Just a simple thing no one listening if someone have any problem related to online banking and even the online app doesn't working properly to satisfy a customer.

While visiting the DIB branch for banking needs, I encountered unsatisfactory customer service.

The staff seemed disinterested and don’t know how to deal with customers and behaviour was not Good, resulting in a disappointing experience.

The rating is for the bank. The staff at the Garhoud are very nice and polite. The website is misleading stating I can apply for my car loan settlement at any branch (the early settlement form) where you can only do this at oud metha.

I have to travel 45 min to get a banking request done in a bank that claims to be fully digitised

One of the worst experiences I had. Came last week to open a bank account and was requested to visit on the following week after bringing in a document. When visiting, another irrelevant document was requested. Not to mention, the long waiting time.

Poor customer service and very bad management. Just the security person was nice who realized that we have been waiting for over an hour even though there were no customers.

Today's visit to this brunch was one of the examples when an initially negative experience (in fact caused by the genuine human mistake) turned into a positive one. Special appreciate to Mohammed from the Customer Service & Maryam.

The worst experience i ever had in UAE for using DIB bank. Poor customer service specially online always wait on line more than 1 hour and suddenly call will get disconnected. Every time same issue

Yesterday i have been charged for cash on loan which i returned already in 30 minutes as i applied by mistake. They charge me 378 AED and not returning as per call centre we will not give you at all.
