The worst telecom company ever. USELESS STAFF, USELESS CALL CENTER, USELESS MANAGEMENT and Master Thieves.

Overcharged me for services i had cancelled along with that disconnected my mobile services because of the non payment of the overcharge eventhough dispute has been raised.

Zero coordination between their teams. Mobile services team advises to talk to fixed services and vice versa. So frustrated with these useless staff and their stupid procedures.

Strongly advise not to use this network!

Extremely disappointed after visiting the store. How useless the staffs are. After waiting for 90 minutes my token was called. But the attendant named Mr. Muhammed Sharjil was so poor and irresponsible. He doesn’t know how to behave. He pretended like he did something to fix my issues. Nothing was done. Successfully wasted my two hours.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt in Dubai, I have signed promotional offer since 25/08/2022 for 1,000 & they are charging us 1,300.we have been following up since 9 months & they are still working on it, if we don't pay the wrong amount they simply disconnect, I hope the higher management will know what is going on

I had a bill to pay and i have 2 numbers after i finish paying the full bill around 6000 they told me that one of my numbers is given to another customer how come and why i pay money and some one else take my number because of one year pass but they have my contact number they only call me to pay! Nothing to inform me that my number is given to other one and i am still using the WhatsApp on the number was given and when i call the number its not correct or not working so how come is with some one i need my number back its so annoying really

This is the most terrible experience in all of Dubai. Fight the first attendant to get a ticket and not get pawned off on the online help you've tried a thousand times. Then you'll wait no less than an hour, standing because there's not enough chairs, to be helped by an agent with inefficient knowledge or privilege to solve your problem. If the experience wasn't enough the first time, don't worry because you'll be back when their solution doesn't work.

Would be great if they could man all the help desks instead of leaving so many empty.

Unfortunately, I dealt with this service, unprofessional customer service, slow processing of the request and in the end to no avail. I hope that the performance of the service staff will be improved. I just wanted to make sure that the amount of the bill was received because I did not receive any email or text message confirming the implementation of the process for two days and so far I will not get any answer

I took du wifi canection 199 they promise me this is 7 days trial if you not happy then you can discanect this in 2 days I feel the wifi is not good then I tried to call customer care many times no pickup phone then I visit nearest du store alkhail gate then he informed me if you want to cancel this wifi you have to pay 200 AED and after 6 days you have to pay 600 AED
I I recamend everyone do not believe du people they are big cheater they just want to sell there products afterthat you happy you cry they don't care

Left a complaint over TWO WEEKS ago, still haven’t heard anything back from the technicians, over 10 requests to call me back - nothing happened. So I am paying for the internet that does not work and cannot even cancel it… Whoever is reading this, never use du, their service and support are terrible. Coming to their office did not help either.

Staff are very polite and helpful;
The office area is pretty big;
Went there to update the plan for my phone but the system was down for 2 times I went there, I had to visit multiple times in different days till it worked.

Today I visited du customer care main office. In my Emirates ID received 2 fine (15000aed) related to COVID 19 Abudhabi entry. But this fine recieved without my physical presence. For solving out this, I need my Emirates id linked sim official documents from du. For this purpose I came here. But unfortunately they refuse to give me this documents. Now I am in trouble because I can't prove public prosecution in Abudhabi without this document.

Very very poor service, unfortunately have been trying to renew company documents for more than a month know and no one has ever responded, have visited the store at Moe twice and they say go and upload online, when I call customer services sometimes they put me on hold saying they are transferring my call, or they say we will call you back. Our company sim is blocked now for 2 weeks we can’t make calls. We are extremely disappointed with Du

Very very poor communication/knowledge and asking too many documents even though they have all the docs uploaded in their system. Even after du agent stamps documents are ok and Original seen, application gets rejected saying unclear/missing documents.

Bad customer service experience with du. They don’t bother about customer service even. Facing service outage every few days.
I am ready to switchover to any second option if had a choice in my area.

Taken the service the second time as DMCC area is prevalent with du. Took the Business complete package from them and we have not yet received the free device that I was supposed to get from the whole package.

I followed up multiple times but no response from their team. It is extremely frustrating and just plain annoying to deal with the Du team. Still waiting for the device to be sent across.

VERY BAD. THEY CHARGE ME 7 MONTHS FOR BROADBAND EVENTHOUGH THEY DIDNT RELOCATE THE SERVICE. BE CAREFUL OF THEM. THEY ALSO RENEW CONTRACT WITHOUT PERMISSION.

If you would like mental stress and harresment in form of reminders and legal notices go with Du internet connection. I sent emails to Du to disconnect my connection and visited their customer service office but still they keep the issue open and now after i left the country 9 months ago they sent a notice for legal action asking for additional charges 340 AED while i paid the suspension charges and register a complain for 340 AED dispute same time. I have all the emails and complaint number on record and i don't mind to see you in the court also but i would warn all the new customers be cautious if you are going to avail their services.

Having called 3 different numbers I am still unable to speak to someone in the actual store that I bought my phone from. I need to get my EID back as this was not given back to me when I left the store. I am unable to get to the store for a while and need to make sure it is safe. I need some help but have found there is no help from Du?

I used telecoms companies in 14 countries and this is by far the worst telecoms provider. Lot's of fancy marketing and bad service. Overpriced, poor customer service, badly trained staff, poor systems, terrible coverage especially in build up areas where new construction blocks signals for months. Thankfully, TRA is very good with customer complaints and government is taking excellent action by increasing competition with new providers and reviewing such services proactively. Du reflects badly on Dubai and the UAE- an amazing, beautiful country and city with great visionary leadership.

السلام عليكم اكتب لكم بخصوص مشكلتي وهي اني ذهبت من ٣ اسابيع لفرع ابن بطوطه لاستخراج شريحه هيا مسبقه الدفع ومعي منذ ٤ سنوات لايحتاج استخراجها في ٥ دقايق فقالو ان هناك فاتوره وهميه وسنقوم بأرسال ايميل لإلغائها في ٢٤ ساعه ومنذ دلك الوقت الوضع كما هوا عليه ذهبت مراراوتكرارا لافائده. سالت الموظفين هل لايوجد طريقه أخرى للتواصل مع شركه دو الا هذه الطريقه اجابو
لا، ذهبت لفرع ميديا سيتي لافائده مع العلم انه ليس خطئي ، هل هذا يعقل؟ انه لايوجد طريقه مباشره للتواصل الموظفين في خدمه العملاء وحل مشاكل العملاء الا ارسال الايميلات التي لا يتم الرد عليها ابدا؟؟؟! ومع طول فتره. هل هذا يعقل ؟ لم اكن اتوقع ابدا ان يكون مستوي الخدمه بهذا التنديي

Even by mistake I never sign a contract with du. Settlement is big task, they won’t give us any written notice or sms while close the account. Still harassing to continue the service and make the payments.

All i get is - our technical team will contact you in 2 hours - and then no one does, and I later find out that they cancelled my ticket request without providing any justification. Btw my request was to solve the connection problem.du services were out since more than 2 days now without anyone addressing it. No internet no tv no landline. And I am working from home so now I am handicapped.

Worst experience with DU.
Misleading staffs- When i spoke to sales staff from DU to get new wifi connection he promised me to provide free landline set, Gift Vouchers and video calling app which i never received until now. I tried calling him after wifi was installed. He stopped responding to my calls and messages.  I raised a complaint against him and sent an email to DU customer.care@du.ae, unfortunately they were trying to cover up their sales staff. If they are not providing the said offers then why they make false promises to customer? The story doesn't end here. Within 2months my wifi services were interrupted. Wifi was not working since 5 days. I raised a complaint on 19th may, since then every day some person is visiting my house to check the wifi connection and saying 'This issue does not belong to me, i will send other person'. (I have kids at home and cannot allow people to enter my house daily during this pandemic). They took 3days just to find out a simple issue where fiber optic cable was damaged/broke. I tried calling customer service several times but they only said me they are trying to do it on urgent basis. During this pandemic we all are working from home, i was unable to send reports due to wifi problem. I begged their customer service dept and technical team to fix this issue before thursday to meet my deadlines of sending reports. Unfortunately no one fixed it. I might lose my job just because of carelessness of staffs from DU. I spoke to a senior executive on thursday afternoon and explained him about my situation. I even told him that if my wifi is not fixed by Thursday evening i will go ahead and cancel all the services and i will not be liable for and extra charges for pre closure. He agreed to it and he promised me to fix the issue once and for all by Thursday evening, even he failed he made false promise of fixing the issue. Now i am fed up and frustrated listening to their lies, i want to get rid of this once and for all, i spoke to account closing department and explained this case, they said i have to pay around Aed-1000/- to cancel services, they advised me to write an email which i did. I haven't heard from them until now. I missed the deadline just because of their carelessness. They put my job at risk. I will never ever refer any of my friends or family.

Du disconnected my phone line for no reason and I have spent hours in online chats and over the phone to reconnect without success. They set up tickets to fix then ignore the tickets. They promise action within 48 hours then nothing happens. The call centre rep told me certain tasks have to be carried out online. Their online chat regularly disconnects then you have to start up with the next agent who seemingly has no idea what you've discussed with the previous one. Having spent thousands of dhs with them I would expect at least a call back when promised. Absolutely terrible service.

Du has the perfect excuse not to work "Due to the current situation we are unable to migrate your number". Only the call center are good at Du, but that doesn't get the work done. Nor the excuses will keep them in business.

Cancelled my account months ago and still receiving charges, even after having paid 600AED to close for a Pay As You Go account, which I am sure is not supposed to incur extra charges with the new change in law. I have just received another bill for 50AED which, when I call them, say is because they couldn't send someone to close the line for another 6 days.

They have no concept of customer service! I have been waiting for my internet connection to be resolved since a week. Disappointing and unprofessional. Sent multiple emails and several phone calls. All I get is -" our technical team to call you in 2 hours".

The worst costumer service ever. We tried to cancel our home service over the phone. It did not work. Because we canceled, we could not pay the cancelation fee over the app or the website, we called customer services they tried to help but again not sure way he could not and said we have to go to one of their locations. My husband asked if me, his wife can do it. He said yes but I should have my husband ID with me. So I went to the Emirates mall location. Waited for half an hour then the person behind the desk and the manager said I can’t so with and that my husband have to come in person. Such a waste of time for people and such a bad bad training for there customer service. And such a bad bad communicators. The irony is that they are a communication company

Du mobile, they are the worst. Trying to cancel mobile plan, but they never ever let you go. They always come up with excuses and try to extend as much as possible. Also My friends cancel mobile plan, they left UAE after cancelling. They get mobile bill until now.
My friends contacted du, Du said cancellation hasn't been done. WHAT A JOKE!
I recommend people to cancel your mobile plan 1 year before you leave the country! Otherwise you will have to pay forever!

Just discovered #Du added extra services to my postpaid mobile contract without my authorization, I paying for services which I never used or requested (Data 300MB package with monthly recurring charges 50AED to my existing plan).
When called #du_call_center, they refused to open a complain to investigate how those services being activated without my knowledge, leaving me with only option which is to pay for their mistakes! Very unprofessional poor service provider with the worst customer service ever, useless call center, Manager/ supervisor is always not available in case needed for escalation, promises for call back never happened, no surprise.

Another silly & unjustified charges from #Du, while traveling International roaming usage charges is applied repeatedly (10-40 times a day as 1AED for 50Kb) EVEN if your mobile data & roaming is off! If you don’t believe that I can share a copy of my bills which show this repeated charge of 1AED for 44 times in 2 days while outside the country with mobile date off. When complained, I heard the most silly excuse in my life, quoting from the lady in call center: Sir, even when traveling wiz (with) mobile data & roaming is off charges will still applied if 4G was previously enabled before travel! Seems No one teach here that to select 3G or 4G the mobile data should be switched On in first place!

My advice to all unfortunate #Du customers who still suffering & did not move to alternative provider yet:
1. Never use your credit card for auto-payment, refund will not be possible or it will take 45 working days (in case Du admit to their mistakes)
2. Review carefully your monthly bill to make sure it is not manipulated by #Du with extra services not requested by you.
3.always test & retest your broadband/ internet line speed, my line is 32MB I found that they changed the configuration to 16MB by mistake for 2 month.

#Du your unprofessionalism way of serving & treating your customers can be written in a book with title “1000 way to screw up a client”.

Du is very worst service i buy post paid plan with iPhone, one day i have consumed all my MB data then i request to customer care for 1 GB temporary plan they upgrade my totally monthly plan 300 instead of 500 without informing.so 500 is out of my budget then i call 100 time customer car and i also visit to Du shop a lot of time in the last they degrade my plan but the said you have to pay all of pending amount which is i buy at 2 years contract plan.
And now Du tahseel calling for payment one time for the all amount i m unable to pay one time. So please avoid post paid plan.

If I could give 0 stars I would! DONT EVER TAKE A CONTRACT WITH THEM! YOU WILL BE STOLEN MONEY! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, 6 MONTHS AFTER I LEFT DUBAI THEY DONT PROPERLY CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND STILL BILLS COMING UP! BE CAREFUL!
