We bought a sofa from their store in 2020. After 3 years of not so intensive use the sofa seats became too soft, and all the cheap quality pillows started to slip all over the sofa every time someone sat over.
When my husband and I decided to visit the store and check if it is possible to purchase new seats for our existing sofa with harder foam, the store manager informed us they tripled their prices after the Covid time for the same sofa design, and they don't usually offer hard version foam seats. It was very disappointing from their side not to be flexible and offer any permanent solution, except for buying some top covers which were supposed to slightly make a change and their price was fortune.
I don't recommend this store if you are looking for a comfortable sofa.

Each product that I examined to purchase was splendid that's why it was tough to decide as well

I was in very bad need of furniture recently and searched up good furniture and found this, I checked the instagram account, and saw how amazing the furniture was and had to get it. I booked an appointment and went there, and recived the best customer service in my life. They were very nice and offered very kind discount and I heard that even do you must book an appointment to go there, if you go there without an appointment they still offer you tea or coffee. The price is a bit high, but is to be expected from something so luxury.
I can't wait to visit again.

Just a small furniture shop. They make custom furniture. So not much to see in the showroom itself

Ordered a customized sofa with specific wood color in mind to match my decor and was shocked when I received my sofa in a totally different wood color!

After complaining I was promised that they will fix this mistake and every person blamed the other.

4 months have passed and I already chose two samples so far and still waiting for a replacement until this day!

Worst customer service ever! Promises only so don’t be fooled

‎طلبت من عندهم اثاث ولون خشب معين و كذا مره اكدت عليهم بخصوص لون الخشب، وبعد انتظار اكثر من شهرين استلم الاثاث بس للاسف لون الخشب عكس اللي طلبته منهم

وتواصلت وياهم بخصوص لون الخشب وقالو الغلط من المصنع بس نحن بنبدل الخشب باللي طلبته

مرت اربع شهور ولليوم يماطلون حسبي الله عليهم

‎أسوأ خدمه وما انصح اي حد يتعامل وياهم

Thanks for their services, they were very helpful and kind. Just only hope to see luxury modern salon and dining room that i couldn't find there.
