Very bad organization for appointments, I got appointments 15 days before now I’m here 1 hour waiting for doctor simin

Dr Simin is second to none in all aspects, she’s expert in her field, she’s kind, she’s listening carefully and answers all your concerns one by one. Despite some dermatologists, she never push you using cosmetics interventions such as filler, botox, thread lifting or hundreds of other treatments, she just advises on what you really need. I recently diagnosed with rare complicated skin disease, she explained every details patiently, and gave me some helpful tips in that regards. I not only recommend her, I will never go to other doctors from no on.

Expect a long waiting time but all so worth it. Dr. Simin is honest, won’t oversell and above all truly knowledgeable

Huge time waster. Do not respect her patient time at all. It takes at least 6 weeks to get an appointment and when you show up on time she still manages to be super super late. I thought that it was because she likes to take her time with her patient so I took an appointment early morning. Long story short, I waited 45 mins and left because I had to get to work + I realized that she was prioritizing sales rep over paying patient with appointment.

It was my 3rd and last appointment with her.

Still gave her 2 stars because she has been helpful (and late at every appointment) before, but I can't stand someone who doesn't respect people's time.

I respect Dr simin much, her personality Is awesome but their clinic manage ment doesn't care about other people time at all, you appointment maybe delayed houers with no propper answer

Terribly unorganized. Appointments are set but they’re not adhered to so you end up waiting long after your appointment time has passed. I used to frequent her for laser hair removal and found her extremely unfriendly and on some levels - racist. As a young girl in her early 20s at the time, I probably didn’t know better but now that I think of it I definitely think she prefers patients who spend more and is rude/racist to the ones who spend less and not worthy of her time. I genuinely think she does this to dissuade these people from returning for her services - which I eventually did.

Please spend your money elsewhere!

Went to this place for a LHR consultation, the center looks clean and the technician doing the treatment is very nice knowledgeable and friendly. They are using Cynosure machine with cold air cooling
Two wavelengths Alex 755 and 1064 ND YAG

They are a bit pricy compared to other clinics using the same machine and with staff that are as qualified.

They done have any packages however they will charge you less if you buy multiple sessions at once.

Dr simin is the best i trust nobody but her. I come all the way from AD to get treated by her magical hands
