Not a good or even ok experience. Patient comfort and care didn't seem top of mind.

I was pushed for an extraction for a tough to reach cavity while I wanted to explore other options - I asked for a filling or root canal and failing all else then explore extraction. Feeling unheard as the patient, I chose not to go back.

Dr Sirajuddin has been treating me for close to three decades and I have never felt the need to go any other dentist!

Dr. Shaistha is amazing orthodontist. Very good with childrens and even adults. She is empathetic to the concerns of the patient. She explain process of treatment very well. Highly recommended doctor. Other staff members are polite and helpful.

I visited Sherin, the Physiotherapist at Dr Sirajudeen Medical Centre, for my shoulder pain and took some sessions from her. Found her to be very professional and sincere. She tries to understand the root problem and give the treatment which best suits the condition. I found the treatment very effective and would highly recommend Sherin.

I really appreciate the service provided by the staff in the hospital. Befor i approach your hospital i went to rashid hospital and i gone through a very bad experience and i reported a complaint to dha about the staff behaviour about that hospital. But when i reach here and from the first staff ie who opened me the door to the last staff helped me to pay the bill give me a wonderfull service. Specially the doctoe (vijay) orto specialist he supported me very much and i got a very good experience from him.
I also need to appreciate staffs supriya, sneha and the nurses their doing a wonderfull job. I really appreciate all the team and keep going with this service.

It was way beyond than the treatment i had received from a different clinic visited at the same day.

I have always come to your center for my baby’s consultation but it seems that this center doesn’t respect the walk in patients. They are behaving as if we are coming here for free consultation. I always have to wait for 2 hours before the doctor call us for consultation. Even though I always come here for consulting my baby they don’t give respect that we are regular visitors to the same doctor. Even if I request the reception that the baby is hungry and that to allow us inside she will rudely say to leave. I don’t understand that why walk-in patients are treated in such way here. Really disappointed. Dr. Nasreen you have todo something about this as this is not fair. Even today I am here waiting for our turn from the last one hour. Really frustrating

We have been visiting this Clinic from last few years and till now we have a very good experience. Doctors, Staff all are supportive. I called to get an appointment with a dentist in the morning. I was informed that they were booked and only walkins. A min later they call back and ask me to come at 3: 30 for dr Bobin Mac Mohan. They usually take a long time to register you when you go there each time. So I reached early at 3: 15 pm and the guy in the registration counter checked me in. Then I waited. I waited and I waited. I could hear the dr and nurses laughing and eating. I was told that a new dr had joined in from Mumbai. And I waited. At 4 pm I checked with the receptionist and was told that their system was down and so they could not login. All the while I can hear people laughing and joking inside. At 410 I told the receptionist that I had had enough and was leaving. Immediately I was told that the dr would see me now. I walked out. If this is the level of professionalism then they will soon loose people. There are a lot of clinics in dubai. So Dr. Sirajuddin you have lost a client. Not that you care. You guys can go on enjoy your cakes and joke around.

Doctors are amazing but I had a bad experience with the reception desk this morning.due to which my appointment was missed and another patient was entertained at my appointment.

Am expecting a return call from the owner or manager Sanal to discuss further.

I had my braces treatment done by Dr Karthik Jayakumar and I am now wearing retainers. He is a very skilled doctor with a friendly personality. He also kept me well informed on all the procedures I was going through which helped me stay calm during the appointments. I am extremely satisfied with the results and totally recommend it!

Not only have I had appointments with Dr Karthik but also with Dr Roy. He had done my wisdom tooth extraction and even though I was extremely scared of the pain, he kept me well informed and procedures went really well. He also recommended pills that would help ease the pain later.

I had consulted Dr. Vijay Verma for my patella dislocation when I had a fall and had serious injury to both my ankles. Dr. Vijay Verma treated me very well without creating panic and doing unnecesary tests. His approach was clear and his approach was thoroughly professional.
