Extremely bad response. They don't reply to any messages and emails. Staff Soumya absolutely irresponsible. Late deliveries and unreliable

It's unfortunate to leave this comment for an organisation that is trying to deliver quality service. Reason I have to leave a feedback is so senior management is aware what is affecting the service, loss of business and fix it accordingly.
This is the second time we ordered from Dreamer but they cannot commit to their promised delivery time and failed 10 times before they eventually delivered the items.
When delivered, all the shirts got wrong sleeve measurements. We returned the items for fixing, again back to same loop of false promises of delivering everyday but unable to finish the job. Still waiting for the shirts. Please ensure you are taking orders that you can deliver and have your service team to commit to the time that they can adhere to.
Expecting a management response and to fix our issue ASAP to have our order delivered.

Management has resolved the problem, we certainly will give another try as we do support local business.

Great work Jiben and Sabu. We believed in dreamer services so placed orders again and got a good service. Service delivery timings has to be improved though. Changing from 2- 4 star.

Very bad company we can say. No any ethics & professionalism. One of the worst companies ever. Board of directors & top managing people are worst. Cannot recommend any one this place.

Worst company. No proper organization.not at all professional here, cant trust anyone here.very poor in all ways.no even manners to keep their words.
