The staff are great. They really know their job, especially Ms. Juveriya Mohammed Shabeer (Member Retention Agent), her assistance was amazing and productive. She quickly resolved our problem with the portal sanctions and even waived the penalty. Over all, our experience with her was exceptional.

I really appreciate the efforts of all DMCC staff, they work so hard. Ms Dara and Ms. Aqsa are the most helpful staff I have even seen in any freezones. Really appreciate their efforts. If I can put less than 1 star I would
The residence visa service everywhere in Dubai doesn’t take more than 3 days except for DMCC, it takes minimum of 3 weeks with priority service which is even very expensive already, can the management do something about that!

Never expected these kind of poor service from a well reputable company like DMCC! Security officials are so ill mannered and arrogant without any reason! They’re supposed be assisting with security issues but they seemed they are not well aware of their duties! I don’t know why he behaved like we’re no one to ask him or query him about anything! No wonder why the reviews here are so poor! Dmcc should be concerned about this! If anyone thinking to do business here or stay here, please check the reviews first! Dmcc was a good company but couldn’t maintain it any longer! Worse than you think!

This is most third class freezone. Everything is stupid. These people think they are from some other world and their customers are beggars and their slaves. I don't know how this kind of stupid service is surviving in Dubai. Everything in Dubai is the best. I am shocked to see this DMCC kind of freezone service. If someone visits their customer service center. Every customer is frustrated.

I have been dealing with DMCC for 5 years they have been so good till 2019, after that I can no longer get a reliable answer from any of the Employees, they delay the transactions for more than a month, take the documents and leave them for ages with them and come back say well there are more documents required (basically they can’t help any more with requirements and I have to visit every week) shame! That’s a total time and effort loss. I’m extremely disappointed compared to the services I used to get in the past. I hope management can look into that.

We renewed our licence with DMCC this year despite wanting to change freezone. No discount. However, I regret it since they seem to really put important time for new company set-up but not the existing companies. Charges for admin changes such as address, change of manager is very high and what is even worse is that they don't keep their deadlines- I requested a change of manager name, paid 1500AED, they told me to wait 7 days max.it has been 20 days and still nothing has happened. I called 3 times, raised 2 complaints and actually nothing has happened. Their platfom is not intuitive at all, it is not made for customers but for their staff, i feel i am doing their job in the platform and they just do the approval for 1500AED.not user friendly at all.being part DMCC does not bring me much except delays and high cost.

Probably the worst free zone in Dubai for small businesses. They are extremely expensive, have tons of paper work to do and response for customer support takes weeks or months.you have to first open their portal which is half complete every morning otherwise you will hit by some fine or the other. Would recommend to use mainland license.

Very Very poor Telephonic Service and DMCC live support. I just had to change email of an Service Request number of my employee but they told me to call Customer service where there is no Proper guildines and it took me 3-5 hrs.

Pathetic Operations style. You cannot see anyone in person in case of emergency.

The worst experience with DMCC customer care (NO CARE AT ALL).

They always misguide, have no proper information about the document requirements, every time you call & ask them, different people give different answers, create duplicate UIDs for 1 person. Our 3 working days lost at every step for each visa applied in Jan 2021. Because of that 10 crucial working days (2 weeks) lost after grace period for visa amendment for innocent dependent. Ridiculous service.

Long wait for days for a work which can be done at a click of a button. Total waste of your hard earned money & time. Best in increasing your Blood Pressure & close to getting a heart disease.

Try to avoid getting their services.

New customer parking system in Almas Tower is so horrible! 1st hour free will be used just by entering and exiting the parking itself because of the traffic inside structure problem, entrance and exit in the same single short lane.

I had a really bad experience with the client service center of DMCC. There is this lady sitting at the counter no 1. She is so arrogant. I wanted to know how the existing visa can be re-stamped to new passport due to name of change. She said i need to get police clearance and open file in immigration and present the receipt of it yada yada. I even asked her if those documents are really necessary and she was so angry saying don't teach me my job. I was so upset as all of it gonna take a lot of time and i will have to cancel the flight tickets for my family.

Later i checked with someone else in the same department and confirmed none of it was required.

She was so rude when i asked for some of the information twice as i couldn't understand the way she said it.

You should have seen her attitude and ignorance. I came to know from several other people that they all had the same bad experience with this lady. If a client service center person cant be polite, its high time that they should consider doing something else.

A unique place to work and stay in the most upscale Dubai neighborhoods where lakes, grassy alleys, two Dubai Metro stations, restaurants and many other shops along the aisles that add special fun to the place.

These services add to the business sector in Dubai an important cultural and economic dimension in which Dubai compete the world.

I advise businessmen and researchers whobare looking for new opportunities or open new branches for their companies and businesses to visit this place, and I am sure you will love this place.

Whether it's for housing, business or commerce, this is the address.

In my opinion, there are only two things that limits the expansion and further prosperity of this unique place:
First of them is the high fees for the establishment, which add more costs especially for new companies.even for companies that are currently working.
The second thing is the presence of a few parking spaces, especially for visitors in general. The parking on the lower floors of the towers is not intended for visitors. It is reserved for resident companies or residents, most of which are empty and can accommodate more visitors.

I would like to advise the departments and authorities responsible for this wonderful place to consider this observation, which may lead to many solutions.

For example, it is possible to rent these parking which used a little from the owners to open them to visitors cars and this will bring a good income and prosperity for the area companies and visitors and the parking owners.
