Very bad service
They take money for new item and giving old items so beware also from duplicates product from them and also in new product they removing orignal accessories from it.
If we complain there owner Mr shamnad very bad behaviour with my staff even they beat my staff when he goes to complain them.
Specially don't deal with this complain.
May you will also cheated with them.
No staff coordination and very bad response in irrespective manners.
They don't value there customers as they react was they alone have showroom in the market.
I request all to make together complain against this company so they will not try to this cheating me with any other customers.

Went to DSR to upgrade the RAM in my laptop. Special thanks to Altaf who completed the task. And even cleaned up my laptop. They provided excellent service. Thanks DSR

Utterly disappointing and unprofessional company. They require payment on time but when it comes to their commitment to release the item on given date they fail miserably.

Very poor customer service, they don't treat customers with respect and they waste their time. Don't shop here ever!

If there an option to give zero rating, I wish to put that. Shipped fake and non standard product to us. My agent asked many times and they confirmed products are genuine. Don't choose them. I never review usually, but I have to do it for this guy.
