Dubai Municipality Karama Center

My car’s window glass broke and the small pieces got spilled all around the parking lot. Thanks to the Municipality, within 15 minutes they reached us and cleaned the entire thing out. Such amazing response to hazards. Thanks you Municipality and Dubai Police

I made a complaint against my neighbours dog who is very aggressive and attacks us whenever we step out of the house. I am a resident of al warsan village C block (Nakheel) and there was no action taken by Dubai municipality instead of the complaints made. They had a visit but there was no outcome or action taken. Today again the dog has been aggressive and tried to attack. We have old parents, kids, at our place who are scared to go out due to this attacking behavior of the dog. There are many other dogs in the community which are chained up but the villa number 711 doesn’t keep their dog chained up which is a threat to all of the society members. Kindly look into this on urgent basis

من اسوء المراكز لبلدية دبي ، وهذا عن تجربة شخصية لي كمالك لمكتب استشارات هندسية وعضو في موؤسسة محمد بن راشد. الأفراد غير متعاونين أبداً مع العملاء ومعظم الوقت هم مشغولين بالأكل او بالهاتف.
تعاملهم غير لطيف أبداً. وللأسف هم جهة أساسية ويجب التوجه لها كمركز أساسي ضمن نطاق مهام البلدية.
