مشيت عشان افتح حساب انتظرت ساعه ، بعدين يوم مشيت عند اللي بالكاونتر رقم 11 خسر علي كلمة افتحي حسابك بتنزيل الموقع وساعتها ماكان عندي انترنت مدري شنو فايدة اروح لهم ورجعت البيت بفتح حساب من الموقع اخر مرحلة اوصفي الصورة ما ادري ايش لزمتها المرحلة وكتبت وصف ومش راضي يقبله الموقع

I recently visited the Dubai Islamic Bank SZR branch with the intention of activating my account. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my feedback regarding the unprofessional conduct and inefficient service I encountered.

Upon my arrival, I approached a team member at counter 9 to inquire about the procedures for activating my account. Despite being told to wait for my turn, I patiently waited for nearly two hours. To my dismay, when my turn finally arrived, I was informed that the system had not been operational since morning, rendering it impossible to activate my account that day. Instead of promptly communicating this issue, I was needlessly made to wait for an extended period.

What was particularly disheartening was the lack of empathy and courtesy displayed by the staff, especially the individual at counter 8. Her rudeness and dismissive attitude towards my inconvenience only added to the frustration of the situation. The team member at counter 9, who initially directed me to wait, not only failed to apologize but also exhibited unprofessional behavior by raising his voice during our interaction.

This experience highlights a serious flaw in customer service at the DIB SZR branch. The staff demonstrated a lack of competence, zero knowledge of their own system issues, and, most importantly, zero regard for the value of customers' time. Instead of acknowledging the system failure and suggesting a more efficient course of action, I was made to endure an unnecessary wait, only to be told to return the next day.

In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed by the overall unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and disrespect for customers' time displayed by the staff at the DIB SZR branch. I hope this feedback prompts the necessary improvements in customer service to ensure a more positive and efficient experience for future customers.

Rubbish bank, rubbish service.

If you come for account opening, don't waste time. Your token will never come and after wasting time you'll b told to open account online. The app is so great that it just doesn't work.

I've never seen in my life a bank or any business turning away a potential new client in such a way.

Will never consider banking with it third class bank.

Worst customer service.
I have regretted using this bank. If you want to speak with them through telephone call, the computer will be speaking till all your credit balances finish, meanwhile you need an assistant immediately but the computer will speaking whilst you want to talk to the customer service and you will end up not having enough balance to call them for them to help you.

Doesnt even deserve even a star.
I went to this branch twice to close my bank account.
Customer service, WORST.
The 2 ladies in the customer service counter can see that many customers are on queue but you can see them just idle.
I waited for almost 2 hours to be told that I will be charged for not closing my bank account even if I already have a cancellation request of my credit card. Is it the customer's fault if the other department is too slow to process URGENT request? And they couldn't even provide other options or solutions.

Visited the branch to get a release letter. Waited there for more than an hour and when finaly reached to the customer service, the lady was not aware what she was doing. She informed me that my account have charges which I have to pay. The charges were for not mainting the account. While opening the account no one informed me there will be charges not mainting the balance & she wouldn't raise a complaint regarding this and seem uninterested in helping me to do so.
After my last disappointing visit on Sheikh zayed road branch I was expecting to get the same un professional attitude of the branch staff of DIB, but there are some people who go out of the way to help you and I met this wonderful gentlemen in DIB green house main branch Deira Mr AMJAD MOHAMMED HAMMAD who took an extra step to assist me to resolve my problem. Only these type of people are the one who are the Heros. People sitting in there big cabins doesn't even know what the customers are facing and they don't even bother to fix the problem.

I'm a salaried person more than 5000 is my salary with all valid documents I visit the branch about 10 days still not get account number or IBAN number. Really horrible service this branch

If any management from this bank ever reads these reviews, this will be the only competent act we ever see from this bank. I have banked around the world over, and this, by far, is the most unprofessional, backwards, absurd experience in corporate banking I have ever experienced in my life. Not only are the staff incapable of answering basic questions in emails, they don't answer phones, and when you do ask why they don't answer questions in emails, you get silence. I know all banks in the UAE are a bit of a joke, but this is at a level that you'd have to work hard at to accomplish. Dear Dubai Islamic Management. IF - you take a look at these reviews, please, spend a little time reading carefully. Hire a customer service consultant and just try to achieve even the bare minimum. I know you don't have to actually do anything. We are a captive audience and at the end of the day, your high fees will be debited right from our accounts (50 AED for an international transfer!?), but I would like to know that for my 4000 per quarter in fees, I get at least an email from my "customer representative".

Went in today to open a company bank account. Was greeted my some person named Anwar. Absolutely horrible customer service. That guy spoke to me like he was interrogating me. More so, he asked me to go to the other branch as this branch does not do business banking. Man works a 9-5 and thinks he's a badman. Would love to see strict disciplinary action against that man.
Will avoid this particular branch at all costs

The worst customer service ever from a bank. Waited more than 1 hour to get service counter to call my token number.even though the staffs were sitting there idle. The service staff was very rude to me and was speaking like he was interrogating me. Will not recommend anybody to this branch. Even though the management from this bank will not ever reads these reviews, I am writing this review for the people be better away from this bank.

It was a so bad experience with their customer service agent counter number 10 from India, i went to to relase my car loan even I'm done from the payment since last December and they don't have the option to release my car to The RTA automatically even i paid all, the problem that he was not helpful at all and as he mentioned I'm not a DIB customer so from his side i don't deserve a good or at least a notmal customer service he was rude and shouted at my face twice menting that he will not proceed for the operation since i don't have original ID but i have my mulkia+passport+id in ICP uae app not helpful at all after that he took me to the incharge person and informed him to not help me, hamdolah the incharge was very helpful and did the operation in 5min with other Arabic customer service agent and i got the release later on, really so hard to get such service from DIB ‍️‍️

The service is very poor here and very slow. I hate to come here because I will have to spend lots of time here for nothing. They could make the transactions faster, but no one care, I don’t know what the staffs are doing here

Most DIB branches have a negative review. This is the branch so far in my opinion with a quite bigger number of staffs and a good customer care.

Very poor service. They take their own sweet time chit chatting before calling another token number. They took 1hr to just give a stamped bank account statement. Pathetic service.

Unpleasant experience, I happily closed my account. As a business owner I expected much much better service, The worst thing was the careless staff, they don't care to help and they have attitude. The services I needed was not available online and i had to visit the bank physically. I waited 75 min.till I met the CS lady. Maybe she was having a bad day, or it wasnt my day but was not friemdly AT ALL. I wanted help with my process so I went to the branch assistant manager and he literally told me this is not his job and he cannot help me! I was very frustrated but managed to stay calm till I met the third staff person who was obviously having a bad day as well: -D it was really bad I am happy I don't have to go there again) On the otherhand, because the staff are VERY slow and most of the time are not their seats, clients numbers were increasing and there was not enough seats. And there was definitely no social distancing.

The key to finish up early is to reach every bank when it opens. I was waiting outside since 0745am and got 1st token. And i was done by 0825am. Mr. Mohammed on counter 10 was very helpful and polite.
