I made an order and they told me they will finish it and they did the opposite and stoped answering my calls

Went to buy PULL sticker, not available, the counter person advised to make print. Unfortunately unskilled person not ready to listen. Printer on his OWN way, when i informed the counter ready to pay and not need of product, they does not even have the courtesy to correct. Collected the amount and worst printed sticker… Unprofessional and unethical staffs

Unhelpful and unresponsive staff, when inquired to check for availability on other stores they mentioned "whatever is their is only there"

They are one of biggest stationery companies in UAE. You will get all stationery needs at this place.

They are a stationery store, that usually sells an exhaustive range on goods. They do have arabic textbooks & literature books. They sel the toys, basic craft tools. Etc.etc. They are prices are mid range.

I really disappointed from one of the staff named Mahmoud Daif and I'm not sure about if the spilling of his name correct or no however i went there at 10: 20pm and i step in to the shop and the team was willing to assist me except this man and i do believe he is supervisor, and he totally refused to help my to print out my document witch is very important to me because he want to go home what kind of shame staff are working there

They do have a good variety of education/stationary material. Prices must be considered though.

Very nice collection of books for learning Arabic and Quran translations at really fair prices.

This place is a very nice place, wonderful workers very welcoming, patient and kind to customers, it is a place to be
