I have very bad experience in this shop, I bought cameras and lens in this shop and it was not original, please don’t buy any products from bur Dubai side especially this shop, we will not get any warranty

Worst customer service.
They don't know how to talk with customers.

They aren't replying in WhatsApp. They seen the message but they are not replying. So whats the purpose of your contacts if you aren't replying?

I use to buy and get rates for mobiles and camera. Always their price is less compared to other shop in burdubai.

Since I visit Mena Bazar for last 11 years, this is one of the best place to take digital cameras and accessories. Mr Zubair is so helpful and very friendly. Providing far better customer experience with enough patience. Loved it!

It's a good shop.
Little expensive. No warranty for selling items.
They just accept cash.

Genuine stuff at much cheaper price. Only problem i had was they sold me a Australian Market Canon. Everything was good as i bought 5 D mark 4 for 7000/- AED. The charging pins in Dubai are not compatible with Australian ones, so had to buy a multipoint to convert it. Otherwise all works fine.

Good quality products and they have a wide range of cameras to choose from. You will be spoilt for choice. However, I found them to be a touch too arrogant and lacking in customer care. They talk to you like they don't care whether you buy or not. With regard to the price, would say it is reasonable but you have to be a good one at bargaining yo get a fair deal.

Very poor after sales service, the reflector handle of Photix broke the same day I purchased while folding and and now they replied what can we do if it broke we cannot help.i am never going to visit again this shop ever for sure.

Wide range of cameras and lenses from all leading branda available here. Prices may be higher than their online site. A little bargain can bring the prices down. They always stock the sjcam and accessories here. Check the prices in adjacent shops before going there. Owner is a knowledgeable guy

Best for SJCAM and accessories. Nice prices and variety of options and products. Highly recommend.

Great prices and great service. The guys there are ready to find anything you ask for even if they don't have it in stock. Just make sure you carry extra money on you because you may find some great deals!
