Worst experience with this clinic. These people are super slow in their processes. I had recently walked in for one of my health issues. The nurses and people reception keep delaying the process and made me wait for 4 days to collect the test samples in spite of insurance approval.
They do not even consider to reply to emails or revert back calls even after multiple followups.
Worst experience ever.

Spent 35 minutes waiting to be attended to despite having an appointment. Rude and slow. Outside looks well put together but the inside uncomfortable, tight and the facilities are sub par. The radiology room is a nightmare. Nurses justify bad service and facility with “you’re not the only one, we have many /other customers”. This is a clinic and hospital in a tiny building and is not fit for purpose. The orange juice machine was not checked or cleaned neither is the oranges inside. The machine is a pay before use and you find out after payment that the selected orange to me juiced had mould.

This is the most friendly hospital i have visited in Dubai.
Doctors are approachable. Pediatricians are excellent and take time when dealing with children and have much patience. The ENT Consultant is also friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for all you have done for myself and my family.

Bad service I keep calling to ask for my test results but no one call back in the end I fond out that the doctor asked my results her contract finish. This is not my problem they should to handle the patients to other doctors

We went to many doctors from 3 different countries to help me with my acne but all 3 failed. However DR Bina Rabadia comlpletly changed my life by helping me & now i have my confidence back. Thank you so much

I waited two months to have physiotherapy appointments in the first place.
Started the sessions and then they said there was no further availability for other 2 months.
Returned to the sessions after this time and booked 4 sessions in advance. They cancelled two of them.
I am trying to have physio for my knee but its impossible to feel well treated by this company.

Unlike my previous dermatologists, she takes the time to thoroughly understand your situation and goes the extra mile to provide guidance on the necessary tests that should be conducted. This approach ensures that any treatment does not inadvertently harm your body while attempting to address a specific issue. Additionally, Dr. Alhajwan has been instrumental in identifying several crucial details that both I and my previous doctor overlooked.

I am truly grateful to Dr. Linda Alhajwan and the London Clinic for their exceptional care and expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Alhajwan to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and caring dermatologist.

Hospital looks very luxury and it's very pricey as well. I did mistake that we went there for upfront medical coz one of my friend referred to me. After we with the medical they agreed to send the report to my wife and immigration. But it never happened we didn't get any report. Calling them by every day month passed and still no conclusion. Poor customer service and there communication is zero with their team.
Finally they transfer the call to Merry (manager on duty) and she couldn't even help. Hanging up the phone on the face even I wasn't finished.
If there was zero star ️ option I would have gave.
Please don't waste your money and time. There are so many good hospitals in Dubai. Really disappointed

I consulted Dr Bina Dermatologist for 2 skin lesions. She is extremely professional, patient centric and clear in explaining options. The treatments were done efficiently and have been effective. Highly recommended.

I came to the clinic with my friend who recommended it. Dr. Prasad Nata Rajan Saravana Was absolutely amazing. He took care of me immediately and made sure I stared my physical therapy straight away.
Karla P Retamales Was brilliant in helping my road to recovery from Bells Palsy. She was quick with her analysis and kind and professional in dealing with my issue. I would recommend both these doctors to anyone wanting medical help in Dubai 100%.

The filipino workers are all warm and providing good customer service.
From the reception, cashier, the kabayan in the lab, she can get blood excellently even i have very tiny veins, then the one from Radiology also was very nice.

Had a terrible fracture in my 5th metacorpal bone (right hand little finger). Initially Dr. Prasad Nata Rajan Saravana reviewed the X-ray and right away made the necessary action to get consulted with the orthopaedic surgeon. Dr. Kutaiba Salman (orthopaedic surgeon) did an excellent job and took care of my injury with an extra effort and made surgery which went off with ease. My bone joined as if it was never broke. The nurse of Dr. Kutaiba Salman, was sweet enough to take care of things when needed. After the surgery, Dr. Karla (The Physiotherapist) helped me in getting the fingers to move and work properly and she made my life to lead normal. Now I feel so much better and can do my normal chores without any difficulties. Thanks to all the people I mentioned and thanks to Dubai London Clinic for taking care of me so well. ️

Was there this morning for my stress test stress echo and ecg…the nurse attending to me Sahana was efficient, pleasant, clean and most of all very professional. Was reassuring which gave me peace and calm.would rate her services on a scale of 1-10…10 for excellent service.

Dr. Tamkeen A. Kinah was the consultant cardiologist who attended to me. He is very professional & efficient. He made me feel very comfortable which gave me a lot of calm and peace of mind. His demeanor is of a soft spoken man with confidence. I was very very pleased with his services and the amount of time he gave me…he cleared all my doubts.
Many thanks for that Dr Tamkeen.

Will definitely go back to DLH in the future should I require any further treatment.

The staff right from the reception to the nursing staff are very polite courteous and patient.

I love this hospital so much i went their 2 times for iv and they treat u so good especially the man who brings me food which i think is the chef. And i also want to mention Dr. Osma Attar Bashi he is an amazing consultant pediatrician. The nurses also all really kind and check up on me 24/7. Was given an appointment at 11 am. Got here and waited for 2 hours. To then be told to wait more and that the appointment was actually 1pm in their system. First time here. Looks like the last.

Public service announcement.if you have anything wrong with your skin, see a dermatologist first! My visit to Dr. Bina would have saved me soo much, if it happened first as oppose to going to a GP first.

The Doctor, the nurses especially Lea were outstanding! They made me super comfortable and took all my fears away before and after surgery!

Had a meniscus repair surgery and several physio sessions after. Amazing expertise and great service, very pleased with the doctor/surgeon and physiotherapists I was attended to by. From dr kutaiba/wael to physiotherapist Karla/annemie, I’ve been treated with great care and my recovery process has been well supported.

Dr Ayham Fallouh was amazing, I faced problems breathing with through my nose for 18 years due to chronic rhinitis and inflammation of the sinus tubes. I was relying on a nasal spray to be able to sleep.
When I came to see the doctor, Dr Ayham encouraged me to get the surgery done. I am so happy I listened to him, he is sincerely the best doctor I could have asked for. Extremely caring, professional and expert in this field.

In a city like Dubai where there is so much choice for almost everything it can be difficult to stand out from the crowd. The Dubai London Clinic does this for a couple of very good reasons.

Firstly, the staff and facility are great. Genuinely nice people who care for the patients, listen and make the experience pleasant even for those who are anxious about meeting a doctor or having surgery.

Secondly is my surgeon Dr Ayham. Complemented by the excellent team around him, he is not only a fine surgeon with a stunning reputation, he is also a great person to meet and to have confidence in his advice. His diagnosis, approach, surgery and recovery methods are excellent. So much so that if I needed any other kind of procedure I would take his recommendation for a colleague at Dubai London without hesitation.

It takes great people to provide excellent healthcare. And Dubai London has this in abundance.

Arrived on time, i had to wait 10min to the cashier to just grab few papers to do the exam i booked the day before and confirmed. Then arrived at radiology and they told me it was too late, doctor already left and I have to wait 40min. I explained i had to go back to work quickly but with no success. Unprofessional.

Visited last night and saw a doctor for a very sore throat. I was asked to do a bunch of tests which I did. They told me they would call me in an hour and provide a prescription.
It’s been nearly 24 hours and I’m still waiting for a call and medicine!
I’ve called the hospital 4 times today and they keep telling me someone will call back. Very unprofessional.

I had a knee surgery performed by Dr Kutaiba Salman in September 2021 for the removal of a Baker's Cyst which had become painful and was preventing me from exercising. It was a phenomenal experience, Dr Kutaiba has an excellent manner and a self assuredness which is comforting. He explained the issue and provided options including the surgery. I felt in control and felt able to make an informed choice. The surgery was handled perfectly - right from my arrival to the careful checklist / procedures followed by all staff. Dr Kutaiba executed the surgery perfectly and following my short recovery period I was back to walking and then exercising. I now run about 7Km about 3 times a week and go hiking and enjoy everything I used to before the problem.

I shall always be grateful for the top class work by Dr Kutaiba and his team at Dubai London Clinic - thanks for giving me the gift of being able to live my live actively and normally again!

I have seen dr shruti, she is the best.very thoughtful and kind, she listens to her patient's concerns and gives the best advice.

DR Karla is the best physiotherapist I ever met in my life. I been suffering with my back for decades and no oner ever solved my problem until I met Karla. She focused on working on some scars I had of a surgery done 52 years ago and now day by day this has improved my quality of life and my back pain is 90% recovered and I been able to do sports again after so many years. Thank you Karla.

Absolute shocking experience! Turned up to a booked appointment at the nakheel branch for our first baby scan, which I had confirmed was covered by my insurance via phone call and email to the clinic by sending my National id and health card. Myself and husband had took the afternoon off work to go to this which obviously we were beyond excited about. We got there to be told I in fact was not covered at their clinic (when I am according to my insurance and health card as well as the email attached). I was refused to get seen despite showing the confirmed emails and told I would need to pay if I wanted to be seen, even though it clearly was their error. Staff clearly lack communication, and I have been left extremely disappointed and very upset unable to see my baby due to their incompetence. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time going to them like we did!

My Specialist Dr. Seema who is taking good care of my HB and Diabetes. She is so caring. Everything is good well manage and special thanks to Nurse Shei for being so kind and busy. Also Dr. JK my Surgeon who operated on me with a very good result. God bless you all and more power DLC.

I would like to thank Dr. Shruti for being so accommodating and for being understanding of my needs. She is very helpful, friendlh, attentive and knowledgable.her nurse also is very caring (i was not able to get her name). On the day of my procedure there was a hiccup (not fault of dr or nurse) but they were able to resolve it immediately which is very impressive! Shout out also to their superb customer service/support which you can easily speak to by phone and fb messenger.they will not tell you to come to their clinic to answer your query.they will tell you right there and then so you know what to expect and not going through the hassle of going there just to find out. I like their clinic, they are so quick.i would recommend!:)

I visited the Dubai London Clinic in Nakheel Mall recently for a skin tag issue in a very delicate area of my body. I was referred to Dr. Jaykrishna Reddy by the dermatologist Dr. Umesh as the treatment required a minor surgery. I met Dr. Reddy and he listened to very patiently, diagnosed the issue and processed the papers for insurance approval in very quick time. I was explained the procedure in detail and given two options. After I selected the preferred option, he guided me through the process very well. The surgery went off smoothly and he came to see me later. Then he saw me again after a couple of days just to ensure there were no complications. I found him to be an extremely capable & professional surgeon. He is also very soft spoken, polite & helpful. I would recommend him highly.

Friendly staff, however they are terrible at management of time!
My appointment was at 9: 30 am but seen the dr at 11 am.

Waiting for my Simple blood test which takes a day or 2 max by other hospitals and clinics, but with them it took more than 7 days for the results to come out and I had to call them a thousand times to follow up!

So if your time is valuable and you want your time to be respected the DO NOT Would deal with this place, would not recommend them at ALL!

I made an appointment at 9: 30 and no one advised me to come earlier. The paper works and the tests were done in 15 mins and then I was waiting till 11 to see the doctor.
I got to know today that my bloodwork and test were uploaded to the system 3 days ago and I was not informed, and when I called after7 days the operator was telling me it’s not ready yet.
No I don’t “THINK” there was a delay, I think you guys really need to work on your terrible management and customer service.

Dr. Jayakrishna (Specialist General Surgeon) Is absolutely professional and with the great experience at his work and the way he treated my mother was absolutely remarkable.very humble, kind and concerned. I have been to many gynecologists in Dubai, but have never come across one as kind, thoughtful, genuinely interested in treating patient, and knowledgeable as Dr Shruti in DLC. She spent so much time with me, was so thorough, and has such a pleasant personality. Highly recommend her!

Grateful for Dr. Prasad Nata Rajan Saravana. Finally, I found doctor who understands how important vitamin B12, D3, and ferritin levels are. I’m very happy!

This is clinic is one of the clinics in Dubai were they do immigration medical tests for Canada and Australia. They organized and send out your report in time.

My wife had very high bp last Dec 7,2021 she reached 193/118 and we rushed her to this clinic. They gave her this apparatus that monitors her bp every 30mins for 24hrs. No medicine given because I believed they know better.

After 24hrs we went back and gave back the apparatus and they instructed us that the doctor will call us.

After 1 day we got an email with attached prescribed medicine on it. No other instruction what shall we do.

We called the clinic the same day and operator told us that the doctor will call.

3 days after we are still waiting for the call from this clinic we don’t know what shall we do, what my wife should avoid and how long should my wife take the medicine.
We called several times and we got the same answer “THE DOCTOR WILL CALL YOU”.

Charged me and claimed from insurance, the second time they overcharged me, not one person to answer a simple question, will be contacting the DHA as this is not right!

Dr. Bina has been our family doctor for over 15 years. Absolutely fantastic dermatologist, very good at diagnosing everything we see her for. She gives efficient treatment that works quickly and aesthetically. Dr. Bina is excellent.

I fell down the side of a mountain in Uganda and had a distal radial fracture. After a long and tiring journey to Dubai, DR KUTAIBA SALMAN was there to meet us, after midnight, on New Year's Day. Every doctor I worked with at this hospital, from Dr. Salman, to the pain management specialist, to the anesthesiologist, was attentive, caring, and professional. Dr. Salman did excellent work stabilising me immediately and a day later, connecting my bone back together in surgery. Post Op, the nurses in recovery were excellent and attentive and the Physical therapist prepared a plan for me that would help in my recovery. At the time, we lived in Japan, but Dr. Salman followed up by email to make sure I was on the mend. No one ever wants to experience the pain of an accident or be treated for an emergency; but rest assured that you will be well taken care of at this hospital. I credit Dr. Salman with being able to use my left hand in a basically normal way, something we were not sure would ever happen. Thank you!

I took my daughter two days ago because of her ear pain. Doctor gave her medicine but the nurse didn’t give us the prescription due to system problem. She said they will call me within the day but no call. Called customer service the next day for update and they said they will call me back for update.still no update! This is the third day and still no call from them! Very disappointing!

DR KUTAIBA SALMAN was our orthopedic surgeon. Dr Kutaiba is a perfectionist, a skill you want in your surgeon! This is a man who loves his work!
We arrived from Uganda where my husband a a serious break in his left wrist from an accident. He meet us at 1am in the morning on new years day! Dr Kutaiba instantly put us at our ease with his gentle and assured manner. He is exceptionally compassionate. The operation went very smoothly and was explained to us in great detail. When we returned back to Japan, we had all the records needed and follow up support from Dr. Kutaiba. The doctor in Japan was very impressed with the skill shown and the results achieved.
Whilst in Dubai awaiting my husbands recovery Dr Kutaiba looked at my finger, I had cut with a circular saw, the previous summer. My finger was scanned and he then operated, cleaning up my scar tissue and attaching my nerve back! He lots of time with the radiologist preparing and planning for the surgery. He is very passionate about his work!

We found the team at the hospital to be kind and professional.

Dr Luis is the only TMJ specialist I’ve visited that could quickly evaluate my condition and propose the treatment plan. He explained to me clearly the plan and the steps needed to resolve my TMJ problem. I had a locked jaw for many years, and with the exercises, the new dental device, and the surgical procedure he managed to help me open my jaw again. I can finally eat properly and open my jaw without restrictions. I highly recommend Dr Luis to anyone suffering from TMJ and jaw problems.

Dubai London Clinic Specialty Hospital is like family. My brother and I started to go there years ago and continue to be delighted.

Now we are going for the health of our eyes and overall vision.

They are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Patient and caring, they truly allow you to voice your concerns with eager ears for listening. They always greet their patients with a warm greeting and smiling faces and really do make you feel you are being cared for with your best interest at heart.

I have done two operations with them. Both were very successful, and I am so grateful.

- (Dr. Prasad Nata Rajan Saravana- General Practitioner and Hospital Medical Director), such a great gentleman. He will always greet me with warm welcome and will stand up when I walk in and when I leave. I did not even know that he is the “Hospital Director” until I was talking to one of the nurses and she told me that he is so kind with all the staff. He saved my life when he was able to diagnose my case in 2018 when I waked in thinking it is only vitamin deficiency as I used to visit him for. He directed me to the right way to deal with my situation and he was so right and I am so thankful. I trust him for everything and because of him I stared to see other doctors in this clinic.

- (Dr. Jelena Jevtic Akif- Specialist Obstetrician & Gynecologist), when I visited her, it was almost my first time ever with a Gynecologist. With her kindness she realized that so she made me feel so comfortable. She even asked me if I wanted to speak to her in private, so she nicely asked the nurse to leave the room. She really took the time and didn't rush the process. She was also very personable and made sure to explain each item and step to me. I trust Dr. Jelena and decided to do the procedure that she recommended and after three years now I am so thankful. I would always go back to visit her for any consultation and she is always welling to listen.

- (Dr. Naima Ben Moussa- Specialist Ophthalmologist), she has been wonderful to work with! She is very nice, super helpful, SO POLITE and kind. Dr. Naima always answers my long list of questions and makes me feel well cared for. She worked on my case tirelessly until I was satisfied with my eye procedure, put me into medical progressive plan, and for the first time in years, my eyes are better than just ok. I highly recommend her if you are looking for an optometrist in Dubai!

And not to forget their Hair Lazier Removal Offers (at Festival Mall Branch only), which I took the advantage of it and I am so satisfied.

Four words that describe my experience at Dubai London Clinic and Speciality Hospital: HONEST - TRUSTWORTHY - THOROUGH - CARING.

Clearly out to get your money made me pay for tests that made no sense to do for AED 600! Shown my condition to the doctor twice still couldn’t diagnose what the issue was. I go to mediclinic visit a GP and they tell me there and then what the problem is for a mere AED 50 with a prescription. I will never use the clinic or recommend any sick person to go there. Please use mediclinic or a reputable doctors practice.

Dr Jelena is very approachable and good. She is not keeping patients waiting despite her busy clinic.

After some time dealing with dental problems I meet Dr. Luis Gavin who right away pointed that my problem was in my jaw. He explain to me my problem and all the process in detail, suggesting me a treatment. I was given a mild sedation anesthesia and the process was painless, quick and very profesional handled by Dr. Luis Gavin and his team.
I found him very approachable and with a high level of expertise. After my experience I would like to recommend Dr. Luis Gavin.

Friendly nurses/staff. All good knowledgeable doctor. Not much waiting time.

Cosy small hospital in the neighbourhood. Appointments on schedule, no waiting. Professional staffs, nurses and doctors. Had a day surgery and their anaesthesiologist Dr. Jelena K is a soft spoken person and very experienced. So much kindness and assurance after I discussed my past unpleasantness with GA. Great team with my doctor. Surgery went well and was very pleasant. Clean & comfortable single room with full privacy. Wonderful experience.

One of the worst hospitals in UAE, I went there at around 4am I was the only patient in the hospital and they still let me wait for sometime. I had a fever of 37.9 at the time, and The doctor give me the wrong Diagnose and the wrong medicine and asked for unnecessary tests. On the second day I went to a professional hospital not like this one my fever was 38.4 it increased and they told me what the doctor did and the medicine is wrong. Bottom line don't go there if it was the last hospital in UAE.

One of the best and most well managed hospital with consistently good service and care providers. Trained and well groomed nurses and staff who knew what they were doing.

Kept me waiting almost an hour for my follow up appointment without any updates. I simply walked out and they didnt bother to call to apologize. But I shouId have expected. Same thing happened on my first appointment. Plenty of clinics out there folks. You are not the only one.

Went here at 3 am as I had 103 fever and a throbbing headache. They wanted to put an IV drip and do blood tests for influenza and infections. Thankfully my husband was there and told them just to give me a shot, so they did (a Voltaren shot) and I was fine in 5 mins. So I guess their meds are great and people are sweet too, but they just want to charge you with everything possible. Probably also since I went at 3 am, we were groggy and most people say okay. It was also our bad as it was not covered in insurance. But I was so sick that we didn't really care at that point!

I had some treatment on my jaw and mole reduced by Dr Luis Gavin. I can not praise the hospital or Doctor enough, very professional from start to finish and after care was excellent. I would highly recommend both especially if ever need any dental work done.

My experience was well worth of my time and money and effort. Well, I can call this one of the best healthcare facilities in Dubai for a number of reasons. Highly qualified Doctors and a very welcoming staff. Call Center that operates for 24 hours and generally answers sooner than any other healthcare facility.

I first met Dr. Ayham when I happened to pop into the clinic for a different matter. He asked if he could check inside my nose and instantly knew I had a deviated septum. He explained the impact that this could have on my health and encouraged me to have functional surgery, in order to clear the airways.
I broke my nose twice when I was younger and always wanted to have surgery on it, however, I was too scared to get it done. Dr. Ayham informed me about how he can carry out both functional and cosmetic surgery at the same time, which not all surgeons have the expertise to do. It became vey clear how passionate and highly skilled he was.
I thought about the surgery for a few months and finally found the courage to go ahead with the cosmetic surgery alongside the functional surgery. I knew that I had crossed paths with Dr Ayham for a reason and I had met the right surgeon to carry out the work. Dr Ayham supported me through the whole process which reassured me that I was in safe hands.
This was a month ago now and I cannot believe the difference with my breathing already. I am still on the road to recovery however am so pleased with the results. I returned to work after 2 weeks with no visible swelling or bruising, and no one can believe I only had surgery a month ago. The after care has been thorough and I am having regular follow up appointments to ensure everything is ok.

I had major difficulties in being able to breathe through my nose in over 11 years and I always left the issue unattended, not understanding the casualties it could cause, and couldn`t relate existing health issues to the fact that my brain was not getting enough oxygen. Luckily, the issue got discovered during a completely unrelated medical check-up, where I was strongly advised to visit an ENT specialist.

After doing my homework, I got referred by my colleague to Dr. Ayham. From my first visit I was blown away by the level of knowledge, amazing personality, “straight-to-the point” answers, extreme care and personal approach. I got a complete explanation and discussion of each of my options providing all the aspects. Upon deciding to move ahead with the surgery, I had it scheduled within two weeks. Passing three days from the surgery, I could finally breathe.

Doctor Ayham has been mega-exceptional in my care and made the quality of my life a 100 times better (and still counting:) ). He is truly one of the best doctors I have met in my life!

Would be absolutely unfair not to mention hospital personnel that I had a pleasure to deal with; they were at their extreme best, from the care to communication and always going an extra mile to meet the requirements.

Yet to be seen on time in this hospital to date. The test results are slow, I have to constantly chase for updates, have had two scheduling confusions which resulted in wasted time, blood had to be taken twice instead of scheduling all tests in one day, during blood draw no gloves were worn and the urine sample box is completely open in a non secure toilet. I shared the same with my dr and was told to write a formal complaint but was not given the contact information to do so.

Nice clinic with smooth check in procedure. The doctors listen to the problem and explains the situation clearly. Waiting time for each appointment varies from time to time, but overall not too bad.
There are vending machines for hot drinks.

Wonderful and inviting clinic, every staff member receives you with a big smile every time, wait time is minimal and consultation super efficient, great job guys!

We had a great experience at this hospital. My son had surgery there and the whole team was amazing. The nurses were all wonderful and very caring and the anaesthetist Dr Jelena Kokovic is just brilliant with kids and very warm which helped to put everyone at ease. The performing ENT surgeon Dr Siddique was also fantastic and everything went smoothly. Thank you very much and can definitely recommend DLC.
