Paid 500 AED for a 2 minutes consultation when I was in pain and nothing was literally done to help me. Not sure how the dentist was able to figure out what was my issue in less than a minute. The diagnosis turned out wrong, as I went to another dentist and was given the needed treatment. I was really surprised as that was my 1st visit and deff. The last one.

Just did my root canal treatment with Dr. Kavita…. She is the one! Outstanding!

I visited Dr. Michaels Jumeirah branch for the first time for a root canal, lets just say am usually very afraid of going to the dentist due to past bad experiences from different dentists. I had my root canal with Dr. Kavita, I didn't know what to expect as I have heard horror stories about root canal procedures, but Dr, Kavitha was the best. She was very attentive and professional and the procedure with her was totally painless. I would very much recommend her. Thank you Dr. Kavitha

I went back months later for a crown and fillings with Dr. Sarel, absolutely amazing experience. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind too. The procedures were done extremely well, no pain during or after the procedure. My crown was fitted perfectly, I cant tell the difference, it feels real. I would absolutely recommend him. I've had a phobia of dentists as long as I can remember which continued well into adulthood. All that changed after coming to Dr. Michael's and meeting Dr. Thomas whose been exceptional. I recently had 2 extractions done plus a root canal. As much as I was initially apprehensive about getting these treatments done, Dr. Thomas put me at ease with absolutely minimal discomfort. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an awesome dentist, he is your guy.

I had to get a tooth extraction as the filling had broken and I was in excruciating pain. Dr Murat calmed my nerves within no time and ensured that the procedure went painlessly. The entire episode was handled very well by the Doctor and his assistant. I recommend them for their calming attitude, kindness and time spent to make the patient feel at ease.

I visited Dr Michael's Dental clinic for emergency treatment from an accident requiring two urgent fillings. I saw Dr Emaan, who provided the best high quality care for a patient. She explained the ongoing treatment I would need and the urgent treatment to get, she was very kind and sympathetic to me in my time of pain. I would recommend anyone to go and get Dental work from her as she is simply fantastic. Words can not express my gratitude for my smile! She gives the best dental advice, if your scared of dentists like I am, no need to be with Dr Emaan your in safe hands!

I am seeing Dr Soulaf and Prof Rima for various treatments. I qualified and worked as a hospital dental surgeon in the UK and now work as a medical doctor, so I recognise a great dental clinic when I see one! I am highly impressed with all aspects of the professional care and facilities at Dr Michael's. Prof Rima and Dr Soulaf have been superb. The reception staff are warm, friendly, genuinely care and communicate very well. The environment and equipment are high spec, modern and comfortable. I very firmly recommend them to you. You will not be disappointed!

I needed root canal therapy but my tooth was difficult to get numb because it was infected. After two failed attempts by different dentists I was so scared and desperate. Dr Jasmin is so gentle and I did not feel anything. They are quite expensive but for me def worth it:)

Dr. Thomas Lyth is a godsend. Such a gentle, calm, respectful, and perfectionist doctor. You can't get anyone better.

From the beginning of making my appointment to receiving professional dentistry from Dr Eman who was a absolutely fantastic. I came out with a big smile and extremely happy. Very positive and excellent professional staff.

I recently had orthodontics done by Dr. Teertha at Jumeirah Branch, and looking back on the treatment I received I have to reluctantly admit that I am disappointed with how the treatment went. Before I continue with this review I would just like to preface it by mentioning that myself, and my family, have attended Dr Michael's for many years and I am generally happy with the ordinary dental treatment we have there. This review regards orthodontics only.

When I initially started looking into braces, I was recommended to use Dr Teertha. I asked for the Damon system of braces specifically mentioning it. All seemed to be going well, but when I had the braces put on I didn't not realise at first that I had not received the Damon braces but ordinary ceramic braces. Okay, fine. Not the end of the world although I had the suspicion that I had been deliberately ignored for the sake of the dentist's convinience.

I completed the ceramic braces treatment and at the end I was very unhappy and I refused to sign the form stating that the treatment was over. My teeth were still quite crooked. Not only that, but Dr Teertha had reshaped some of my teeth with a mixture of bonding and shaving off rough edges. She did not do this properly, leaving my front teeth looking very unequal. The top right front tooth looked absolutely perfect, but then she did not do the left one. I have no idea why. On the next visit, when I asked her if this could be rectified and she said, "that's not my job, " but then did not refer me to anyone who could do it.

Because I had refused to sign the form stating I was happy with the treatment, I was kindly offered a complementary course of Invisalign braces. I refused to have the awful ceramic braces put back on. I accepted the Invisalign and that treatment went relatively well, apart from the fact that it did not correct the problems with the upper right side of my teeth. Dr Teertha also failed to shave enough off one of my front teeth for it to move into it's correct place fully.

On finishing this treatment, I was given retainers that were so painful that they were unwearable. I could not sleep with them in my mouth. I asked for them to be remade. Dr Teertha remade the top one, but not the bottom one. I ended up throwing them both in the bin. Now my teeth have moved back slightly and I'm looking for a new orthodontist in Dubai to fix the problems properly this time.

This whole experience has put me off the clinic so much I don't even want to go back for a check up. My advice would be to use this clinic for dental health related matters only but avoid having braces here. Though, I must add, that my sister had good results with Dr. Maysoon. She did not, however, have full orthodontics, just some general cosmetic corrections.

Do not under any circumstances pay for a long-term treatment in full upfront.
