I’ve lived in Dubai for seven years and I’ve seen more doctors than I care to admit to and been disappointed by many of them for a number of reasons. Some have been very professional but with an awful bedside manner and some have had a great bedside manner but sorely lacked on the professional front. Rarely do you find someone that excels in both areas…but Dr Reuter somehow manages to do it. In fact, in all my years of meeting people I’ve rarely encountered anyone so empathetic but direct at the same time. She really helped me. Anyway, if you have a skin issue start by going to see her first. She understands that what’s beneath the skin also needs to be addressed too. Plus the ladies at reception were a step above most receptions in Dubai. A credit to the place! A gushing review I know, but some people are just good at what they do. Hope this review helps you!

I regularly visit Dr. Dora for my skin issues. I am utterly delighted and satisfied with her expertise. She has a wealth of information related to skin care and does not hesitate to share it with her clients. My scars have dramatically improved with the continuous RF microneedling procedures. Could not rave enough about Reuter's Clinic- specifically the laser treatment by the lovely Caroline! I am more than one month post my 6x under-arm laser hair removal treatment (6 sessions spread across 7 months- total 5mins per session) and am extremely happy with the results! With naturally darker hairs, I faced no issues throughout and saw results immediately after the first session. Around the 4th session, reaction was neutralized (as by then alot of the underarm area had reacted well to the treatment) and by the 6th session, all was gone and I had a light, smooth result. Reuters Clinic has the safest and most advance technology/system for laser hair removal and Caroline is simply AMAZING! She is incredibly skilled/knowledgeable and made it as much of a pain-free & highly effective experience possible. She is super kind and welcomed me each time with her wonderful positive energy, answering all my questions thoroughly and clearing any doubts I initially had. 5 weeks since my last and final session, zero re-growth and just as smooth and light as after the session! I visited Dr Reuter at her clinic today with a strange ‘mole’ I was worrying about - and she was brilliant. I had asked on Facebook which dermatologist I should go to for the best treatment and Dr Reuter came incredibly highly recommended on the Mum’s groups I’m in and she was mentioned by a lot of Mums, so I chose her. I was not disappointed! I would absolutely recommend her and will go back for further check ups with her in the future. The reception staff were also very kind and helpful.

Dr Reuters and her staff are very professional - from booking the appointment, confirming, cancelling and changing the appointment and then having the consultation, everything was very smooth. Dr Helge Schmitz is excellent, we see him today for my mom follow up appointment he gave us all the time we needed to understand the situation and what is needed to fix it. A professional with an awesome personality.

I am very much impressed with their hair laser removal machine - SPLENDOR X (Lumenis). It gives a long term result compared to the other machines that I have tried from another place. And not only that, Caroline the laser therapist was very professional and very approachable. You may wonder why I know the name of their machine so well, it is because after 2 weeks during my first trial after my hair still continious to fall off and thats why I got curious and ask Caroline about it. I'm glad to have the sessions with them and I highy recommend it for those wants to experience an effective hair laser removal treatment.

Very professional and a lovely nature. Great advice and guided me to ensure I didn’t have unnecessary treatment. Mole mapping around 1000 AED is vital to identify problems. The largest and most changing mole is not the worst I have a small dark mole that I can’t see on my back area is the most troublesome. Everyone should do this and doctor Reuter provides an excellent knowledgeable and highly skilled experience.

I found out about Dr. Reuter from the group on Facebook. After having few negative experiences with the doctors from Emirates hospital in Dubai who couldn’t help with the issues, I decided to try this one. Based on my first visit, the clinic seems to be nice and clean, well equipped. Dr Reuter is very pleasant, seems to be knowledgeable. She attended to all my concerns and prescribed a treatment which I’m yet to see work.
