Worst customer service ever and follow up, and the problem is the management not the poor staff! Let alone you can never talk to their management except when it’s time to renew maintenance contract
Worst customer service and follow up.i have been following up continuously for a week to get a quotation for the water heater replacement. Whenever you call, they will say you will get the quotation in an hour and nothing happens after that.
I am not happy they charge me for a AC controller double of the Amount. Which mean 100 for visit 235 for controller. Then why asking for 100. I can buy controller in 120. LOL. Poor service Maintenance supervisor shouldn't charge his Amount
They keep fixing my AC systems for the last 4 months, and there is always extra to do two weeks later.always come late / wrong time, no measurement equipment and sorry - very poor English, sometimes impossible to know what they want.
Always want to get a signature and run away from site asap
One of the best companies for any kind of maintenance work, got their maintenance contract for my villa, and the job they did was simply outstanding, from servicing the ACs to fixing the drainage issues, everything that required maintenance was done by their team in a very timely manner. Completely took care of extra little things also that werent in the contract, so totally worth the price.
Very poor service and expensive service providers. Always want to do an AMC for the properties they have poorly built and requires routine maintenance.
Update: even after unsubscribing from this service, they send us reciepts and reports of work completed in our house that NEVER happened! And they are charging us! They went from a bad chaotic service to robbery!
I wish we can rate this 0! DO NOT subscribe or waste your time! This is the worst yet an expensive service. I was able to do the same jobs for 1/3 the price they asked for.
They lost payments and asked us to prove we paid, even though they have a system with saved receipts! So everytime I need to spend time getting them receipts as proof.
Our AC broke and they kept promising to fix it for 1 month! Before we gave up and fixed it somewhere else.
The worst customer service I have experienced EVER! Incompetent staff. And the quality of the work is below average, we had a water issue which they fixed 3 times and it kept breaking after a month and we had to repay.
Not a customer oriented and very poor services.every time you call, the only answer is "we will let you know when the technician is available. " but nobody gets back to you.
Very rude management, read the contracts properly, almost all repairs are excluded. Very superficial maintenance, we had so many issues with AC not working and leaking despite their maintenance. We replaced 3 units because they said they were broken and we keep having issues even after they replaced them. The only positive note is the response time which is ok on weekdays
