For me it’s literally sounds like a fraud from your side.

On September 19 at 11: 51 a.m, a guy named Shabam called me from Du. He told me to change your package to mine. It will cost you 330 with VAT, so my bill has increased more than that this time. So I don't want to use doo can I be shifted back to my plan if not I want to cancel my service please cancel my service

Very bad service very bad customer service I can recommend to everybody to not use du
They charge me twice bill and I already called them like 6 times to adjust my bill, but nothing happened
Even the bill showing error in the application

I visited the so called Blu Mart and surprisingly the security management are not into DHA protocol they are just simply allowing people entering the Mart without face mask.specifically our indian brother and eutopians, nigerians, and almost african nationalites and ooh Filipino also.no wonder covid19 cases and increasing.
