It’s been 4 weeks to install 1 AC and maintain the other ACS, till now they didn’t finish, everyday I have to follow with them

My neighbor told me to take this service for cleaning and I took it and it was good cleaning services provided by them for my shop AC.

My old ac was giving me a lot of problems for a long time as I live in Dubai I tried every ac repair company here but I wasted my time and money, a week ago someone recommended them I called them for services they came I was expecting the same as others did to me but it turned out differently this time they were very professional and highly experienced they did a outclass and satisfactory job repairing my ac, their service was easy and fast and reliable. Both on the phone and in person, these men are nice. Very pleased with both the AC repair work they completed and the care they provided for the ACs.working diligently to quickly identify the best solution.

It is extremely bad company I have ever met. They do not know their profession. They hire other company people. After the work, AC still have the same problems as before. They do not come to repair.other control they took the money not returning at all. They by this way and that to keep you waiting for them and eating time and energy.
The main issues is their company boss is not responsible for the customer. They tried deny their mistake this way and that.

They did the wrong work for my AC and they removed my working parts from the AC. And they charged the money for this.
The worst of all. The " boss " did not listen to the customer complaints, on the contrary, he me keep on talking continuously to disturb the mind of the customer.mentally torturing them.
I am suffering from them until today.
So whoever deal with them it will be a hell
They are not worth one rating. They are not worth one rating but for the review I have to.can you imagine if some one took your money and did the wrong job. Like you have head pain they treat your stomach. They even can not diagnose the problems in the AC. It is not cooling at all.and you paid money for it.
It is extremely bad especially for some professional work they can not do. But in order to get some money they say other parts problem. After they did the work the same problem still there. But they do not return the money.

I am shocked to see these reviews of an extremely unprofessional, unethical and crooked company!
We allocated this company to repair our A. C. They did a totally wrong job and replaced perfectly working parts and could not detect the real problem. After their work, we paid the money in full. We requested them to rectify it but never returned. We suffered more than 10 days in the hot weather without the A. C. Finally we got it repaired by another company. This company is a crook. They are not capable of repairing A. C. If you don't want problems, please be away from them. Please note that all the good reviews written here seem to be their friends and own people. Even a one star is not worth for them!

I live in a villa with 6 outdoor AC units. 2 of them were not working properly which resulted in warm temperature in 3 of our bedrooms, I called this company and they reassured me that the problem was servicing the units and changing a capacitor, which I promptly agreed to do and, unfortunately, naively paid for. To make a long story short, 3 weeks later I paid these guys AED 2600 (and they had the courage to ask for more along the way) for their incompetence and AC still not working! I have asked for a refund but they answered that they had carried out their work, never mind that my AC still hasn't been fixed! I will report this to the local authorities and will not rest until these people get what they deserve. Should be ZERO stars with a red flag warning!

Response time was incredibly fast! The problem with the air conditioner was fully explained to me and was corrected in a flash of time.
