Very bad service really i waiting more than 1 hour to have anyone to help me on 15 jan i use the Atm and its took my money by wrong and canceled my transaction , next day early morning i went to solve the issue but when after 2 hours you can check the cameras the send me to one person and he just open complaint as there's no Humanity or care that the person suffering or need the money just 3 days and they will contact with you , i hope this will appear to the management or the people handling this situations and on the end i went without any solution just opened complained

I went to all DIB branches and collection during 7 months no help me only this branch in business bay very good customer support

I had a wonderful experience at this branch, the staff was incredibly helpful and made the process smooth and easy. Whlie other branch made it a hard process and avoided helping me with my inquiry.

The manager needed approval from senior management to issue additional cheque books. Lost 1 an hour over this.

Very bad branch service, i went yesterday to open an account, i was looking for parking for 20 minutes, once i got in it was 12: 55, they told me that bank will close at 2 and account open will close at 1 PM, the Indian receptionist asked me to meet the manager to ask him if he can excuse me and open account for me, once i asked the manager he told me you open it online (if i want to open it online why i came to the bank) I tried with him but he was refusing bad way, he dont know anything about customer services. I hated the bank because of him.

My suggestion go to any brach except this branch

One branch where customer service is considered important. The branch manager Mr. Ahmed is a gem. Really happy with the service.

I go to the this branch it is a very lazy branch only one staff handling the customers ab to the 45 minute only one customers dewas handling it is a very bad service Management will be see this one why like this

I didn't believe when I read the reviews but alas.
Waited for 2 hours for the token to come and they said it is a closing time, still I insisted to stay back.
Then they came up with a story of saying the system is down.
Changed my mind to open an account already with this bank. Don't deal if you can.

I met the worst customer service of my life in DID today on 24th/ April/2022. The person on the customer service desk Name Ahmed, was replying to me like he doesn’t care at all. I came with all documents to open up an account, and he was was redirecting to the website, I told him the website failed to scan my emirates id but still he insisted on website, saying he has nothing to do.
He was rude talking to me, but I think he didn’t like me because of me being black.
Such people like Ahmed a grown up person, I was expecting the best out of him but I totally got the opposite. I now change my mind about opening account in DIB due to poor customer service.

Very bad service. Simply sitting inside counter looking into mobile without calling any token and display names is quick service. ‍️

Worst bank service ever had in my life!
Zero recommendation.

When i was opening the DIB bank account i thought this an one of the most effective bank in dubai.
Proving me myself wrong, i had the most irritating incident with this bank.
First thing, when i was in hospital trying use my atm card didnt work saying 'transactions declined'. I was so helpless that time to find cash and there was no branch open that time. How dare a bank just stop a transaction without informing their customer. If any issues in the bank account someone has to call the costomer and infrom them. That is basic of customer service. Speacilly when bank dealing with customers money.
Then i called call centre and they told me i can go to ANY BRANCH and have to update my passport n visa details in my account.then i went to dubai mall branch and they said you can not do it here.and i had to wait in que and get money manually and the lady issuing money had a big attitude. She only said u can not take money. She doeant even care to explain me why i cant take money. Regardless the service, as a human being human has to be kind to one another and humble when somone come towards you seeking for a help.i spoke with manager there. He said this is the last time that i can withdraw money and should use my atm. And said it needs to be done by a branch which is out of malls. Apparently DIB staff dont really care about their customers. I felt that on the first day

I do not undestand their theory. As a customer any branch is same.
Then i went to business bay branch where i got so annoyed. When i was trying to get a coupon the security said i can not update bank account here and should go to al quoz branch. Which makes no sense!
When i said i wanna speak to manager and he let me go to agent and update the details. The lady sitting there on 26th feb around 11am took my passport visa and emirates ID and updated the details and said after 3 hrs i can use my atm. I checked that aftr 4 hrs And AFTER 4DAYS. STILL I CANT USE MY ATM.
I can see how irresponsible this bank is and how they waste customers time.
Later i went to emirates mall branch.
The staff is not helpfull at all. I wonder how they get customers with this attitude.i spoke with manager there and explained my situation. He said this is the last time that i can withdraw money and should use my atm.
Then i said i already updated those in businessbay bank and i have done my part. Its bank' s fault not do do that simple thing properly.
I have no help from anyone. So i called the contact centre today and lodged a complaint. They they someon will get back to me on 3 to 4 working days. And he also mentioned that passport details n KYC form n Emirates ID is updated. Bt Only the expiry date of emirates id is not updated. How can they just b this irresistible?
Am still waiting here as a poor lady till someone is getting back to me.
I cant take my own money whever i want. What if i had an emergency?
No one took any initiative or ownership to do this smiple 2mins task for me as bankers
I have been wasting my time for one month for this.

Such a poor customer service in DIB and shame on such local bank in a well developed country like dubai.

The worst customer service ever. And the attitude of the staff is even worse. Better never go to this branch. It looks like they don't want to work at all. Waiting for my customer service turn for 40 minutes. And the token number haven't moved yet.

Very bad service, the staff seem lazy and not helpful. The system shows my ticket number but the staff who serve me not in the desk, I have to wait more than 25 mns in the waiting seat. And the most terrible thing I have submitted documents for collection department to change status of my profile in my account so they can active my account and she didn’t do it, I been hanging more than 5 days to get respond from them to fixed. Very very very very bad service. I call costumer service to help me follow up and solve my problem unfortunately no body responds.
Not recommended bank to have an account. I would to closed it and move to another bank.

Manager dont know the rules

Came to make my accountant able to withdraw cash (the cost for anyone else to draw cash is 150AED), the first time the employee told me you just write anything with your company head letter and bring. Did that went to another branch and they told no you need to have an exact letter made by DIB.went back to the first one the MANAGER said no there is not such thing you need to bring us normal letter.
DIB need to make these available online so they dont waste people time and should teach their managers the DIB rules before they make them managers.
