A great place to shop for plants, they have a huge variety for both indoor and outdoor plants. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, the café is amazing and their breakfast menu is truly a delight, would definitely recommend
Probably the best collection of outdoor and indoor plants in Dubai. Expensive compared to Warsan but it’s super convenient and that’s why I end up going there often. Also, a great place to buy house-warming or party gifts.
Every thing about indoor plants under one ceiling, friendly professional staff.
Amazing experience. Though I am not a lot into plants but I enjoyed the ambience a lot. My wife was buying stuff for home and I relished my coffee in their beautiful coffee shop.
A grate place for buying indoor plants and some of outdoor plants. Most garden accessories can be found their. However, it important to mention that their prices are on the high side and some times it’s exaggerated. It’s always good to compare prices with ACE gardening section or even IKEA limited plants selections, and Dubai municipality nursery.
Very nice place to shop for indoor and outdoor plant. A lot of ideal decorative items for garden and your home. Staff's are all accommodating at courteous. It simply worth your money for this all in one shop.
This place offers a great variety of indoor and outdoor plants. Indoor plants are quite over priced but you are bound to find rare ones that aren't available anywhere else. Outdoor plants are remarkably affordable (starting from 1AED!) and there are so many to choose from. The cashier staff members are friendly and helpful. Though can't say the same for the other staff members. Most either ignore you completely or are just unhelpful. I went there today and had to carry a quite large plant all on my own to the counter. Nobody cared enough to offer to carry it. However, the lovely girl at the cashier counter was kind enough to help me get it to my vehicle.
Dubai Garden Centre is located in prime location at Sheikh Zayed road in Al Quoz Area 3. Timings are 8am to 10pm (including weekends & holidays).
DGC is house to both indoor and outdoor plants, landscaping, decorations and tools.
Outdoor plants? Are quite reasonable while indoor plants are bit expensive. You can find a lot of AED 1 and AED 2 worth of outdoor flower with small pot here during the winters which are must buy!
They also sell real X’mas tree during the month of December ranging from AED 400-600.
It is not the garden center I visited years ago, their service quality became very bad, no one knows what to recommend you no one willing to help. So difficult to come to this shop and look for plants and flowers and the service. I have a simple space to be landscaped and they make the things complicated and dunno who i should call for the service. And finally i got the number and called, the reception does not know what to do, and transfer my call to engage kind. A big no to garden center.
Great Customer Service. Megha from customer service was very helpful and super caring. The water sticks are great, when going on vacation to leave it on the plant with stick.
Hardly any staff to assist, or query if any assistance is required. When I asked the till operator a simple query with regards to warranty on the product I had purchased, she just kept staring at me without any acknowledgment of my query. Instead the security guard intervenes and tries explaining the warranty policy to me. Somebody at Dubai Garden Centre needs to promote that security guy. And give the till operator some serious training in basic customer service and communication skills.
Pretty horrible service, they were trying to sell us a broken and damaged plant for full price, when we flagged that they gave a 6 aed discount! When we asked to speak to a supervisor she turned out to be next to us doing a bouquet listening without doing anything and rudely says she cant speak to us as she is busy! Her name was beverly.
And NO, it wasnt a 10% discount, it was less than 5%, and no apology for the treatment either after this feedback which is why i reduced the rating even further.
Very nice shop Variety of plants and there is even cosy nice coffee place inside Staff is supportive and helped us to find this amazing f decor for our office washroom
I don’t know a thing about plants. Went there to get a gift for a friend. Told the person there my budget and recommend me something nice, turned the guy doesn’t know plants himself at all. Kept on repeating the same thing with every single plant. Annoyed. To the management please train at least the people working for you.
Some fabulous plants but very expensive. There are toilets (male and female) but unfortunately, they leave a lot to be desired, hence the low star rating.
Awesome place you can find i can say many types of plants indoor and outdoor also all Kind of gardeners stuff you can find here, Furniture also available at this place they have out side area also for plants and the second floor for the furniture.
Yesterday I purchased the plants from the Dubai Garden Center which died after 5-6 hours from the delivery time. Bougain villea, that is a hardy plant growing across the UAE, has been spoiled. The shop said that this was my fault to keep the plants outside the yard in a summer weather. Indeed, my fault was to choose this shop to buy the plants which grow well in this climate. All bad experience is placed on the buyer. Regret that I gave preference to this shop.
I made an online gift purchase recently, and the wrong plant was sent! I called the friend I gifted the next day and asked him, "how do you like the plant that I sent? ". He was very confused as he received a different plant. For the record, I requested a wide leaf Calathea plant whereas a narrow leaf Calatha plant was sent to my friend.
I didn't spend over 250 AED to have the wrong plant sent to my friend.
The company claims to care about customer satisfaction, but has not even attempted to fix the situation. "sorry ya".
I don't recommend Dubai Garden Center for online purchases.
Hello. I bought hedra helix last week, and it was over weathered, because it's still very wet (the soil) and i didn't wether it yet. It lost 30 percent of leaves already. You shouldn't sell plant in such a bed condition.especially for this price.and now i checked the leaves and they have small bugs everywhere. And as You mentioned below.i did isolate the plant.thankfully.because otherwise i would have spider mites all over my apartment.i Have got obout 50 plants already.non of them have spider mits, are in perfect condition.and the plant from the shop was full of them after 5 days since i bouht it. I didn't repot it, didnt water it. When i complained to Dubai Garden Centre they sent the same information as bellow.few times.i am not sure if You really care about customer and plants. Most of plants are overwatered, but its very common mistake.but spider mits.come on. Anyway problem solved, because i changed the shop, andt the plant went to garbage.
What an amazing place to be at if you have your own garden or terrace or even want to decorate your home with some beautiful greenery. The selection is massive and you get to choose from soil to plants to furniture or even gold fish and many other selections. The place is huge in space and just while we were shopping we happened to stumble on an amazing cafe inside there and it was such a great feeling to enjoy an organic dish coffee while we're there. It's just a little bit pricey than the average but I guess so is all the great things in life
Discovered this tiny coffee in the middle of Garden Centre and decided to give it a try. Food was delicious. Place looks like a good spot if you want to get some work done of your lap top and just get a coffe without being disturbed. Overall great concept
Expensive when compared with other centres around Dubai but the staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Plants all look healthy although our Boogie developed a fungus the day after we took it home.
Great place with affordable prices, they have outdoor and indoor plants, Herbs, fruits and almost every plant and every size you may need.they have fertilizers and tools for gardening and also garden furniture.they have aquarium and small fish tanks and various colored fishes. Also they have a very nice restaurant where you can grab something to eat or drink.
Great staff and selection of plants. Their upstairs furniture department also has a lot of nice outdoor furniture. Make sure to stop by their great Cafe for lunch when you are there

Very nice place to chill & enjoy the beauty of natural plants & flowers.you can find a big collection of indoor & outdoor plants, they have some plants that you can’t find any where else in UAE.you can also enjoy your coffee, Sandy @ the small restaurant inside the center while you enjoy the beauty of the nature. Also, Aquirum section, outdoor furniture department (upstairs), fresh flowers available in this center.
Plants heaven. Dubai Garden Centre is a perfect place for your indoor and outdoor plant requirements. Knowledgeable and helpful staff to guide you with the best options based on your preferences.
Our favorite place and first choice to buy plants and related accessories from. Their staff name Ali has been very helpful in making us select the perfect plants for our balcony based on the amount of sun light we get. I recommend all my followers on Instagram to go here for plant needs
