I had a hot stone massage with Sunny yesterday. She is excellent and the treatment was extremely relaxing. Sunny and Anna have been doing my massage and facials for the years that I have been coming here. They are very professional therapists. I always leave feeling very relaxed and body aches are diminished. Will continue doing my treatments at Dubai Herbal Treatment Center. Highly recommend!

We have been seeing Dr Charlotte Zoeller on a regular basis with all our family members. Dr Zoeller is a highly professional doctor with an holistic approach to medical issues. She provides a broad knowledge of her field internal medicine as well as TCM, acupuncture treatments. She takes time to listen carefully and never rushes through an exam. She is empathetic and respectful.
We trust her medical advice and her recommendations. The center is a very pleasant place to go for check ups, staff is very friendly and helpful.

We took treatment for our daughter in dhtc for excema with Dr. Vimala Lewis and we had a good experience. The doctor is very kind and listens to our issues patiently. Our daughter is feeling much better after the treatment now.

Dr. Vimala is a specialist in homeopathy treatment in the centre. I had a very bad sneezing and seems allergic reaction one evening and my friend told me to visit her next day. She saw me straight away and found out the the cause of allergies that I did not even aware of them but suffering all through my life without knowing that they were allergies reactions. Now, my life has changed a lot with homeopathy treatment guided by Dr. Vimala.
Today, I feel energized, lighter, happier and enjoy what I do much more than before. I really want to recommend the clinic and visit her to finish out your health conditions. There are also treatments center staff who are also very kind at the clinic. Healthy food restaurants, coffee shops and many interesting healthy food and remedies.
Anyone wondering why am I not feeling well? Or feeling very tired after food…. This is the place to visit!

I have been visiting this centre for 5 years, their pharmacy always do not have the medicine and I have to drive to JLT to get it, they are insisting not get any medicines available, even though I have complained to them several times, the pharmacy they have is always out of stock.

This is a very good place to get ayurvedic treatment. I had an accident and the treatment by Dr. Asha and Ms. Devika helped me to get back on my feet again. The genuine care and professionalism they both bestowed is commendable. The centre is very clean and the facilities are very Good. There is steam and sauna and clean bathroom facilities. The treatment rooms are very clean as well. There is a restaurant that has healthy options on the first floor. There are a wide range of products available for purchase. The pharmacy is on the ground floor. There is also other alternative medicine options available.

We heard about Dr Vimala, Homeopathy practitioner from a friend. It was during Covid pandemic days and we got an online appointment. My daughter was diagnosed with 2X enlarged adenoids by an ENT specialist and we were urged to go for surgery. Dr Vimala was pretty sure that Homeopathy was gonna work for my 6 year-old-daughter. The medicines were taken for 5 months and yesterday the nasal Endoscopy and other tests proved the adenoid is back to normal size and definitely no surgery is required. This was like a miracle for us! We are really thankful to Dr Vimala for all her support. She generously gives you her time and advice on your issues.
This center and medicines are pretty expensive, yet it definitely deserves a try!

I've been going to DHTC for nearly 10 years and have always met with Dr. Zhong for acupuncture. After only 5 sessions my migraines were much improved and have remained so. Friends and family who I've recommend see Dr. Zhong for other health issues have had much relief too.

I went to DHTC at the recommendation of one of my relatives. I was keen on something that would give me an overall physical wellness and calmess in my mind. I met Dr. Jones, the Ayurvedia doctor at the centre and discussed with her at length on my situation. Her calm demeanour and advice were right away soothing and she then recommended a few treatments that would be beneficial for me. After 7 Abhyanga (hot oil body massage) and 5 shirodhara sessions by therapist Devika, I must say I felt extremely rejuvenated both physically and mentally. Everything about the treatment - the warm medicated oil, the just-right pressure during massage, the warm water bath therafter and the chamomile tea at the very end - all made for up a fantastic experience! It was worth spending the time and money there! And equally beautiful is the ambience at DHTC! I am looking forward to going back there sometime in the future soon!

Dr Eram is one of a kind and I have searched high and low to find a Doctor like her in Dubai. She managed to get me back on track after 1 year of misdiagnosed conditions and now thanks to her I am fully recovered. She will listen to you, and only prescribe what you really need as opposed to a whole heap of unnecessary medications and will usually take the homeopathic route if it’s possible. As well as this the vitamin infusions she recommends are AMAZING and do wonders for the body! I truly recommend you go and see her, she is AMAZING, and she will always be my Doctor in Dubai!

Healed my low back pain condition of 8 years - I have had a low back pain for 8 years - whenever I had some severe pain I visited a physio at a hospital and they would fix the pain for the short term but within some time the pain would be back. I finally decided to find a specialist center for 1 on 1 sessions instead of the shared physiotherapy treatments at hospitals.

In approx 10 sessions Sandra @ Dubai Herbal and Treatment Center helped guide me to substantial improvement with my back pain condition. While earlier I would walk for 30 mts and experience back pain now I can walk for 60 mts without any back pain. Under Sandra's guidance I lifted light weights for the first time in 8 years recently and no back pain (I tried 3 years back and after 5 minutes of weights I was in the hospital with a physio for a week). I have restored the confidence to run short distances (after 8 years).

Sandra specifically has been an excellent physiotherapist to work with - I once brought up something about food / allergies and I discovered she is also a professional nutritionist. While she will focus on the task at hand (fixing my back pain) if you discuss other aspects of wellness with her she is pleased to share her knowledge with you.

This might look like a sales posting - but for so long I have been telling my friends that I will give anything to fix my back - and given my significant improvements recently I am really pleased to recommend the DUbai Herbal Center and specifically Sandra at the physio department.

I wanted to give 5 stars to Sandra Serrano because I was diagnosed of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) from my GP Dr outside Dubai Herbal & Treatment Centre but during my session with her regarding nutrition she honestly offered me several guidelines to help me out to reduce my anxiety and stress related to my persona.
Her ideas enriched me because in a short period of time she was able to design a nutritional plan following the Fodmap diet and also some physio, accupunte and proposed me to workout at home as well.
Im quite amazed with her knowledge and her passion related to this current pathology which no one is so updated as she is.

Doctor Asha Rani, Colon Hydrotherapist, is very patient, friendly and explains everything very well. Very prepared and attentive, from many tips. Excellent doctor with a lot of experience. Help Me a lot. Deserved the best, I recommend it to everyone.

I went to DHTC because one friend recommended me Dr Maria and I couldn´t agree more. She and the whole team are really professional and enthusiastic of their work. They treated and solved a problem I was dealing for a year.
So, I would strongly recommend them.

Made me wait 45 minutes without apologizing or explaining why it took so long. And the nurses kept calling patients who arrived after me in. Unprofessional and do not respect patients' time. There are much better venues available for accupuncture in Dubai.

Dr Vimala (homeopathy doctor) did a wonderful job with me and my sons. We were suffering from cold and cough. My sons had fever and red tonsils. They had finished antibiotics and so many other allopathy medicines but were not recovering. At the same time I had a really stubborn dry cough in my chest due to allergies, i finished 2 bottles of cough syrup with only a temporary relief.

Then Dr Vimala’s medicines helped in solving all these issues. I was very satisfied with her medicines as well as with her consultations. Getting treated by her strengthened by belief in homeopathy, that how effective this field of treatment is and that too with no side effects at all. Also, her method of understanding the person as a whole and then treating us really brought me to peace as it felt good to talk to her too.

A wide range of natural supplements available at the in-house pharmacy, food intolerance tests and many others are also available at the centre.

Beautiful and relaxing place. It's an all in one, one stop shop for everything wellness, self care, alternative medicine, healthy eating and living. The facility itself is well designed, modern, clean and calming and you walk in feeling instantly relaxed. I did 1) a detox scrub wrap, 2) a facial, 3) consulted with a pharmacist who prescribed me just what I was looking for in minutes and then 4) went to the restaurant where I had a healthy, vegan meal. I spent the whole afternoon here. Would definitely recommend it for a full wellness day.

I had lymphatic drainage massage done at this clinic by Elena and Sandra. Both of them are very professional and friendly, the whole experience was very positive and after every visit I felt better and better. During this journey I have learned so much about my body and had great advices for a better lifestyle from them. I followed they advices and feel better than never. I have been doing Physio and Pilates with Sandra for nearly 2 years- She has helped me with my pelvic floor muscles in just a couple of months and my chronic back pain issue has lessen. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She shares openly any information she has related to ones problematic. Very impressed

VERY BAD PLACE! I just had my physio treatment with Sandra on 5th Mar 2019 for plantar in my heel. I have been suffering with this condition for more than a year and ever since I started doing the physio with her all that she has done is touched my feet with her butter fingers and asked me "does it pain now? ". Of course, my answer to that is "No". She needs to realise when I walk on the streets, I don't walk on balloons to not feel the pain in my sole. Of course the pressure of the whole body is on my feet and the pain in that scenario is different from what it is when she touches my feet with her butter fingers. And if I say its not paining during the physio, she captures that word and feels her treatment is ever so successful and doesn't want to hear its paining ever again. She doesn't realise that my heel wont pain during a physio as I am lying for an hour or so with my feet at rest but of course as soon as I step out of the center and get busy in my work walking all throughout the day, the pain comes back again. She feels that if it doesn't pain during the physio it should never ever pain again! She is not open to accepting feedback and reality. She tried to manipulate my mind by saying that I should train my mind to believe that I no longer feel pain. How is this possible? If I feel pain, I feel pain. How can I lie to myself? I'm not sure how qualified and experienced she is to do this job. On the other hand her colleague Elena is much more professional. She at least massaged my leg with pressure and some ointments + did a shock wave therapy on my feet. I wouldn't advice you to waste time on Sandra. Even if you go to DHTC, try keeping yourself confined to Elena otherwise choose another place if your schedule doesn't match hers.

After progressive worsening of the situation over many months, in late Sep 2018 I saw an Orthopedic Doctor in a leading hospital in Dubai with key complaints being pain in right side of neck radiating to right hand with numbness in right thumb and index finger.
He recommended that I start with Physiotherapy, and also get a MRI done for the neck.

The MRI showed ‘formina narrowing in right C5- C6 nerve roots’ – basically compression of the nerve at the said location in the neck. The Orthopedic Doctor recommended that I take a second opinion
from the Neurosurgeon in his Hospital.

The Neurosurgeon recommended surgery aimed at C5-C6 disc replacement. Being a surgery related to the spine, I took a second opinion from a leading Neurosurgeon in Mumbai India, whose opinion
was also same – that a surgery is surely needed, if not immediate than over a period of time. Both Neurosurgeons were happy for me to give Physiotherapy a try especially as there was no significant
loss of power / strength in my right hand as compared to the left hand.

I started observing slow but steady improvement from Physiotherapy that I started taking twice a week – and therefore decided to delay taking a decision on surgery for a few months.

From Oct 2018 till Jan 2019 I have had 30 sessions of Physiotherapy and Therapeutic Exercises at the Dubai Herbal & Treatment Centre from their therapists Ms Elena and Ms Sandra. I am really pleased to say that over the last 4 months, I have seen gradual but sure improvement in
my condition, and today I don’t have any symptoms for which the Neurosurgeons had recommended surgery.

Besides excellent Physiotherapy and Therapeutic Exercises sessions, what I also appreciated was the ongoing guidance from Elena and Sandra on simple exercises I need to do every morning and / or frequently during the day to keep my full body nimble / mobile (I have also had ongoing lower back pain for over 10 years now), and the need to walk briskly for 30 minutes every day. I am grateful to Elena and Sandra for their Physiotherapy / Exercise sessions and for sharing their excellent practical / easily implementable knowledge with me, this has helped me avoid what would have been a major surgery.

I have had the experience of taking Physiotherapy from many therapists in Dubai and Mumbai over the last 20 years, and can say with confidence that the knowledge and expertise displayed by Elena and Sandra, and their commitment to improving their patient’s condition, is truly exceptional and way beyond what I have seen from any therapist till now.
