اليوم بتاريخ 25-01-2024 قمت بزيارة هذا الفرع من بنك دبي الاسلامي بعد عناء طويل في فرع ابن بطوطة مول وقد تمت خدمتي بشكل ممتاز وأخص بالشكر السيدة رحيل مديرة الفرع والسيدة عائشة والسيد أمجد انصح الجميع بالذهاب الى هذا الفرع خدمة ممتازة

I mean try this branch if you’d like to experience the worst service in this whole world.
The staff spends more than 30 mins on every customer so be prepare take your token in the morning and your turn will be by the end of the day or probably not even whole day.

Long waiting time, they’re fooling people.

Good branch with well informed and supporting staff!
It is at a prime location in the mall near entrance A in the first floor!

Branch has around 10 staffs including brach manager and security!

Problem with this branch is
1.lack of proper seating!
2. This is a problem because there is a wait time of atleast 1 hour for customer service and atleast 30 minutes for quick service!
3. Many of the people gets angry and walk off without getting service

Positives:
1. Its operating from 10 am to 9 pm. So you can go after work
2. Its inside mall and so there is pleanty of free parking
3. Staff are nice and well informed
4. Managers are welcoming and always ready to help

Trick: Go to this branch. Give your phone number to get your token - If your token number is after 10 numbers or more - Go for shopping, go for food or go for arcade games and come back when you get a message on your mobile that the nearest number is being served now like 4 numbers prior. When you get this number then only move to the bank.

So dont be angry for waiting use my trick and thank me later

They stopped the token at 8pm saying they have to close by 8: 30pm. Spoke to the bank manager as well and he doesn't care. Worst experience when it says the bank time is up to 9pm. What is the point?

وعدد الموظفين قليل وزحمه عند البوابة الفرع اتقول ياي سوق خضار
تدخل عند المدير بدل يساعد يقلك اون لاين يتاخر يومين او اسبوع يمكن الواحد عنده ظرف اضطراري
انه يفتح الحساب ولا يعبرك يوم اقله انا ياي من فرع رئيسي عندهم النظام امعلق قالولي جيك فرع مردف اخس ما عبرني كتبلي الموقع ع الورقة ادخل سو من اون لان لازم اتساعد ناس مب اتعامل المعاملين الجدد بهالطريقه
فرع فيه كرسين ست اشخاص يقعدون فيها و 50 ولا 25 شخص واقف يتريا دوره ساعه او اكثر اتمنى يعني المدير يرفع تقرير للجهات معنيه يوفرون عدد الكراسي علقل للمتعاملين مب اتوقفهم وتعبهم واخر شي حق شي بسيط

اسوء فرع في ستي مردف. من ناحيه المعامله و الزحمه و بطيئن جدا جدا و التذمر واضح في وجوههم و السكورتي يحرج العملاء.

Not enough seating to accommodate the clients and the security guard is just making them stand in a long que cluelessly like they came to you for freebies or like homeless people stand in a que for food.
These are the clients which deposit their money so you can operate but still treating them like herd animals is unacceptable.
Disappointed.

If i can put 0 star that will be better, bad service no place for pregnant women or old people to set while waiting my ticket was. 2076 and the Persian in counter 22 just skip to number 6308! Just because he is his friend.how shameful!

Worst customer service.
Writing this from the site.
Customer service staff at counter 3 got very bad attitude. I reached at 8: 15 and she said they are closed already, very rude, very unprofessional. Not a nice way to treat customer. I travel an hour just to reach there before the closing hours but no use.

Service very bad, they allowed some customer to be first even they have number to follow. 1 hour and half until now still waiting for my number to call still not moving at all. DIB very fast when getting penalty due to late salary for only 3 to 5 days but you have to improve your service as well.

Poor customer service! No value for people's time! Today is my third Visit waiting time not less than 2 hours” still waiting Just to get my turn and it’s Already passed 45 minutes till I don’t see coming ‘ I tried politely to approach the concerned person n he was Rude n giving me that I have to wait for no matter what ‘ or else I can go to any other branch.

Very apathetic attitude. I told them nearly a year ago that I would like to do an FD or some method of not having my money sitting there gathering dust. They are least bothered. No one got back to me. Waiting at the bank is as fruitless. The same number is reflecting for half an hour

I came to the branch 3: 45 PM, 1 hour 15 minutes before the branch closes at 5: 00 PM, very very bad way to treat customers trying to open a new account, imagine their other services.

One of the worst banks of Dubai.everyone comes here complains in loud yells and the staff seem fine if not yell back! Wait times are ridiculous for over an hour to hours and the order of the tokens are not fair to the number that waits to be served! Just horrible!

I was visiting Dubai Islamic Bank Mirdif City Center Branch day. I collected my ticket and waited in the queue.   I suppose it was a normal work day with above average banking requests. Que was moving slowly. I noticed an elderly couple clearly distressed and impatient. They moved from one desk to another. While I was contemplating on how they would be assisted further to solve their inconvenience as they were quite old, I noticed a pleasant young person, emerging eagerly to resolve their issue. She took them to her small cabin. A few minutes later, the elderly couple emerged smiling and satisfied. Well, when you're awaiting public que systems, these small events take over your brief moments, making you think about common life events. A few minutes on, the same person walked towards me and asked me what matter I was waiting in line for. I had a rather difficult request, as I was seeking statements from one of our old accounts dating back to 2008. Whatsmore, we had closed this account long ago. This person also immediately assisted me and asked us to write a formal email to her with the same request. We did the needful. A few days later our request was promptly addressed. And I would like to commend this person who is Ms. Hana Alsafi (Senior Bank Manager) at DIB Mirdif City Center Branch, Dubai. Bravo Ms. Hana. Keep up the good work.

Extremely slow, staff smile to each other more then to customers which causes super delay in service, 2 tellers and 1 operates that’s a great use of asset.terrible service overall thanks god im not their permanent customer

Staff and the way services are provided are not my favourite. For each survive they ask you to take a new token. They said don't smile at all due to so much rush. And this bank is how total rip-off of money. You just always pay for the Hidden charges.

فرع سئ جدا لاانصح بالتعامل معه اعطوني رقم لانتظار عما باني عميل جديد وبعد الانتظار افادو بان الرقم الخاطئ ويجب انا احصل على رقم اخر وتم خدمه من اتئ بعدي بسبب خطائهم ولم يحلو المشكله او يعتذرو

This is my favorite branch. Always helpful staff despite the huge customer load. Many thanks to branch manager today, she helped me with a issue I had with Abu Dhabi traffic and my car mortgage.

الخدمة ممتازة، من حيث الإجراءات البنكية، المساعدة والتعامل مع المراجعين. مفتوح حتى الساعة العاشرة مساءً ومثالي للإجراءات المستعجلة أو لغرض سحب مبالغ كبيرة للحالات الطارئة.

It is excellent, in terms of banking procedures & customer service. Open until 10: 00 pm which is ideal for expedited procedures or for the purpose of withdrawing big cash in case of urgency.
