اسواء بنك من حيث الخدمة والانتظار. للاسف كل معاملة اتسويها بالبنك لازم ترجع واتصحح خطاء الموظف وانت كعميل تتحمل الانتظار لساعات طويلة

25/09 الصراحه خدمه سيئه ومافي نظام للاسف وصلت قبل الساعه اربع وجلست لمدة عشر دقايق او اكثر وايجني الموظف السكيورتي يقولي عطيتج تكون وانا ما ا
عرف. انه الصراف بيسكر للعلم انا جايه لتاجيل. القسط اتمنى تعلمون موظفينكم بساعات العمل مش الواحد يطلع من شغله وايكم الفرع وتقول عاطينكم توكن بالغلط

بنك تعيس جدا جدا جدا اذا تبغى تضيع وقتك رووح هذا الفرع ولا فى اى احساس بالمسؤولية ولا قيمة الوقت
موظفين غير متعاونين للأسف
الناس واقفة ولا فى اى حد سائل
حتى ما يستاهل نجمة وحده

اسوء بنك شوفته في حياتي ، خدمه عملاء سيئه للغايه ، يجلسون ويتحدثون ولا يبالوا بالعملاء ، المدير مش موجود دائما في الفرع فعلا اسوء بنك تعاملت معه في حياتي ولا ليهم رقيب ولا حسيب، حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل وفي ادارتهم التي لا تحاسبهم.

ولا نجمه أعذار مش في اماره دبي فلوسنا تماطلونا بقراراتكم احنا شو ذبنا تتطلع شيكات ببنكم احنا شو ذبنا تعالوا بعد ساعه واقفين حتى يفتح الفرع واخر شى تعالوا بد ساعه او روحوا أفرع أخرى بذمتكم هذا كلام ينقال في دولة الإمارات اللي نحن مانعرف كلمه تعادلنا بعد ساعه ولا ساعتين عميل يدخل الباب وجب عليك ياادارة البنك تساعده وتخلص شغله قبل لاندخل او يفتح البنك عليكم ترتيب الأمور مش عاطين السكورتي كلمه وحده بعد ساعه بعد ساعه روحوا فرع اخر انتو وين وقرارات حكومتنا وين الناس معصبه المدير طبعا ماشفنا يمكن صايم تعيسين خدمتهم

Bad experience i want to open account i take the token but they told me today we will not open account i dont know and they also didn’t tell us the reason. 15.09.2022 10: 41 am.waste of our time.

من خلال تجربتي الشخصية مع بنك دبي الإسلامي
وقتما كنت محتاج خدمة أمشي للفرع و فرع يحولني على فرع آخر يخلص يومك وانت تلف على الفروع بدون فايدة
أما بخصوص تجربتي بفرع الإتحاد مول فخدمة عملاء وإدارة اقل ما يمكن القول عليها انها سيئة جدا لا تليق بمستوى بنك

They will let you wait for hours for NOTHING. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFFS. INCLUDING THE BRANCH MANAGER. IN MY 7 YEARS IN DUBAI. FIRST TIME I EXPERIENCE THIS.

They close at 4.30 pm. I was there to collect my debit card at 4.36PM and was told to come back the next day. Tells you a lot about customer service!

موظفي الحراسة: جيدين ويبادرون بتقديم المساعدة والاجابة على بعض الأسئلة
اقترح إعادة توزيع كراسي العملاء مما يتيح المجال لاستقبال عدد اكبر منهم

Worst ever service in DIB Etihad Mall branch, mostly staff playing on mobile and din't care about customers.if you enter in bank misbehave start from the opening door from security guard questing like why you come go another branch come after 1hour,
so my advice to all don't ever go in DIB Etihad Mall branch.

Worst Service Ever. The employees don't even want to work, the application and the "virtual assistant" are the worst, nobody answers your calls, if you visit the branch they are rude and lazy workers. I am closing my account as soon as the pandemic is over, I think you should learn from ADIB.

Pathetic Services. Biggest mistake was opening a business account with them.

1. Their phone banking services is unusable, since they have replaced humans with a virtual assistant (VA). The VA is so inefficient and does not get you anywhere. Often you will complete a request from the VA, expecting to be taken to the next stage on the menu, when you will hear "Thank you for banking with us" and the call will be cut. I have not yet had a single matter resolved through their phone banking service despite over 20 attempts at different times for different queries/ services. Not even a thing as simple as card activation got done.
2. I applied for online banking and they said it would be activated within 3 working days. It has been more than 2 weeks and still no online banking services. Their CSRs are also unhelpful in this regards, since "it is not their department" AND "they can only follow-up".
3. I cannot even activate OR use my debit card because the online banking is still not activated and their phone banking sucks.
4. I dont want to have to go to the bank for every little issue
5. Even when I go to the branch their customer service is barely passable at best. Their staff are always "overwhelmed", and although not openly rude, they are highly impatient and just want to get done with you as soon as possible.
6. Wait times are ridiculous at the branch

Altogether an awful experience, sadly

I had visited this branch twice, the experience like a nightmare, lack of knowledge and answer call the customer service which make me feel i entered a wrong place on other hand the attitude of staff -starting from the security who gives token- awful
I think its a quite branch but it ends up with bad mood rest of day
