Never park your car more than 1hr even if you buy the most expensive stuff there they’ll charge you for additional hours

Today we visited to du office and than went to buy socks, I have been carried my bag and water bottle in it. I took three pears of sock and went to pay the counter, I paid the bill. The security his name is Alex, asking me about the water, I said this is my water, I brought from outside. The security with very rude saying me what is the prove of it, this is your water, where is stiker on it.they supposed to say before it, well we enter, he insult us. Very poor customers service, we never go again in this mall.

The mall very good fast food outlets and the BLS passport service center. Very big supermarket and mobile shops. It’s nice place. Car parking also available

Al Khaleej Centre is conveniently located on Al Mankhool Road in Bur Dubai. It is close to Sharaf DG Metro Station, a station on the Green Line of the Dubai metro

I visit here for a few reasons namely:
They have watch shop there called time keeper and they are really good with watches and they offer services at very low price.

The BLS - passport renewal
DU OFFICE- used to come here when I was using DU. But poor service from Du made me shift to etisalat
KFC, pizza hut

We visited for PASSPORT services at BLS. Its having a food court in basement. And there are some other interesting things if you move around in Al Khaleej Center.

Very bad basement parking. Parking Management rules has found a way to loot the customers. Their parking ticket is not like a ticket. And even when parking details are with them in their system they charge 100 AED. I had a proof of being in a restaurant with the restaurant manager personally proving that I was there. Still they charged 100 AED. And on top of that they do not take card payment. They take cash with no receipt of the same. Will never go there ever again

Very calm place. The place is not crowded. Food court is good and have very good play area for kids.

Actually i went for my passport renewal process. The mall awesome. Lot of business centre inside. Including money exchange

I went there with my own application form there was a mistake of other adress in my form instead of editing they charge me 30 dhs for new application form, while in india if we have any mistake in our application forms they just edit and dont charge for anything

They need to avoid the parking fee then you will get lot of customers in this building, all the shops are empty

Best location close to metro station in the heart of city for food court. KFC and other good restaurants available in this building with seating arrangement. Indian passport service available here.

U can get mobiles in best prices and fix ur old ones as well.

If you have a problem with your mobile or laptop or want to buy a second hand devices, this is the place to go.

They don’t accept Card payment; and if the do, they will charge 3% extra

Not much of a croud.need some good brands or a big hypermarket and cafes, maybe super sale.location wise just perfect.reason to come.for no reason.just shoping and coffee

Paid parking even for customers who then have to hunt for parking in the streets. Just ridiculous. What a bad experience even before entering the mall.

Small but pleasant atmosphere.all necessary services providers are available.

Remain SAFE FROM C19 by social distancing and wearing MASK.

I would actually put 10 stars if possible. The worst people ever. Customer service for them is not part of their dictionary. Even the unit manager doesn't know how to behave with customer. I closed my DU phone line and said good riddens! They are trying their best to spoil the image of dubai. Every organisation in dubai is so professional and helpful and respect its customers DU seems to be from a different planet. First time in my 21 years in dubai iam writing a negative comment for a dubai organisation.

A place where you can eat, drink, recharge your phone and do a lot of things. Many offices are also located in building including Visa counter for Indian passport holders.

Though not a big mall we have been able to had lunch in the food court and they have prepaid rides for kids which is great not to make them bored.

Not exactly the mall that delivers everything you need. Half of the spaces are empty. But what's left of it is decently run.

They have many options for visitors, like I able to grab DU network sim while my visit to Dubai

Food option are less. Cleanliness was well maintained specially in this situation. It was nice.

The small du branch over there is way better and a lot more helpful than the big branches in Dubai mall and mall of the Emirates, they will resolve any issues you may have in record timing.
Would definitely recommend.

No supported path for wheelchair or baby stroller.
Stairs at the entrance of mall/office building is strange in 2021. I had to lift the stroller and climb stairs

Any electronics want to buy from red apple plus electronics on mezzanine floor
And for haircut the best guy valteino saloon on the ground floor.

Small but well maintained. Ideally located near Fahidi metro station but somehow see shops closing down. Mall authorities need to do some serious thinking.

Good place to buy used laptops
It also house service provider for big brands like HP, Lenovo etc.

Nice place located near meena bazar, all type of restaurant, atm and Indian passport office in this center

We went for passport renewal, it's a Business centre. BSL has improved the services they made easy to renew the passport by giving appoinment which is time saver only condition you must reach there on time.

The only reason why I am a bit disappointed is they don't provide you proper information and I had so much trouble getting visa for my son.

Mostly famous because of the BLS passport renewal and other related works. Have good joints like KFC, du and also electronic repair shops. Parking is a tough task but ample of parking space is there, need to wait a bit but one will get it. Nearest metro station is Al Fahidi and exit no: 2. Its in the heart of the city and complete precautions has been taken pertaining COVID. Entrance and exit are currently different. Food court is at ground floor with disability friendly lifts.

Went to Khaleej Center to visit BLS Center. Most of the stores and food court do not open before 10am. The place is clean and security personnel take care of the current covid-19 situation.

This a shopping complex and many electronic shops and fast foods are there this is near by al Fahidi metro station dubai

Went to renew passport from BLS. A particularly harrowing experience. Be prepared to stand out in the sun if you're on time. You'll be lucky if you do get a public parking spot near the entrance.

I have visited al khaleej center today and was a very bad experience. Inexperienced staff (Burqa-name badge was not visible) passing wrong informations. Reached there at 1.14pm and left by 2.44pm without solving the request as the staff was not clear about the requirements. And i need to visit again to solve that.
Very bad experience and not valuing other's time.

Most of the malls including Deira city centre and BURJUMAN mall will give free parking for 0-2 hours.

But, in this Al khaleej center parking was not free (charge 10AED) at all during weekends also.

I saw most of this center was under renovation and shops were closed also.

But Food courts was very accessible to public and mall staff.

Completely empty by now.won't be long until the last 5-6 shops that remain also move out.

Must be horribly managed to become deserted like that in such a busy area of Dubai

This is a commercial building there are have k F C fast food exchanges du office Etisalat office and shopping centre

It was a shopping mall, but there is not that much shops for shopping, there are some food courts, which is serving McDonald's, kfc, etc and only the main thing is the mall is not crowded because of lack of shops, anyway they are maintained good hygiene here,

This malll is where u need to go to make your Indian passport.it also has Etisalat in it.parking is always a challenge.so preferably use public transport

Went there to renew passport at bls centre. Good and fast service but get all your documents copied else where and also don't forget photos. If you try to get it there. It costs 6 times more.

The new BLS centre is in here. They have a handful of fast food joints too. Plus many other shops and kiosks.

Al kaleej center is a residence com business center. Which contain some retail outlets and some famous rastaurents like KFC and McDonald's. There is du and etisalat customer services and Al Ansari exchange and many more.

Old school shopping mall, it lost all the crowd and the shops. I wonder what happened. It used to be very busy.

One stop destination for all apple product needs and small hunger bites.

Horrible service! Only 3 counters open out of 7 all day. Had to wait 2 hours for such a simple service. Plz just close down this branch because they r not doing a good job at all!

Most of the shops are in closed condition now.it has a pizza hut and KFC, Baskin Robbins which is reasonably crowded

Best place to buy used PC laptop monitor and also mobiles. Neat and clean environment not crowded area very peaceful place even KFC macdonalds also there. Al ansari Exchange also there

Supereeeb centre in bur dubai. In bur Dubai if you want to do shoping then first visit 3-4 places continue and then select. It's good. You can get there lot of good things in reasonable rates.

Unnecessarily charging people.a renew of passport is higher then the actual cost of even tatkal passport in India.people need to question what is Indian Consulate doing also there are no grievances center.if u raise voice there u are followed and watched as if u r criminal.pathetic service

Venue for gadget freaks and accessories and other amenity centres. Located in a wonderful location of Mankhool. Also includes a decent foodcourt.

Next to alfahidi metro station, the have car parking lot. Many fast food restaurants, telecommunications companies, electronics, grocery and fashion

Al Khaleej Center is the good one, I like all the centers of Dubai/UAE. This country is amazing multi cultures you can see here

Quite a small mall, not many shops. Only a few known restaurant's abound the place, viz, McDonald's, Pizza hut, KFC. Otherwise the place is dead behind right in the heart of the city.

Al Khaleej Centre is a very busy and very strategically located mall and business centre in Bur Dubai. It has a number of fast food outlets such as KFC and MacDonalds and variety of shops for all types of goods from shoes to electronics. In the vicinity you have a metro station, and every type of conceivable commercial and business and residential activity for which Dubai is famous. What it lacks in ambience, it makes up in variety and location. Worth a visit.

There's a lift for people with special needs. However, No disabled wheelchair/strollers access. Limited shops. Paid parking even for shoppers. Small food court.

It's one of the best mall in Bur Dubai which is located just 2 min walk from Al Fahidi metro station with has many Office like Du, India Passport Renewal - BLS, Amer with 3 Driving Schools, Currency Exchange, ATM, Gift shops, also there is food court like KFC, Mcdonalds, Paratha Express and Pizza hut, Baskin Robin's icecream and many more places. It's very nice
