I scheduled with them to have service 4times a week.
The first day they sent a message right on time they will be later 30 minutes
I called them later where is the cleaner the girl who answers doesn’t know why, I asked for manager she said he is not available! Then they arrived 40 minutes late I told the girl why you are late she doesn’t have an answer and said call office. So I cancelled
And no one even bothered to call!
You will not sustain this business with your lack of customer services.

Today I had the ironing service with Ms Ann, and I’m sincerely happy that I booked it with this company. My headache in form of huge pile became a neat ironed stacks of linen. And I was really impressed how Ms Ann handled fitted sheets which I honestly speaking hate to iron. Planning to book the service on a weekly basis.

This company has possibly the worst customer service you can find out there. The cleaning is average, pricing is on the high side and all in all, a horrendous service. DO NOT use them.save yourselves the hassle and look from the other available services out there!

I have used this company twice. Both times the cleaners seemed to only clean where they wanted the second time I specifically requested the small balconies and some clothes to be hung up and they clearly had not been done. This has been noted and agreed via message. One room was completely skipped that just needed mopping. For 6 hours cleaning this could have been done. The cleaners were late, yet left on time. I have complained twice and they have ignored my attempts to contact them. The areas they did clean were done well however I would not use them again.

Customer support on whatsapp provides excellent assistance. Plus, all their staffs are soo professional and tidy. I super love Alma who comes to us every week. She's super friendly.punctual (she rings the bell at 8: 00 sharp!). She also goes along with my 6 cats! They adore her and comes to her while she cleans. Really Bad service for appointments.lady couldn't even confirm a set time, keep pushing 30.min ahead and saying we cannot confirm. Really bad experience starting from booking itself. Don't approach.not what I wished to see the standard of service as a new client.
