I was requested zero annual fee credit card but they are sent annually fee credit card. The next day I have sent the email to cancel my card because I don't want annual fee credit card.
They didn't cancel and close. With out my knowledge they charge 1800 aed. I received email October 13 th 1800 aed need to pay.
Important things I didn't activate and use but they mad charge last 5 month.
They ruined my peace
I never seen like bank in my life.

I will say, this is the no. 1 cheating company in uae. They will come behind u like dogs until you take the card. After that no responsibilites towards their customer. I was told to give a specific amout as credit and when the card came its only half. I was planning to cancel another card after having their card. But these people just ruined my peace. Worst customer care and their executives. I wont recommend to anybody.

If I have a chance to give a zero rating then it was for Dubai first, one of the worst and fraud banks I have seen in UAE. The sales person offered me a free lifetime card and took my signature on the annual fee one and now the bank is forcing me to pay the annual fee on the starting month itself.

Guys be very careful about FAB and Dubai first, if you are going for their credit card means please read the details clearly.otherwise have a probability of 99.99% getting cheated.providing wrong info through a website and sales person will come even at night time to take your signature and give you a very hard time and the customer service will leave you with no choice.

Even Though paid the Annual fee I still don't have the trust to use the card as I ' m skeptical about what all hidden charges are waiting for me.

I have credit card in Dubai First the limit of my credit card is 1000 DH.more than 2 months I tried to increase my credit limit they asked a lot of documents and I sent all no one updated me. When I.called for follow up and transferred the line to.the Manager asked again the same documents and he promised me he will increase my credit limit until now no update. Then credit limit 1000Dh and 1.40 fils because of this little amount 1.40 fils I got interest of 285 Dh its inconsiderate. Now I need to pay this amount and I will never deal with this.bank anymore

I took it as a free life time card, during Corona they reduce limit to AED 1K, this month they notify me to charge 40% of limit as annual fees, tried to call them, no reach, I went to this office asking for reason of charge, employee answer we notify you before two month by email, I said every day you send emails how can I know your notification, you even did not call, at the end if you want to cancel pay fees and then cancel. Nightmare card.

The worst credit card service. I wanted to give zero start. They charge money as they like without any notice. Customer service tells a different ans and the loan department gives another answer, they are similar to frauds. Very bad service

These guys are fast offering a credit card because of their hidden attention behind.

Before everything better to AVOID GETTING THAT CARD.i signed up for a free life time credit card.just after my 4th month i was charged with 399 dhs relationship free.premium insurance free which i cancelled, Vat fee, Vat Non AED fee and so one.it seems like it doesnt end.good luck speaking to a customer service and when so they will tell you management have the right for any changes and charges as per your contract.

So bad customer service, almost an hour waiting, still no answer. Directly Charging a membership even stated in the contract that no membership fees for life time! Super ANNOYING!

Dubai first is one the worst bank that you will ever find in UAE. These are not just my words but an experience that I had with this bank.

1. Pathetic customer service team. You will never receive any response to your mail.

2. Example - There was a payment miss of 0.75 Fils from my end on January, 2021 for a overall credit card bill value of AED 12,500 there was absolutely no noise about it till I found a AED 750 interest charged on the total value (AED 12,500) for not paying 0.75 Fils. I was taken by a stock and surprise to see BILLED FINANCE CHARGES in my statement & immediately called the customer service center, the agent picks up and say you have no other choice other than to pay it. I escalated it to the higher authorities, then a supervisor calls me & says pay it or face legal charges.

I am very clear that my February, 2021 bill will not be paid until the interest amount is waived off. The expectation was clearly set with Dubai First bank authorities.

To the Management of Dubai First- please teach your staffs how to communicate with the customer, if this will continue, I am sure Dubai First will vanish from the market.

For people who are reading my review, please be very careful with these guys. They will penalise you left, right & center.

My case is still on with them (13th February, 2021)

Pls do not buy credit card from them. I have personally been traumatized by the level of their customer service and if u still buy here is the list of problems I faced:
* They lure u by offering high amount.
* High interest rate
* No grace period for payment.
* Liability letter will take 15 days
* Card closing will take 45 days + customer service will purposely not register the request.
* Any excess amount will not be transferred for minimum 60 days from closing the card.
* If u take emi or loan on card, you pay the entire amount and interest for preclosing.
* Each customer service rep will give u different story and rules. No proper communication from them at all.

Waste of time and add stress to your life. Better go for good bank credit card.

Horrible service.they charge unneccessary.and then when callinng rhe call center there is no option to speak to an agent.they only want to charge customers without giving any benefit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARD.they are not even managing these reviews!

Worst bank ever! Hadn't received any sms reminder for payment amount and due date since they were migrating everything to the apparently AMAZING APP, which is useless btw.

Since I didn't receive any statement, I forgot to pay my Dec bill, which was 690AED. Two months after I received a sms for payment of 1,345AED.
Called the customer center to make a complaint but agent refused to give me a complaint reference number saying they are valid charges. They had sent sms to the customers saying that statement will be in the app only.
They can waive one late payment charge if I spend 2,000 something by certain period.

And they are charging insurance as well, which is mentioned only on the application documents only and you don't get a copy after that so if you do not read all terms and cons, then you will be paying this without knowing it. Other banks charge insurance as well but it's mentioned on the brochure come with the card so you get time to read and it's easy to deactivate this service but not for Dubai First credit card.

I am going to complaint to central bank for all the non sense charges. Suggest everyone has same issue make the complaint as well.

Without activation credit card I focused to pay annual charge & then I closed this card.
After one & half year again they active & start to send monthly statement by saying you need to pay minimum balance.why should I pay?
Also Customer service people never pick the phone.

They are not a bank. Check list of licensed banks in UAE before dealing with them.
They are not in banks list issued by UAE central bank.
For your safety, stay away.

Never join this bank it is basically a scam agency. Bully’s and cheats.

This is the worst bank of all time, I tried to cancel my credit card after 3 years of being over charged because their apps don’t work and they send you confusing text messages from the collection department and another department. I asked them how much was owed.it was a lot that I was unaware of as the information they give you is vague, I wanted to pay the full amount to close the account as it would save me money. I was under the impression the account was closed and then I started to receive threatening messages saying I now owe 2000 dirhams for an account I believed to be closed. Now I have learned that they no longer bank with Emirates nbd and I can’t pay this bill as my card is cut up and I used to pay through the enbd app. This is the worst and most costly financial decision of my life and I really wish this bank would close.

Pathetic and poor service. I have been trying to call for many number of days. The phone calls are kept on hold and that is where it remains. Been trying to call both the toll free number as well as the landline, Same. I had closed the card a few years ago. Now suddenly text messages have started as if the card was active. How do we complain if no one answers the phone.

The worst bank ever I saw.

They charged accident insurance charges on my card, however, I did not acquire such service.

I have tried to contact them from last week but they never responded. "All our agents are currently busy in dealing with other customers".

This is totally unprofessional.

If there is an option for negative then i would hit it 3 times. They have put me in trouble with their credit shield insurance facilities which at first told that would take 45 days for processing the claim but then now was waiting for more than four months and nothing happens. They will not even call you to update the status of your concern unless you called them and upon calling they will say that already raise and will advise you to call again after 3 days to follow up. Then again the same thing goes. Claim department are sleeping.
Collection dept.kept on calling and will send continuous the same email twice a day.

Horrible.can you imagine a customer service agent tell you (Dont give us orders we are not here for what you wish.you do procedures) other one one say (that money laundering) coz I ask him to refund an online payment on my expired card.
Last and least: I decided to for cancelation (So called retention delp. Once I told her I had enough am I not gonna change my mind.she stopped listening.and keep repeating (anything can I help you with 100times) then she said go sign a clause in Burjuman I cant cancel by phone) such f#$&ing rude people.

I have found out 425 AED charges As Annual Membership fee? ! What When I first took the card I applied (LIFE TIME FREE) when I called the call center they said you had been upgraded WHAT? ! I never asked nor notified.after 4 days they came back to me saying Spend 4000 in two months reverse. I didnt accept and if they will not I will complaint to Centerl Bank (Please dont let them robe you Central bank complaint is ONline and free of charge
