Good medical services however the reception lady with the long hair is so sour that it makes you feel unwelcomed.

Interaction with her is as though I owe her my first born.

This in itself has made me prefer to go to their other branches as the receptionist there are much friendlier and helpful.

I have been seeing Dr Nagham (physio) for issues with my shoulders for the last few weeks. Her approach has been thorough and comprehensive and I have seen a vast improvement and am almost back to full fitness. Would definitely recommend her for any physiological problems you may have

He had a very professional approach to patient care, always made me feel at ease and even managed to make me laugh whilst having dentistry which is a definite win! Dr Theresa got to the “root” of the problem…. My son needs to have a meeting with his tooth brush and introduce himself. Let’s see in 6 months how that relationship is working out

Dr. Eduard explained various pre and post treatment plans. He also made it to a point that he communicated every step of the procedure whilst checking up on how I felt.
He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions with outmost care, professionalism and sincerity.

I had a broken file inside my tooth during a root canal operation done in a different clinic…3 other doctors tried to remove it with no success…till I reached Dr Marc Habib in Nicolas & Asp who was able to remove it in one session!

Please get a second opinion from any other dentist before doing anything with Drs. Nicolas & Asp. I had a filling come out and they said I needed a route cannel and would cost 11,500 I did not feel right as I saw no broken tooth on xray. I then took Xray to two other dentist who both assured me tooth was not broken and that all I needed was new filling 450 aed. This place is just trying to take advantage of your health benifits and looking g for a mo eye grab doing unnecessary surgery!

Dr. Zafer was the best doctor in my opinion. He engaged with us a lot and made the patent feel comfortable I would 100% recommend for you try him out.

Unfortunately after visiting this clinic where I had a simple filling, recommended by the doctor, I’ve got serious problem with the same tooth which was quoted at over 3000 AED and its with discount as good gesture…

My name is John F and I recently had the pleasure of attending this excellent dental practice for the first time. I’m not one to usually review services, however the treatment and genuinely superb interaction with my new found amazing dentist ZINA SHOAIB and equally efficient and warm hygienist HADJER BLIDI left me in no doubt I had to make the effort and praise them at the highest level. If you are not a fan of visiting the dentist, these guys make the process 100% pain free and you come away with the feeling you’ve just met some truly nice people, who have formidable talents and quite obviously love what they do! So, 10 out of 10 in every way for this personable practice and thank you, thank you, thank you ZENA for taking such good care of me and save to HADJER for a faultless visit. Bowled over and highly recommend. See you again ladies. Hopefully not too soon.

Dr Theresa is amazing. My children love visiting her. She speaks to them like little adults and explains all her procedures but keeps it so child friendly.

Dr. Mazen did a great job with my daughters treatment. It was pleasure working with him. Highly recommend him, he is focused on what the patient wants and what is the best option to fulfill that.

My 8-year-old old just got his tooth extracted by Dr Thereasa Al Haddad today. She was gentle, patient and explained every step along the way. We left the clinic with smiles and giggles. He insisted on giving her a 5-star rating and I couldn't agree more:) I would highly recommend her to anyone with kids who will ask questions, will demand seeing all the tools used before the dentist uses them and who might find it scary to go to dentists - she will handle it nicely.

Today experience with Dr Zafer Azizi was absolutely amazing. I never thought a visit to the dentist can be so smooth and painless.

With my youngest daughter history of bad experience at dentist, Dr Zafer had made all her nightmares go away, and she is in love with the dentist again.

It’s was seriously a very painless experience, to the fact the my daughter asked for the second tooth to be extracted at the same time.

Worst experience ever! I got a call that my request is approved and to come for my appointement, came on time to tell me, that i didnt get approval despite they called me and i had to leave work to come for the appointement, this is so disrespecting to people's time and so unproffesional, they didnt even call back to apologize after i left.

I had a seamless experience of routine cleaning with Nicola. I hadn't gotten it done in quite some time and had a decent build up so I was expecting it to be quite painful. Nicole was super gentle but thorough. They also got the pre-approval from my insurance etc before my appointment making it a super convenient visit.

Dr Marc Habib was great with my recent root canal. Made me feel very comfortable during the procedure always checking on me. Thank you Doctor!

Dr Theresa is amazing and handled very well my 7 year old daughter who is petrified of doctors and fixed a cavity with no problem up and zero drama. Connected very quickly with her and spoke in a very calming yet not condensing way.
I also took my son to her for a simple extraction that went very well and very fast.

When my son first came to see Dr. Mazen his teeth were so badly twisted and irregular due to his small jaw size we were certain that he would have had to some teeth removed to make room. On the contrary, Dr. Mazen managed to completely straighten them with no extraction and a perfect outcome. An amazing transformation.

If i could give you 6 stars i would! I recently had to have a root canal. Scary i know! Dr Stella Orfanoudaki was AMAZING! I had no pain during or even after the prosedure. I had a very pleasant experience at the springs souk clinic. I went for a general checkup and my doctor was Dr. Khasha Ilbak, and he was extremely professional and detailed in his approach. He carefully reviewed my records, did the necessary screenings and X-ray, then provided me with a very comprehensive report.he was able to catch two small yet tricky issues, that if I ignored, the problems will be bigger and more painful.
