Recently did our Ejari and Trade License renewal, was extremely delighted with the service. The staff had been very helpful and did a great job. Special shout-out and thanks to Suhaid, who assisted us through out the process and with constant follow up completed our task in record time.

We successfully completed the licensing process. Many thanks to Mayed Abbas for his invaluable assistance in ensuring that all activities were included. Also, a special thank you to Ms. Laarnie for thoroughly explaining the receipt to us. Kudos to the team!

First time I did a transfer with this trustee and I will definitely come back. No waiting time, very friendly competent staff communicating calmly and to the point. We had a couple of issues which Mrs Hafssah handled brilliantly knowing the right channels at land department to make the transfer happen before deadline. Much appreciated, great experience.

As a new business owner in October last year, finding Mazaya Government Services, specifically Sahar (branch Supervisor, On Time Government Services) was the best thing that could have happened to me!

I was using a business services company before in Deira, albeit they were helpful, they were charging me almost double to hire one single employee. As a start-up that was of course the last thing I needed.
At one point I thought it was a mistake starting my business but then I found Sahar!

I switched to using On Time when I began hiring my employees and the process became simplified while also paying (normal prices). They offer so many services and everything is in the one place. I would highly recommend Sahar and her team at On Time for anyone who has a business. The Mazaya team is my go to for anything related to my business, most services are under one roof and when they aren’t they will guide you to where you have to go!
