Ordered them for home moving and storage services. In general happy with the service. Some staff came under different visa therefore community management delayed their entry and made me submit another NOC in order to let them in. Apart from this and some timing discrepancies I would definitely recommend this company, they way of packing is nice and they tag things properly. I believe good value for money and quick response. Thank you team:)

Used their services to relocate our goods from Dubai to India, our move was handled smooth, it took close to 5 weeks to recieve our goods and even the customs clearance was handled effortlessly, we did select DTD after consulting with atleast 10 companies, we do not regret our decision and certainly recommend DTD worldwide.thanks to Mr Mario and Mr Bharat for their support.

For our recent relocation, DTD Worldwide provided us impeccable service start to finish. The sending side team arranged packaging, pick-up, export documents and shipment, whereas the UAE team arranged all customs clearance formalities, delivered the items to our apartment in Dubai, assembled the furniture, all went super smooth at every stage of the process with regular updates and all necessary support. Thank you all Team DTD! This was indeed one of the best service experiences in my memory.

Not A Reliable Company. At first we thought DTD had done a good job with our delivery - that was before it took five months for our shipment to be delivered! The company they contracted the US portion of the delivery may have been to blame, but if you're shipping things to the US, ask them NOT to use Universal Relocations.
The really suspicious thing was that our Persian carpet somehow went missing. The US movers say that DTD never loaded it on the container. DTD said since the value listed for two carpets was $1,000, the value of both MUST be $500 each, and then offered us $360. We refused to accept this lowball offer. We had hoped that DTD would investigate how the carpet came to be "lost" - but they did not seem to be interested in finding out what actually happened to our carpet. Since we are no longer in Dubai, it was very difficult to pursue this matter. I have lodged a complaint with Dubai's Customer's Right's Department as well as Dubai Police.
The lesson we learned from this is to bite the bullet and go with a reputable company, even if it costs much more. By trying to save money, in using a cheaper mover, we ended up losing a carpet that had been in our home for over twenty years, and which was probably worth thousands of dollars. (Does anyone think that an Iranian carpet that cost $1,000 in 2000 would be worth $500 in 2022?) Another lesson - get everything appraised before letting anyone move your belongings and make sure to list it at full replacement value.

Used DTD to deliver our hotel furniture, we had a task of furnishing 150 hotel rooms and we had imported high end furniture from Germany and Turkey, DTD gave us exceptional carpenters who worked tirelessly for a period of 15 days to install the furniture, we thank and recommend DTD for their valuable support and service.
