Consistently frustrating interactions with your team have resulted in a diminished trust and confidence in your institution. Despite making numerous attempts to resolve account issues, no meaningful action has been taken. This has even led to missed events and financial disruptions.

Given my experience, I cannot recommend your services to others. I'm unsure whether the management is aware of this issue or if they are choosing to disregard it.

I feel so frustrated because of this bank. I made the trip to dubai 25th of september to make an international transfer from my dib account to my local account so i can close my dib account later as i am outside the country. I spent around 5000 aed for the trip and had to be on leave from work. I came back to the branch on 28th before leaving to make sure the transfer was done and they promissed that there is nothing to worry about and that it will processed within 3 working days. Now 2 weeks later the transfer is still not done and i can not get any answer from the bank except you have to come to the branch while i made it already twice. I feel sobstressed and i dont know what to do. This is unfair and unprofesionnal. No Phone number for the brach. No one replies to the mails. It is just crazy

An absolute disaster of a branch, i dont know about the rest of the bank. Its been more than 2 weeks that i am burning my blood for an auto loan. I have given the down-payment, stuck from all four corners. It was pathetic communication by the sales representative, didn't pick up the call, and didn't reply to messages. Intentionally slowed down the process when i took my own insurance as it was less costly than what bank guy was giving me, resulting in double registration of car.and still the process hasn't completed. God knows when this process will cross the finish line. Stay away from this bank!

This branch and branch manager just made my life so easy and comfortable. The branch manager Mr Walid Jamal is a very approachable Gentleman; just eager to solve the problems of customers. Within minutes he found a solution to my problem for which I hopped into every bank that’s available in dubai mall. But Mr Walid just sorted it out in minutes. Thank you again.

One of the worst banking experience in the UAE.tried to open my account since last 4 months.visited the branch twice.and guess what.accounts hasn't been opened yet. And been in UAE for the last 11 years I've never had such a pathetic banking experience when everything is going digital in the era

Five times going to the bank to only update my info and when I finally did and they accepted the papers, I received an SMS that if I didn't update the KYC my account will be closed. Can someone plz call me from the bank, I am trying too many times to call but all I am getting is this virtual asst.and never has been connected to what I want.

Very bad experience ever, yesterday November 8,2022 at 3: 45PM token no. 2080, counter 21, I was in DIB the dubai mall branch. I call in the call center regarding my on line banking apps coz it's blocked and they told me to visit one of their branches. So I went to the dubai mall branch and when I ask about that issue to the counter 21 He's very rude, since the first time I approach him when I ask my bank statement He's answering me in a bad way, He's nagging at me when He ask my signature, SHAME ON YOU SIR! COUNTER 21 on that day. He's the very rude person I ever meet I swear to God. How come to have a customer service like HIM! He's not deserve even this 1 star.

Just 1st time Visit to DIB Bank Dubai Mall Branch. Meet with Mr Hani, found him of the best person, Speaks Politely, he is very friendly. Absolutely great personality. I am really impressed from Mr Hani attitude. Want to see him in good post. My prayers.

I use Dubai Islamic bank Dubai Mall branch mostly everyday, with all my respect to the team who works there they are all good but the best person that you can deal with is Fatima who works in the teller, she is smiling everyday and very helpful

I went to Dubai mall branch for my Auto loan and i think i have made a mistake choosing this branch and especially the sales person Rami jararah.what terrible customer service you cannot even imagine.he will not take your calls and he will not even reply to your messages on whatsApp (which he has shared himself for any questions!). The attitude is basically as he is giving loan from his own pocket and not through DIB.
It is sad that people in customer service have such bad attitude and no proper follow-ups and updates. I will highly recommend everyone to avoid this branch for any sort of loans.
DIB itself is good i think but WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH and especially "Rami Jararah" with super bad attitude. He is not professional at all. STAY AWAY

I just want to thank you with your service in the Dubai Mall, and special thanks to Mr. Rami. Thanks to him for helping me out on my request. He’s very accomodating and friendly. I took a car loan recently. Everything was completed so fast and easy for me.

Worst branch of dib, went to encash a cheque took me an hour to reach the teller. After giving my eid and cheque he told me to sit without any other explanation, waited half an hour after and asked the teller whats going on & if it will take more time. He gave me back my id and cheque saying the person who’s going to approve from email or call is not picking up so I need to come back whenever that RM comes. It’s totally b*llsh*t and waste of time. This people and branch won’t respect your time I hope they replace all the people working there as they’re slower than sloths.

I was in and out with few mins, close account and withdraw cash. It was very fast and efficient even though there were only 2 staffs working.

The customer service on the counter is disrespectful to me, and they are not explaining how it works.
I requested to reschedule my installment date as per my salary date, and I paid 262.5 AED, but the request was rejected. When I asked the counter, she told me to pay again 262.5 for another request.

I've never seen a bank disrespect the customers like this bank, every month they block my commissions without any reasons and yet they can see its commission but they still do the block vary vary bd managers in control of the branch I have no words to describe this bank honestly

معاملة باحترام لكن انك تلاقي 4 موظفين واحد بس اللي يخدم العملاء وتستني ساعتين عشان تعمل معامله. وطبعا الرقم اللي بتاخده وانت داخل بيتحدد بالهويه. الوافدين ع موظف واحد والباقي يمشي ف 10 دقايق ف ده مش طبيعي.
ده موقف حصلي من سنتين او تلاته وبحمد ربنا ان تجديد البيانات بقي اونلاين م بعدها مش حابب اني اروح البنك تاني لأي معاملة.
ده غير طبعا تتصل مافيش رد ويقولك هنكلمك وكده ومايرنش ولو رن بتبقي رنه سريعه ما تلحق ترد عليها

Very bad customer service.
Locals there are the rudest, especially the locals in the quick service!
they don’t know how to talk to the customers at all.
There are too many people looking for a job who can give a better customer service!

THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR! I was literally two minutes late for my number after waiting for 45 minutes and this man named KAMAL had the audacity to say that: she should have waited!
Are you serious!? For an Islamic bank he surely has some attitude! The waiting time is just horrible! They need to review their schedule and put proper timings in order to assist everyone!

Zero rated customer care, pushed by dib managemnet to be rud, mechanical carless, no sort of ethics.
I requested postpone loan deduction one week ago, the agent lady asked me to pay 105 aed, i asked why shall i pay.she mentioned its rule and fees for service.
However i told her i did notpay anything last april.she said that is last year.its different from this year. I gave up and said its ok u can deduct from the accont since i have balance.
She mentioned it not possible u need to pay it cash!?
If brunch manager is reading this can u make it clear why its paid and then why i pay it cash since u have my money, and cannot diduct.
If u have sort of customer care ethincs call me and explane that to me.

I am trying to find zero stars. There is literally no way to reach them on phone. There a virtual assistant that does not understand what I say. I need to find the magic words for her to move on with the menu. Besides a horrible virtual assistant non of the branches pick up the phone. I do not recommend this bank at all. Please save yourself the trouble

Very slow service. Very disappointing. Compared to EIB. Their service is not good. U have to wait for an hour to get teller service. They are very slow in calling ur number. Over all experience 1/10. Probably prefer another branch for teller services.

Below 1 star! Services are very bad.almost all the teller cannot help the customers needs, we are in a queue and the family has a problem with their account and all the 3 teller are talking to one guest and cannot resolve the issue. They keep on asking who’s the manager that she talked to. Same thing goes with my husband. So ridiculous, We will definitely look for another better bank if the service will continue the same. Why they need to ask for the name of the previous person who deal with us, systems are generated now. And we need ACTION! No more questions.

The worst customer service I have experienced ever. The worst!
I'm a person with good patience. But the treatment by their staff is the rudest. No communicational skill, no respect unless you wear condora or abaya, no culture.
Instead of building conversation by looking at you, they regularly look at their PC or their mobile for chatting on whatsapp or smth else.
Instead of helping, they try to get rid of you as soon as possible.
The problem is with all the staff including two abaya-wearing ladies in the cash counter on the left at the entrance. They way they approach make you feel you are a slave or nothing (not even Nobody)
The have sunk in the mud.

Worst bank service ever had in my life!
Zero recommendation.

When i was opening the DIB bank account i thought this an one of the most effective bank in dubai.
Proving me myself wrong, i had the most irritating incident with this bank.
First thing, when i was in hospital trying use my atm card didnt work saying 'transactions declined'. I was so helpless that time to find cash and there was no branch open that time. How dare a bank just stop a transaction without informing their customer. If any issues in the bank account someone has to call the costomer and infrom them. That is basic of customer service. Speacilly when bank dealing with customers money.
Then i called call centre and they told me i can go to ANY BRANCH and have to update my passport n visa details in my account.then i went to dubai mall branch and they said you can not do it here.and i had to wait in que and get money manually and the lady issuing money had a big attitude. She only said u can not take money. She doeant even care to explain me why i cant take money. Regardless the service, as a human being human has to be kind to one another and humble when somone come towards you seeking for a help.i spoke with manager there. He said this is the last time that i can withdraw money and should use my atm. And said it needs to be done by a branch which is out of malls. Apparently DIB staff dont really care about their customers. I felt that on the first day

I do not undestand their theory. As a customer any branch is same.
Then i went to business bay branch where i got so annoyed. When i was trying to get a coupon the security said i can not update bank account here and should go to al quoz branch. Which makes no sense!
When i said i wanna speak to manager and he let me go to agent and update the details. The lady sitting there on 26th feb around 11am took my passport visa and emirates ID and updated the details and said after 3 hrs i can use my atm. I checked that aftr 4 hrs And AFTER 4DAYS. STILL I CANT USE MY ATM.
I can see how irresponsible this bank is and how they waste customers time.
Later i went to emirates mall branch.
The staff is not helpfull at all. I wonder how they get customers with this attitude.i spoke with manager there and explained my situation. He said this is the last time that i can withdraw money and should use my atm.
Then i said i already updated those in businessbay bank and i have done my part. Its bank' s fault not do do that simple thing properly.
I have no help from anyone. So i called the contact centre today and lodged a complaint. They they someon will get back to me on 3 to 4 working days. And he also mentioned that passport details n KYC form n Emirates ID is updated. Bt Only the expiry date of emirates id is not updated. How can they just b this irresistible?
Am still waiting here as a poor lady till someone is getting back to me.
I cant take my own money whever i want. What if i had an emergency?
No one took any initiative or ownership to do this smiple 2mins task for me as bankers
I have been wasting my time for one month for this.

Such a poor customer service in DIB and shame on such local bank in a well developed country like dubai.

The staff from the customer service is not helpful at all, when you ask him something the answer he gave is always no, he doesn’t explain well, attitude is really bad and rude.

I believe to those other comments!
The Dubai Islamic Bank in Dubai Mall they have very poor customer service. Instead of entertaining thier customer they will priority chatting and talking in a rude way. I hope the management observe and give them action.

It’s the worst customer service where they don’t know how to greet and treat the customers. They don’t know the meaning of it.

The two ladies there which I shouldn’t say who it is but they literally rude and don’t know how to solve and please the customers when their system is down. All they know is to say “yalla go yalla go “ without even asking the customers issue.

Me being born and raised in UAE never seen such a response from such people from the same country.

There’s nothing to train them because sometimes some people are born like that.
