Slow, rude service, a maze of poorly explained bureaucracy (all with minimal AC) - the sole reason to never, ever buy a boat in Dubai.

Worst customer service ever.
Not even worth for one star from coast guard team.
Maritime department is doing great job.

Inspection done for renewal of the boat license. Except I can’t renew because coast guard doesn’t have a tracking device available and they don’t know when they will have it. So no renewal for anyone until they receive new devices.

Very slow service although I was 2nd to be served. Coast guard clerks were more talking between them or on their mobile. I canceled my boat registration and I’ll never buy a boat in Dubai due to very poor service.

أتمنى وضع حل لموضوع النت والاتصال لاتصالات و دو. لأسف ما عرفت وين اقترح مانعرف نتواصل مع الأهل يوم ندخل البحر للعمل كصيد كنوخذة

خبرتهم على بوابة التصاريح بس يمكن مافي حل قبل كان زين فيه برجين لاتصال في جزيرة صير بني نعير بس الحينة شلو البرج والاتصال جدا ضعيف حتى مع قربنا للجزيرة

الرجاء وضع حل لأن نحن نعاني ١٠ ايام في البحر ومانقدر نتواصل مع الأهل والأصدقاء

The Coast Guard requires you to pay a AED 7000 deposit for a Transponder which you are told you get back when you transfer the registration into someone else's name.

Well no surprises here but your AED 7000 is gone, just accept it!

I spoke to the Coast Guard every week after one month of being told I would receive my deposit back, and every week I was told "next week Insha Allah"

Yes as you guessed next week is still next week Insha Allah.
