant - Dr. Jasmin listens patiently and attentively to you and ensures she meets your concerns

2- Hard worker- i have not seen a doctor in my life working as hard with her tools for over an hour as Doc Kavakeb - she was on a mission and she worked hard. And it was the end of the day already - wonder what her energy is like in the AMs

3- Communicator and Consoler: Dr was not silent and inanimate but actively communicated and encouraged (very kind) through the process

But if you want one take away - it is “hard work, honesty and commitment”. I saw it.

Totally unprofessional. The clinic called me twice to confirm. I arrived five minutes early, but they made me wait 40 minutes after my appointment. Nobody updated me or apologized that it would take longer. I had to go to the receptionist, who informed the dentist that I was still waiting. After 40 minutes, they said they would still make me wait—no respect for people’s time. I’ll be traveling for two weeks. I had to change my meetings and work responsibilities to accommodate the appointment. I stayed in the office late to clear myself for the appointment. I lost family time, and I’ll be away from them for two weeks. I'm leaving tomorrow

Hygienist Marina Crisma is amazing! She took her time to clean my teeth and pays attention to small details (which I really like when I go for my appointments). I also brought my 2 young daughters and she was wonderful with them and turned their teeth sparkly

Dr Amir is the best dentist out there!
Managed to fit me in for a full TX plan in a fortnight I had four upper veneers gum lazer treatment and bridge work. He is just outstanding, he also plays the best music in the clinic to make you feel like you are somewhere else! I have personally worked in dentistry for 7 years and he’s the best I have come across, can’t wait for my next visit. Total specialist in his field.

Very good clinic. First, they tried to help me and booked me an appointment the same day as I called because I had an emergency. The doctor that treat me (Dr. Kavita) and her assistant were extremely nice and helpful, they gave me zero pain and reassured with every fear that I had. Last but not least the girls at the reception are very welcoming with positive vibes. I suggest this clinic.

I have been a client of Dr. Michael’s Dental Clinic for over 5 years. Having experience all sorts of treatments starting from whitening, regular hygiene, implants, etc I must truly say that this clinic has proven to be nothing but exceptional. In my family the women tend to lose their teeth at a certain age which I think it is something to do with hormonal or genetic. I know my mum lost hers a bit earlier than me. My mum had an old implant but it was impeccable that you would never knew that it was not her own teeth until you are told.

I had an appointment with the hygienist and then the dentist. The hygienist was incredible and did a great job. I then was supposed to have my appointment with the dentist. After waiting 40 minutes the dentist never showed. They have very high prices and I assumed they would have good service but they do not. Avoid them, there are many other options for dentists in Dubai which are better and less costly. They appear to be very disorganized organization and don’t value customers.

Dr. Terry is a super orthodontist! He always makes sure to give his patients the best possible treatment using the latest technologies. I highly recommend him for any orthodontic case; from the simple to the more complex ones, Dr. Terry sure has a solution for every case!

I visit Dr Michael’s Dental Clinic every month for the invisalign check up with Dr. Terry Wak. I’m more than satisfied with Dr. Wak’s work! He’s very gentel, and will explain to you all the step you’ll go through in a clear way. Ask for Dr. Wak at the clinic if you have an orthodontic issue.

I usually don't write reviews, but I just couldn't keep this to myself. I have many insecurities, but my smile is not one of them; thanks to Dr. Terry Wak. He is a very friendly orthodontist and an expert at what he does. Everyone at the clinic is very professional and welcoming. If anything ever happened to my teeth in the future, I know Dr. Michael's Dental Clinic is the best clinic to visit.

Dr. Michael's Dental Clinic is one of the best in Dubai. I got crowns and veneers fixed by Dr Henrik and also recently had my teeth whitened by hygienist Martina. All in all a very good experience. The entire staff right from the receptionists, baristas to the dentists are super friendly and courteous. Booking an appointment with them is very simple and straightforward.

I owe my newfound confidence to Dr. Amir Hadjhamou, who transformed my smile and the way I look simply by fixing my crooked and unaligned teeth. The way he pays attention to detail and the intricacies of cosmetic dentistry is laudable. I got implants and veneers done by him, and they look as good as natural. I was very specific from the very outset that I wanted a natural look and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Dr Amir's body of work is admirable, and anyone looking to restore their set of teeth and give new life to them should make a dash for Dr. Michael's Dental Clinic. They have some of the best dentists in Dubai hands down.

I did my braces at the clinic and they over charged me. Their prices are insane not only that but when the dentist removed my braces and put my permanent retainer she did not stick it well which caused my teeth to shift and the retainer broke almost a week or two after. So 24k went down the drain. Another instance I went to the clinic for a cavity filling and they booked me at the children's clinic and made me wait for 30 minutes (although I had a scheduled appointment). The dentist proceeded to tell me i had a cavity on almost every one of my back teeth and it would cost 14,980 dhs to get everything fixed and did not fill my cavity and charged me 600 for a "consultation" which I didn't book. I went to 3 other clinics and each of them X-Rayed my teeth and told me I only had one cavity (which I tried to get filled at dr michaels but instead got a consultation). Terrible clinic.

I took my 3 kids who are 3,7 and 9 years old to D Michael pediatric dental clinic, being a resident in Dubai for 40 years, this is by far the best dental clinic for kids I have ever visited. Not only the doctors are great, but also the staff. Very friendly yet a professional service. I can't thank Dr. Racha enough for her amazing work. She is not only light handed and professional but also so nice and patient dealing with the kids, specially difficult ones like my 7 years
old daughter who doesn't like dentists visits at all.

If there is one thing they can do better, it would be reducing their prices as they charge much more than other clinics in Dubai.

I had both my daughters visit Dr Michaels Dental Clinic. Good service but extremely expensive.more than double the cost of other good orthodontist and dentist in Dubai. They also provide misinformation about insurance reimbursement claims. Be aware that Medical insurance that normally covers 80% of dental only covers about 25% of Dr Michaels rates.

Horrible experience. For one small stain if one canine I was just charged 350 usd as self pay by doing unnecessary array of panoramic and FOUR (one stain on one canine which wasn’t even a cavity!) bitewing X-rays. This was all after a wait for 20 mins from appointment time and the dentist justifying the wait by saying she waits similarly or even longer when she goes to a medical doctor like myself. I run my own chain of medical and dental clinics in another country and we never allow such an array unwarranted tests and investigations. Shockingly unethical!

I had an awesome, five star-worthy experience at Dr. Michael's Dental Clinic with hygienist Kimberley Bembury. She was very gentle yet thorough in cleaning my teeth, I did not feel any pain at all! Will definitely recommend her.:)

I have been there for a consultation for my 3 yr old son. They have done only a fluoride treatment and Xray and charged 700dhs. In that 400 is only for consultation. This is horrible and while I checked before going to that clinic they replied as 200 aed for consultation. I have decided to never ever go there.it should be reasonable while charging fees. I would recommend to go to any other dental clinics there they are charging only 50aed for consultation and treatment cost also very cheap.

Had a great time to the clinic with Hygienist Raheleh for cleaning my teeth, first time to experience the airflow treatment and feels better than the usual cleaning, plus she is very gentle: D. Overall happy patient! Will come again next time: D

I love coming to Dr Michael’s- the staff are friendly and welcoming and the clinic is super family orientated- there’s even a garden and always fresh fruits to help yourself to. It was a pleasure having my teeth cleaned by the hygienist, Kimberley Bembury. She explained proper tooth care and provided referral to the dentist who was able to assist too.

Been a patient here for many years, it was never cheap but I was happy with the treatment. However after the outragous amount they charged my wife today for our children's check up I called them and got an apathetic response. None of us will ever be back.

Update: credit where it's due I've had a call back from Dr Marwan (who was not the dentist who saw my kids). He was professional, got his point across and listened to mine and offered a partial refund which has been now made. I was not happy with the service administered and charged for but I can't fault Dr Marwan for how he has responded.

We met with Dr. Imneet a few days ago, lovely Dr and very professional treatment overall. I can't recommend them highly enough. Best dental clinic in Dubai that's for sure, and I've been to a few that were just way below standards, Dr. Micheal's is the best!

The skill level of the docotors especially children dentists are very good, the reception I feel needs some renovation, with old sofas and old kids magazines, bananas they put at the reception over ripped it showes some need to pay attention to the hygiene. I noticed two things with this clinic, the first is that money comes first I feel there is focus on how to get the best out of the patients, example, young kids need to be put on gas to ease the job, it cost 950 dirhams, if u have two jobs u can finish within a day they will finish only one, so u can come again and pay another 950 dirham.when I did ask the docotor to finish the other theeth, she claimed the baby is distracted and cannot take another job, few minutes later she proposed to perform overall cleaning which will take more time to finish and create more discomfort to the baby.

The second remark is that their charges are astronomically high.
In conclusion I find that the focus on monetary gain deprives the service from the human aspect that is the base of medicine the well being of the customers and consideration of their budget shall be reasonably taken into consideration. Apart from that the jobs performed are satisfactory. Dr. Micheal clinic is a good brand that needs to align its bsuiness strategy for longer branding establishment.

Visit there just 2 days ago. Dr. Imneet was great, she really knows how to deal with kiddos, very professional and gentle. The staffs were good too. Very responsive to enquiries and will get back to you asap. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

If there were an option to rate zero stars, then I would have. Not only was my experience at Dr Michael's Dental Clinic utterly disappointing and unpleasant, it permanently damaged my tooth. It was as follows:

1. My mouth was kept wide open for FOUR continuous hours, during which I had to wait for 2 different staff to alternate doing dental work. While I understand dental work necessitates an exposed oral cavity, keeping a patient's mouth open for that long resulted in soreness and discomfort.

2. For a simple cleaning procedure, Dr Reema administered THREE anesthetic injections! I have been to dentists before, and have never encountered cleaning requiring anesthesia.

3. The cherry on top was courtesy of Dr Lina who has managed to chip the inside of a tooth, permanently blocking a nerve root path. I have since been receiving [better] treatment at a different dental clinic and my dentist said her error cannot be undone or even repaired. This could be grounds for legal action, by the way.

While the complications to my tooth cannot be repaired, the least I could do is report the incompetence I have suffered through in this clinic. Zero stars.

I had been recommended to see Dr. Imneet for my eight year old son. The entire experience can be briefed as professional, skilful and child caring. Each step and information was well presented and detailed. As a parent, I felt assured that my child is in the right hands. My son doesn't usually agree with the idea of going to a hospital or clinic as he is very scared of the whole environment, but to our surprise, he really enjoyed his time with Dr. Imneet.
