I have visited dubai fee months back and really no idea to get a car and good service.then this guy Asad he is wonderful person.very professional and active in respond.i really apriciate his efforts and the way he deals with clients.hats off.and thank you making me comfortable being in dubai.

Very good company, thanks to the employees for leading us towards it. We mixed up the airport and flew to Al Maktoum and the car was supposed to be picked up at Dubai airport. For a very small fee they delivered the car to us at the airport. Very fast. I’ll update my review later, but the first impression is very good; handing over the car and filling out the documents was done right in the airport parking lot, which is very convenient

First time using this Company having come to dubai every year. I have to say they did an excellent job sorting a lovely car for us. Really nice guy called Nadeem Khan contacted me before my flight to confirm the booking. He was on time and met me and the family at the terminal and took us to our brand new, clean car. He completed all paperwork and took the deposit and payment within 15 mins and we set off on our way.

The price of this hire was entirely reasonable but the level of customer service shown by Nadeem Khan was amazing. He went above and beyond. We will definitely use this company again and recommend to family and friends.

A good fleet of cars, excellent service from the first call to the office and ending with the return of the car. The girl Yasmin is a wonderful manager. She helped with the choice of a car and promptly answered any questions throughout the rental period. Loyalty, efficiency, flexibility and expertise of the company and their employees are the main motives for choosing them again and again! I recommend everyone to use their services!

DRIVUS is somewhere I’ve been renting since the past 1 year. Their service is AMAZING. Especially Kamran! He is one of the sweetest guys and gives amazing customer service. They have good fleet of cars which are all in great condition and regularly serviced. Their rates are also one of the best in the market.

Fake, their company is not even registered in Dubai economic department i don't know how they are doing business in Dubai, May be they wanna collect our deposit and run away.

Don't rent for these lotters they are making scam here in dubai.many people get scammed and did not get their deposit back! Staff is rude and non welcoming.they're just in rush to grab your deposits and then no response!

What a scam in dubai, they're not register in dubai and renting cars here to scam people for deposit.never recommend lotter in dubai.

Awesome service, good cars, they took care of everything rapidly letting me enjoying the car with zero problems

It was a very good experience specially in terms how much the staff was helpful, I had to extend and it wasnt a problem, they sent me the car to my hotel (i took it for a month so not sure if this service is available for everyone or for monthly rent only) and even when i returned the car i returned it very late at night and they found a solution to make it happen and to make my life easier.also i would say while dealing with them I didnt feel that they only want my money, like other companies do, they were just there to make my life easy

I didn't get any car due to unavailability of cars, but the overall initial engagement process was good.

Informed them about the car rental next day by 9 30 AM in the evening about 8 PM. The car i had booked was not available at 9 30 AM. They arranged an upgraded car and made sure the commitment is fulfilled and replaced after 2 days. Very professional and the deposit placed was refunded with out any hasslesor follow up into my bank. Cars were well maintained and the staff was very understanding to arrange it for an emergency. Kudos to Team Drivus and wish them all the very best:).
