Beautiful showroom, clean and spacious. Very knowledgable staff. I had some minor issues with my Klipsch speaker that was quickly resolved. If I could - I would give them 10 stars for the service and help.

I have recently bought Wilson Audio SabrinaX and Gryphon Diablo 300. I am extremely happy with the purchase. As keen audiophile, after extensive research I found out that Dubai Audio offer was very attractive and convenient. I recently purchased the Klipsch R30C center speaker and RP-140SA Dolby Atmos enabled elevation speaker from Dubai audio. I'm happy with my purchase! The sound quality is absolutely amazing! The R30C center provides a clear and precise dialogue while the RP-140SA creates a realistic and immersive surround sound experience with its Dolby Atmos enabled elevation speaker. Both speakers are well-built and look great in my home theater setup. I highly recommend Dubai audio for their quality and customer service.

Making a purchase at Dubai Audio is one of the most rewarding experiences ever. The owner of the store goes through tremendous effort and dedicates a lot of time to ensure he understands your requirements (often when you don’t realize them yourself) and then presents you with options that even you were not aware of.
The numerous listening rooms within the store are setup for various equipment where one can enjoy listening and eliminating the options till you are content that what you are buying is the best for your tastes out of all the available options. We spent about 4 hours across 2 visits to decide what we liked and never once felt rushed or hurried into a decision with the owner happy to share his vast experience and knowledge from 20+ years of being in the business with us.

I bought a record player from Dubai Audio a little while ago and it was an exceptionally positive experience. I have now had many delighted hours listening to my new setup and would highly recommend this store for the following reasons:

I was given high quality advice; I was not pressured to stretch for a more expensive unit (quite the opposite actually after a long discussion of what I’m looking for) ; and most importantly I was given as much time as needed to listen to the equipment before making a decision.

Dubai audio was able to provide repair/service on my Naim amplifier, now back and running, I am very happy today.

This is world class service, many big Naim dealers in UK cannot repair themselves and rely on the factory.

All my friends who are also customers, have been supported by Dubai audio, who have always provided after sales service in a manner which leaves all their customers happy.

I am really disappointed with the after sales service. I have given sound system for repair in the month of April 2022. Initially they said a week to to update me about the issue but upon my request they checked and informed that the device is not repairable so I will get new one as it is under the warranty. And new device I supposed to get it by 28th of May. It is been two months i have not received my device neither they call and updated about the status. In fact I have contacted twice to get an update both the time they said they will check and call back which unfortunately never happened.

Bought some earphones. They can deliver also. Very helpful preceding and easy bcz they called me and asked me everything i needed. Im happy

Amir guided me through the huge range of airplay amps and had the install team to my house to setup for me. Couldn’t rate them enough!

I purchased a KS Digit speaker in Dubai airport 2 years ago and used less than one year, after which I noticed a defect. When I increase the volume up to maximum, after few minutes it shuts down by itself. I have full charge, I have no physical damage on, but the defect keeps on occuring. I restart, but no help. I fully drain the battery and recharge again, no help. I contacted the manufacturer, they refused to do anything, saying that warranty of 6 months is over. Are you serious? Who the hell now days is buying a speaker for 6 months? What's worse, they do not even offer a troubleshooting method. After one month I'll travel through Dubai airport. Hope, company will respond to me and I can return the speaker for at least repair.

If my memory serves me well, I have been a customer of Dubai Audio Center (I go to the shop in SZR: I have not been to the shop in Ibn Battuta yet) since 2008.

Over the years, there has been a few constants when dealing with the various people of the "shop", whether it is Adil/Amir/Ali or Ronald/Adam/Jude (whom I met last week during my last visit) :
1) friendliness of service,
2) helpfulness with solid advice,
3) flexibility (thank you for shipping the amp to Abu-Dhabi within 24hrs!).
I TRULY wish every shop was like Dubai Audio Center! Truly.

So if you're a crazy music enthusiast, or just like to listen to good sound/music on good quality gear/equipment, treat yourself/your ears and just stop by at the shop. You'll most likely leave with a (large) smile on your face.

From an old customer of Dubai Audio it is so good to see them developing their brand portfolio. They really do know the market so well and always gave great advice and service. Ali is one of the owners and he was very helpful when I was trying to find the best solution for my needs. He even let me change my entire system for another solution 2 days after I bought them. Overall, it was pleasant to deal with him.

I visited their showroom in Shk Zayed Road. The showroom is wonderful and has different audio rooms for different systems/setups.

The owner took is very knowledgeable and demonstrated some of the speaker systems in the audio rooms.

The best part is their after sales support. I had some trouble setting up the system and the Dubai Audio team provided full support and helped me set up the system. The Klipsch speakers are terrific! Thanks

I have lived in Dubai for over 2 decades. I purchased a Linn audio system several years ago and this company exemplifies the kind of customer service that every UAE company should strive for. It is nothing short of superlative. I've had several occasions that required follow up with my system for setup, to replace a cartridge as well as rewire a network cable and they came immediately. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable and patient. The service technicians are professional and meticulous. I highly recommend Dubai Audio to anyone who is interested in an audiophile level of equipment with the confidence of amazing support for whatever system you select.

The only place in Dubai that offers the best quality audio systems for audiophiles. The store has a high range of products from Klipsch, focal, B&W others. Ali at Dubai audio is very helpful and gives proper attention to customer needs. He wouldn't mind playing different systems to customers that would best suit their ears.

My Hi-Fi equipment journey started immediately after I got hold of four Hifi reviews magazines. Ever curious to know the latest and best in hifi world I sought out as much information as I could. However my journey into hifi equipment ownership did not take wings until I met Adil Anwar at Dubai Audio. With hardly any money in my pocket I entered his shop with much trepidation, knowing how pricey hifi equipment can be. Adil was very friendly and we discussed on various equipment and how to go about setting up hifi at home on a budget. No amount of reading magazines can substitute the real feel and sound of hifi systems. Adil showed me around various systems and made my dreams soar. I am sure if not for him I would never have been able to out a great system together. I visited him several times at four times a year and when I accumulated enough, I went and bought Sonus Faber speakers from him. My first big budget purchase! Then followed project turntable, several pairs of interconnect cables, Astell Kern Hires portable player with Audeze earphones and finally Mu-so Qb all-in-one streamer, internet radio, Bluetooth speaker etc. As I bid adieu to Dubai my one regret is I will miss Dubai Audio and more than that my great friend Adil Anwar. I can never say enough of either.

Been a customer for years, and they never failed to impress me wither with good suggestions for my system, or with an unmatched customer service that is only matched by the high end selection of brands they represent.
If you are looking for a place to start in audio, or if you are already a seasoned Audiophile, or even if you are just a home cinema enthusiast (yes they cover that too), they have got you covered. Highly recommend.

I visited the showroom they don't have the onkyo AVR I'm looking for in display I asked the sales guy how I can buy it without checking its performance. He said I can share the spects sheet!

Then I asked him about the return policy he said we don't have one nobody wants to buy an opened box!

I'm not sure how they are expecting customers to buy audio gear and make investment without listening to the performance especially these stuff don't come cheap.

I end up buying another brand.

Had visited them for repairing my onkyo receiver. It was very nice experience, they answered all my queries in most efficient way and suggested a good upgrade which was worth taking. They have premium audio accessories as well. It's going to be my fixed place for any audio related purchases.

If you need real home theater system just go there and forget what else in UAE market, I bought 5.1 home theater, they have everything for real home theater system, I bought KLIPSH speakers & SVS subwoofer, OMG my house is shaking till date.

I have visited quite a few hi-fi hi end showrooms in the UK, and find Dubai audio to be the best one I have seen. The staff are very helpful and full of knowledge. Buying hi-fi is not an every day purchase, and it is a long term relationship. We are lucky to have Dubai Audio to help us demanding audiophiles. As a Chord Electronics, Naim audio and Linn audio dealer (and many other brands), they are exemplary and I highly recommend.

Probably one of the best fitted out hi-fi shops in the world, a real gem. The owner personally catered to my requirements and left me in the listening room to audition the Focals to my hearts content. I ended up getting a DAC and some interconnects at a very good price. This outlet is a Dubai institution!

Hopeless. I am writing this review while I am in Dubai Audio. Before coming here, I was told on the phone to come and listen to the sound and here in the shop they said that they dont have anything on display. And that we cannot open the packed audio set because no one will buy it. If the audio set was not in your display centre then I should have told about the same. I asked how I am not going to listen and see the product that I would like to buy? The manager did not bothered to come down and offer any excuse. The poor admin guy kept on communicating between me and the manager.

Excellent place for audiophiles and any one who loves audio. Had a great experience from the store and very personal customer care. Walked in to check on some floor standing speakers and was treated to a great walk around through their detailed listening rooms. Auditioned some amazing speakers and trust me they have a great collection. Everyone who enjoys music must visit the store.

I love this place, an audiophile's paradise. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and the products are top notch, although many are out of reach for most people, but it's still nice to experience them and the staff are always happy to help.
