I was here since 4 i couldn't get token, there was no staff in the reception and the counter staff refusing to take even thought they have customer seems like they are usual there, really disappointed and unprofessional.

I had been to this Amer in Al Qusais and Ms. Salama Counter No 6 attended to me. Beautiful experience with this person, who is extremely patient, calm, Quick, very sweet gesture and highly helpful.

That people dont knw how to facilite customer then dont know how to talk with there customers totally poor service they are providing

Unprofessional service and you have to keep calling hundreds of times to get your work done. The employees doesn't have a sense of how to talk with their clients.

Very unprofessional, you have to wait lot of time some counter are just sitting idle even-though customer waiting, I done a travel stamp certificate there for my wife
The lady on counter mrs asiya told me that I'm going to receive it in my email and she can share throw whatsapp also Within 2 days
I waited for 7 days but nothing came
I called there reception alady name amal answered me she said talk to the lady in counter she can share it it's approved already
I talked asiya (counter lady) she said she can't send to me i have to go for immigration but when i pay she said u will recieve it in ur email
I spoke to amal (reception) she said she is going to send to my whatsapp tomorrow

Next day she didn't send anything i called her she said before 1 pm i will receive
By 2 pm I called her back she said it's approved but you should go immigration to collect it
I said my i spoke to ur manager she said he is on vacation
I ask about supervisor she said vacation
And that's it.
I can't believe really
How come they put a ppl who give this amount of wrong information? !

Worst Amer ever
I went for my visa stamp and they said urgent or normal and I paid for urgent and the employee who suppose to do it was not there and I waited for 2 hours from 8.30 to 10.30 there and he didn't show up even.then I just went to Amer in Tawar Centre next door and they made it in 10 min only for me

Save your time and go directly to Amer Tawar Centre first floor

I CALL TO ASK ABOUT SOME THING AND 1 LOCAL LADY CLOSE THE LINE ON MY FACE, LATER I CALLED 6 TIMES THE CLOSE THE LINE ON ME 15/3/2022 3: 53PM

I came this morning to inquire for the requirements, payments and procedure. As i approach the left information boot i was immediately greated by Mr Rashid Abubakar (i hope i spell it correctly for him). He was very informative, well mannered, soft spoken and helpful. Keep it up Mr. Abubakar i truly appreciate your kindness help.

Very bad experience with him I make company with him and evry moment I face problems and to much tantion

Not good experience being they don't understand what and which counter problem will be resolved.

I don't normally write a review on the places I visited but AMER and all the people who work there deserved it!

And giving wrong information to the people
The management should take strict action against the staff who are making fool to the public. One said that this will not happen in ded.other amer center finalize the transactions.

Please dont go there.

Good they are professional very fast there staff ahmad, shaker, and jaffer good no mistakes perfect and miss hema and Mr hafiz pro no 1

Wow, I would like to give 4.5 star to this amer center, the staff looks professional and friendly responding and processing to our queries and requests.its a very calm place, very peaceful, I went for cancellation on Saturday around 11 am and my work was done without 15 minutes, no waiting at all and also lots of parking available behind the building
