My first visit to Drs. Nicolas & Asp - Marina Walk was great. Dr. Esra who actually treats periodontal (gum). I was unsure of my issue but it was either the gum or teeth. Dr. Esra took her time and made me feel very comfortable and the little pain and discomfort she numb the area to ensure that I was comfortable. After my exam my issue was referred to Dr. Chadi El Sioufi. The care Dr. Esra provided to ensure that I was comfortable and not experiencing pain. She also ensure that I was scheduled the next follow day to get my issue resolved with Dr. Chadi. I would recommend this dental office.

I would like to highly recommend physiotherapist Nagham. I was referred to her after receiving a trauma on my thumb. She is very dedicated, knowledgable. She explains what is happening with the body and why we need to treat it this way or another. After each session I had an improvement, within several weeks she restored my ability to move thumb again.
I could not recommend her more - she is a fantastic professional.

I visited Dr Hendrik last Sunday.

As usual treatment is the best I ever experienced.

As a surprise, I learnt that he is made redundant…

I am so disappointed as in entire UAE he is the only one using EMS Tower Airflow from Switzerland which is amazing.

While trying to make my last appointment, I was told that they would call me back as Dr Hendrik’s agenda was not visible… As nobody called back? I contacted you again and you proposed other doctors… while asking if they would also use the EMS Tower airflow they could not give me an answer. So unprofessional…

I know that the others will not be using EMS as the Tower belongs to Dr Hendrik.

Why not informing your loyal customers? Why hiding all these informations and proposing treatments to your clients which will definitely not be the same rather than promoting this very special feature in order to attract new customers?

So so disappointed and seriously consider to find another clinic.

BTW maybe better to concentrate on your wifi which is never working!

Is this the way your new management is going to treat us? Hiding? Telling us nonsense?

Worst experience ever, I had a severe reaction while cleaning my teeth with a swollen face and noone would care about anything all what they said we can send you by taxi to our other clinic to get you checked. Inhuman treatment and very disappointing

When I came to Dubai, I was looking for a good orthodontist, I looked everywhere for information and read many reviews for different clinics and doctors. My friend recommended Drs. Nicolas and Asp.clinic to me, coming here I never regret. If you want to get braces, then Dr. Stephanie is the right person for you. I have been her patient for a year and a half and today I have already had retainers installed after removing the braces. Everything was painless and well defined.
Clinic is very clean and neat, staff is very friendly and helpful, Marina Walk location is just Perfect.

If you are not a fan of visiting the dentist, these guys make the process 100% pain free and you come away with the feeling you’ve just met some truly nice people, who have formidable talents and quite obviously love what they do! Dr. Aranas was polite and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend him! The office staff are also patient friendly and polite and very helpful!

They cancelled my appointment 1 day before, and I had waited quite a long time for that appointment (more than 10 days), for rescheduling, they said I have to wait another 2 weeks.

This place in my mind was considered "premium", however when you have to wait one month for a teeth cleaning it just tells you that there is nothing premium about it.

Found a great dentist that booked me in same day elsewhere and got a much better treatment. Typical high marketing/ low quality place in my opinion.

Few days ago my sons tooth was extracted by dr. Shehab! Very bad experience, very painful! My son was shocked! Anesthesia? Do he knows that? Very very bad experience! Patient shouldn’t feel that pain!

For the second time in two weeks my appointment has been canceled just the day before. Asked to speak to a manager who was always busy after 2calls to chase told I would be called back. Did not happen. This practice used to be 5 star clearly there is something wrong now so customers beware.

I went to for a crown, while Dr. Sashi was grinding the molar she also decided to cut the inside of my cheek and all my flesh came out ina bleeding burst, she was in a hurry at the end but by no means this should have happend, so bad.

Dr. Barry is one of the very few doctors in the UAE who will always genuinely advise the patients of what they really need rather than making money out of them. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Simply the best!

Before the consultation, I called the clinic to make sure my insurance covered the services I wanna use. Well, they said it is. So I go to the clinic right away knowing that it is covered. In the reception, they said the same, that they accept my insurance. I was assured that it was fully covered and that the client had pre-approval from the insurance. First of all Completely misleading communication with the doctor. I was advised that I have a direct hernia just because I said I am scared it can be a hernia but also the doctor make this decision because he touches my stomach and non-scanning option. Here is the very interesting part! After going ahead meeting with a doctor I was informed that I have to pay for the consultation. It’s a Robbery clinic. Be warned!

4 months in severe pain after meeting Dr. George Shoukry.
One of the worst experiences in my life
I first visited the clinicin April for normal tooth pain and ended up in more than 12 sessions for one tooth, it started with normal filling to the root canal. Unfortunately the pain he caused me and the poor advice that was always late and always come after the sessions. For example, the Dr will work and when he is done he will advise different pressure that he will not mention in the first place which is painful, very costly, and time-consuming, I used my fully dental insurance twice at the clinic plus I paid more than 6K and the problem is still there. My advice thinks twice before you choose your dentist. Not everyone is reliable and trustworthy. I am very disappointed and still in pain.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Sarah over the last couple of weeks - and all I can say is I wish I had come to her sooner. She’s extremely gentle, and takes extreme care of her patients. Very few dentists operate with a mentality of trying their level best to save a patients teeth rather than taking the easy way out of recommending an extraction or an rct - but she’s one of them.

Had I not been moving out of dubai, I would definitely have redone most of my previous dental work with her.

Hopefully I’ll be back to visit her soon.

I was advised that I should have a baby tooth extracted. After the consultation I emphasized that I would only go ahead with the extraction if the implant was covered by my insurance. I was assured that it was fully covered and that the client had per-approval from the insurance. After going ahead with the extraction I was informed that actually the implant was only partly covered. Completely misleading communication. Now I am left without a tooth. Be warned!

Fantastic experience with Dr Barry. He doesn't rush you, clearly explains everything you need to know and more! Learned more in 1 visit than I have my whole life visiting dentists annually in the UK. Reception team were also great.

I rarely write positive reviews, but I have been seen by few doctors throughout the years, The receptionists are always on the ball and very efficient, the nurses, especially Nurse Marina is very knowledgeable and attentive. Recently I have been seen Dr Wael, very thorough and easy to talk too, especially he listens.physiotherapist Sheetal has been very good working on my leg and helping improving, special mention for Dr Atanas, a credit to his profession, he spent long time to explain why I should take some medicines, how can i improve, very human approach, highly recommended.

Normally I don’t like going to the dentist, just the fact to get an injection in my gums and I am frozen.but with the doctor Stella and her nurse, I didn’t feel anything while doing the injection and so while doing the teeth treatments/fillings. Good advices were also given to me for future treatments.so well done to the team. I ll be back soon then.

Last week my appointment was at 2: 00 Pm I came at 1: 45 pm before 15 mins and I’ve waited a little then I found someone is getting inside to the doctor and they didn’t care about me as my appointment at 2 I asked the stuff they say the kids were before and doing their teeth and they need 1 hour I told why you booked my appointment at 2 if you have a client. You should respect people times and I was very angry and didn’t say anything sorry or anything! And I go without returning back.

Front desk response is poor. Especially following up on insurance approvals. Also, i have questions about the dentist Stella professionalism!

Its true they want to hook you in recommending treatments that you dont need. Called them to do teeth whitening and they are trying to sell me other treatments that I dont need.

Its been 2 months and no1 could help me with the pain im just an experiment. Dr. Chadi is the only one who’s trying his best but again he specializes in the while root canal therapy.the actual dentists are trying things! I went back to my dentist in a different clinic.

I had a bad experience with Jumeirah branch admin staff. They gave me an invoice for an amount but charged my card with higher amount (250 aed). I discovered it by mistake after 10 days. And when i asked for explanation and i should take my money back. They refused and tried to fool me that the employee made a mistake on the system. I dont recommend at all. Util now this is the best branch of Drs. Nicolas & Asp in terms of hospitality and service. I was 15 minutes late and Katie Taylor was kind enough to let me in for my Dental cleaning appointment.i have really sensitive teeth, but with her i didn’t experience any discomfort?

Very unprofessional stuff, I tried to get information about my insurance and I didn't get end up paying for my visit. Prices are over high for their service. People on reception dont have clue, still waiting to get my reports although I asked them 3 times for it. My doctor is not working anymore there they didn't inform me or recommend another one. Very disappointed. I gave two stars because my doctor was good for clinic I would say one.

Not sure why there's so many bad reviews. Staff are always nice and ask about my progress with braces. Had my teeth completely transformed from yellow and full of cavities to literal sparkling white in a 1 hour appointment.

My dentist for the past 3 yrs, they are exceptionally good - staff always call to check if I'm arriving for my appointments I get constant reminders and the dentist himself is a star.

Went in to see Dr. Charlotte Botros at the Marina clinic for an examination and other procedures. Very professional, precise and great to deal with. If you are looking for an up to date and expert dentist in Dubai, Dr Charlotte Botros is highly recommended.

Worst place ever! They didn’t care about how much pain my mother was in. Only interested in making money. They messed up her case and in the end my mother had to go to another dentist. On top of everything when we asked for her X-rays and medical treatment records (which we paid for) they were difficult about it and did not give it. I was looking forward to do a filling but the Dr.insisted not to & forced me to do a root canal. Even though I had the filling on my tooth for over a year.

Very expensive place. Consultation is 550 alone. Waited for an hour before doctor saw me and I had confirmed appointment.

Dr Charlotte was horrible ruined my tooth - I walked in fine and came out in pain for the next weeks after a filling I agree with the guy below avoid!
