Disappointement started from the moment i have stepped in the clinic. Zero service, Zero manner by the receptionist. Ended up leaving before even seeing the doctor

Dr. Marna gave me and my wife the best cleaning I’ve had in years. It was painless, educational, and a very pleasant experience. We’ve been to two other dentists but this is our home now. See you in six months!

My children both see Dr Bahia who is excellent! Very informative takes the time to explain all the equipment and what she is going to do to make the kids feel at ease. She is passionate about her job and really cares about the well-being of the kids and their teeth. It’s very rare to find someone who really cares and has a vested interest by aiming for the best results. I highly recommend!

Dr Marc is an amazing dentist. My 11 year old boy was very nervous before the root canal procedure and Dr was so good that my son did not feel any pain at all. He kept on reassuring my child and myself explaining every step of the procedure. We are very lucky to have been in his care and I could only be strongly recommending you to see Dr Marc for any dental treatment.

Please get a second opinion from any other dentist before doing anything here. I had a filling come out and they said I needed a route cannel and would cost 11,500 I did not feel right as I saw no broken tooth on xray. I then took Xray to two other dentist who both assured me tooth was not broken and that all I needed was new filling 450 aed. This place is just trying to take advantage of your health benifits and looking g for a mo eye grab doing unnecessary surgery!

Dr Johnny El Helou is amazing. It was a difficult tooth repair but he is the best specialist I have ever experienced. This guy knows his stuff and put me at ease with my anxieties. We flew to Dubai for this work and I'm glad I made the trip. The whole staff at this place were all great. Thank you! Thank you!

Brilliant service. Dr Hendrik was excellent and took me through what was quite a daunting procedure, cleaning out the muck under my gums (specialist periodontics to be technical), with minimal discomfort. Even after a few days my gums look better and are growing back where they had receded. I should now be able to keep my own teeth. I highly recommend the procedure to those who might need it and also Dr Hendrik who is passionate about how unnecessary teeth loss can be avoided. Highly recommended.

I tremendously enjoyed my experience with Dr Hendrik de Waal. He is an exceptionally professional and talented periodontist, explaining all aspects of the procedure and making me feel completely at ease throughout my session. He is very friendly, and takes his time to get to know his patients instead of jumping right into it. My gums and teeth were in great hands. If you are searching for a periodontist, I strongly recommend Dr. Hendrik.

I've been seeing Dr Hendrik De Waal for 1.5 years to look after my gum health, and I couldn't be happier with the level of care I'm receiving. Dr. Hendrik's knowledge and kindness are second to none and I highly recommend him and his nurse Rachel who is so sweet and kind as well.

I would give zero star. Dr Johnny is extremely rude. Show off and marketing. Insisted to get veneers for something really simple. Insisted that I already had veneers when I got fillings done. Also, bragging about his dentistry field and apparently doesn’t do basic dentistry. Horrible experience.

As much as I appreciate great doctors here (especially Dr. Edyta Izabela thanks to whom I’m still a patient at “Dr. Nicolas and Asp”), the whole admin disorganization, poor customer service, damaged equipment and plenty of other things that we’ve let slide for too long is just beyond disappointing! On 23rd July I and my husband arrived at the Jumeirah branch. I specifically asked to call the doctor and inform that my husband is here ready to be admitted (only my appointment was in the system because there was sine issue in their system last time I went, so we just put my name as agreed with doctor). I said clearly at arrival: “please call the doctor to say that Aga and her husband are here, doctor is already expecting him”. I went for my appointment, and when I left neariy 50 minutes later, my husband was still not admitted because the receptionist man never called the doctor, as I specifically asked! We as patients are not allowed to come to the room obviously, if we are not asked to come inside - so I am literally shocked, AGAIN how this place is still functioning with such incompetent staff. This is another situation when I left the clinic frustrated and having no words for things happening there, literally. So this time I decided to share it here and inform other people! The receptionist never apologized, as a side note - instead, he was telling me how he misunderstood us… My husband already moved to another clinic.

Rasha the receptionist was very professional and polite she knows how to welcome people and doing her best to be helpful. Dr.rita the pediatric dentist super it was my 3.6 years old daughter 1st visit to a dentist she is expert on how to deal wth kids she jas patient and tolerance with kids.we did alot of stiff xray and my daughter has 3 tooth decay.she cleaned her teeth and made 2 dental filling.thanks doctor

Dr. Mohammed Zayed Pediatric Dentist is very good, patient and understanding.
My two years old son was nervously crying, but the doctor was very calm, patient and supportive as well.

Great checkup for my two kids by Dr. Rita. She was very gentle and explained every step along the way. Both kids were very comfortable and not afraid.

Took my 3 boys here for a check up and cleaning. Would highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful staff. We saw Dr Mohammad Zayed he is an excellent pediatrician, great with children.

I have been lucky enough to have Dr Ghadir Atout for my implant. She was excellent. I would highly recommend her. Never any pain or feeling uncomfortable after any work that I've had done.
I have also seen Dr Chadi El Sioufi who again, was excellent. He redone a root canal for me.
Lastly, I've just been to see Dr Kurek and was also very good. My teeth are sparkling again.
I'm very happy to recommend anyone to Nicholas and Asp Jumeirah. Thank you for making visiting the dentist bearable.

I have recently tried Dr Nicolas &Asp for a root canal treatment. The whole staff from the receptionist Ms Rasha to the check out staff are so professional and helpful. Thanks to Dr Johny who swiftly and professionally explained my dental issues.and a big big thank you to Dr Marc who made a one hour root canal operstion seem so smooth and fun. Excellent doctors and staff, excellent treatment with great care.

Dr Hendrik de Waal has been one of the best dentist experiences ever. I’ve been having gum issues for few months and couldn’t stop the bleeding, so my teeth gradually got more sensitive and swollen. In my search of a periodontist, I decided to visit Dr Hendrik who has been super attentive and professional throughout the treatment. I was able to continue my daily life after each treatment and he was checking on me regularly during the week. Highly recommended

Dr Mohamed Zayed has treated both my girls with an amazing approach that has surprised me how he made them like their visit to the dentist and are not panicing or afraid at all.
He is so transparent and explains in details with the parent the treatment plan with all options and best approach to the case from his prospective.

I brought my 7 years old daughter to this clinic Dr. Mohammed Zayed. He is really the best kids dentist! He knows how to convince young children to do difficult treatments and he does a perfect job.
I would recommend him to any one has children and would like to visit a dentist.

Dr Isabella is a very good dentist. My wife and I have been trusted her for 5 years now. She gives you the right diagnostic and do not push you to do more than what you need.
The reception staff is friendly, smily and helpful.

I just had a root canal done by Dr. Chadi El Sioufi and although everyone warned me about the pain, i didnt feel a thing, if u ever need a laughing fun root canal Dr Chadi at Dr. Nicolas & Asp is the man at their Jumeriah branch.

Dr Chadi Jumeriah branch very disappointed with the service. I did RCT no proper instructions dentist gave. I was o. Horrible pain for
3 days didn’t even prescribed analgesic nor informed about the pain which too severe unbearable. Went to reputed clinic so get d good service when they don’t give proper instructions information what’s the use. Soon after the treatment dentist was busy in playing chess game in mobile. We need to ask what’s next what il b d procedure when to book appointment

Date: 7 August from Drs Nicolas patient relationship someone contacted me after my first review it’s good to know you value patients feed back. I called d clinic LIC helpline as still I was no unbearable pain hot slight fever, swelling on left face and ear and explained to Helpline executive so can contact or call back after communicating with my initial dentist Dr Janusz he treated well before so I can speak or can visit the dentist. I got a call from helpline stating I need to visit dentist wants to have a check so need to come to the clinic. I booked and got the appointment for evening to my surprise dentist didn’t even had a single check on tooth he just asked me what’s the symptoms and I asked it’s normal to have this sought of pain that too 3 days of RCT he said it happens and informed him I took pain killer still it’s same every 4 hours pain increases shooting pain he told he will give antibiotics for five days twice a day and just gave the prescription without the diagnosis and didn’t even tell reason why that pain, didn’t check at least to see RCT is fine if it’s just talking they would have done over the call and sent prescription via my email. When I went to pharmacy as no diagnosis u paid for it. I work in medical claim insurance imagine provider behaves this way that too paying high charges. The way you explain and care the patient matters not the wall paper wording where you say we care and know your rights
Just want to do my treatment and don’t want continue with Nicolas

I give this rating to Dr. Janusz Kurek at the Jumeirah branch, he is a model profesional, excellent at his work. I am greatly satisfy with all the dental work done. Kudos Dr. Kurek!

13 Feb 2021 – extremely disappointing experience at Drs. Nicolas & Asp.
Inspite of inquiring with the receptionist & dentist (Dr. Daniel) AND receiving confirmation that my treatment was fully covered by my insurance, I was presented a bill of AED471.04 AFTER the treatment. Their reason – copay which I should ‘know’. There was no accountability taken that both (ir) responsible employees did not inform me inspite of asking. Instead, Dr Anita M Nair (although not present during this fiasco) has made biased uninformed claims that ‘all protocols have been followed at our ends’ and ‘the patient made a scene at the Reception and accused everyone and refused to pay”. Red alert for those hapless potential patients intending to visit this clinic.

Terrible customer service.made to wait 30 minutes without anyone notifying that the doctor wasn’t even there.

Doctor was great, Reception was disappointing, not so kind, and accommodating to customers, like robots, only looking at the computers in front of them. Then they said the system was down. The waiting time before and after appointment was way more time consuming, than the doctor's appointment itself. First time to come to this branch, and all i saw was customer complaining here and there.don't know if i will ever come back again even if our preferred doctor is there.

To charge nearly Aed1200 for a 30min visit that involved a single simple filling and 2x X-rays plus a very brief general look around, picking at a single tooth is beyond ridiculous. What a rip off.

Find a good dentist in Dubai with European quality standards is not easy. I came here for teeth cleaning and polishing, and it was very well done, both from an attitude and quality prospective. Dr. Izabela in the main branch on Jumeirah Road.

Really poor and disappointing customer experience. I had booked for an appointment at 6pm at the Jumeirah 3 branch. I called as a courtesy saying I’d be 10 minutes late and I was told it’s noted and ok. 2 minutes later I get a call saying that the doctor has an “emergency” so he needed to reschedule.we all have bad days and long days or cases that we don’t want to be late to an important personal appointment, I can understand that but don’t LIE to your customers please!
