Dubai Pets Grooming

Please do not use this service if you love your pets! They cut my dog’s hair down to the skin in places and she is now in pain. They also refuse to answer my concerns. Avoid.

The groomer inundated my dog’s ear (we don’t know with what) giving him a massive ear infection (first in 8 year of life). I have complained after a vet consultation and much suffering from my pet. I have yet to receive an apology or see evidence that they will train their staff.

Van is old, equipments were not hygienic at all. They use the same equipment with saveral pets without sanitising it.

Tooth brush was used. Shampoo they used god knows had no brand on it as cup was made out of an old plastic shampoo bottle which was cut to use as a cup. So you cannot tell what shampoo their using.

All the clipping and grooming set was old rusty dirty. Infact a clipper taped with an industrial tape.

Towel was not really clown too. Had yellow spots and seemed dirty.

Other used, wet and dirty towels were thrown on ground in the corner.

Very professional staff and excellent job done for my cat luna. Loin cut was just perfect.

We booked this service for our three dogs and after taking time off work they didnt turn up and neither did they call us or pick our phone. We are totally disappointed with this company and they have been a total let down. We will NEVER recommend anyone to use them.

Extremely unprofessional. They were late for 2 and keep on telling us that they will there shortly. We felt bad to cancel at once. They arrived after 2 hours without any cage to take the cat. Good I went out with our cage. The van was not there and we walked for 20 minutes to find a parking. I guided them to the parking. The van still was rounding. The cat owners will understand how stressed the cat was. But I still agreed to wait, the van didn’t come even after me waiting outside with the cat so long. Just imagine what would happen with the cat if I just game him to them without even cage! Extremely unprofessional! Very disappointed

Our dogs have a great time while boarding. They have lots of playtime and interaction with other dogs. We are very happy to find Dubai Pest. We know they love and care for our dogs just like we do at home.

My booking was at 6pm. They messaged me in the say to ask if they can come at 5: 30 as the previous appointment was gona finish sooner. Goven I’m normally
Home by 6 I rushed home to make sure I’m here for 5: 30.6pm and no one showed up.
I messaged to ask and they said they are filling gas. 6: 19 I messaged again still no one here, they said the previous pet was aggressive and they need an extra 15mins.
I had a work meeting scheduled at 6: 30.
I cancelled the appojntment and she asked me if I wanted to rescheduled and said apologies ma’am.
This is all I got after i planned this according to my work week.
I will not use ur services again.
Thank you but your staff needs professional training and better communication methods with your customers.

STAY AWAY
Their groomers have no knowledge or experience. Noone would cut cat whiskers or cut nails too close to the paws and also injured the poor cat in the process. Many pets got injured, infected, and traumatised. See for yourself in the reviews. They now disabled their FB & IG comments. You don't want to risk your loved ones' lives and wellbeing. Don't fall for their social media channels.

Jett was super nice with my dog. Very professional. He delivered exactly what I wanted. I simply showed him a picture of the haircut I wanted for my dog and he delivered exactly the same. He went the extra mile and he was very patient as it was my dog’s first haircut and he was a bit nervous (my dog was nervous not Jett).

Pooor admin! The Filipina lady who has offered me a job was totally unprofessional and doesn’t know how to accept rejections! I think you need to train your staff in a well mannered staff. If I don’t want to accept your job offer it’s none of your business Madam, I don’t need your offer. But you have to accept it in a nice way! And by the way, there are lots of cleaning companies in UAE which are more respectful and more friendly than this FMF cleaning company. They need more training and needs to correct the attitude!

Absolutely the worst customer management service I had ever had experienced in my entire life! Called in the morning, scheduled a ‘promotional service’ for a team to come by 17: 30. Left from work early in order for the team to arrive.

No follow up call, no answer after they had not come by the agreed time. A whole hour later they turn off their phone! Absolutely the worst maid service I had ever come across in Dubai!

Such a bad customer care management! Management nor respect the agreed guidelines and value the time of the customers, neither take responsibility for it's decisions. I actually feel so sad for FMF team of maids to work with such an arrogant executive team. I thought such a poor level of services does not exist in a competitive business environment of UAE

This is the most disappointing cleaning company we have been with!
For years they kept on changing the cleaners around we had to deal with
constant drama but we like to give chances but in the end of the story they removed all the maids we liked and knew.
So when we decided to leave them because they don’t coordinate with us anymore they didn’t even payed as back the Money we have giving them in advance!
So unprofessional!
This is not how you deal with costumers!

We agreed on a monthly package where I get the same filipina maid 6 days a week for 4 hours a day. Paid for the first day trial and told them she can come back next day and continue for a month but they ignored my messages until I called and they said no more Filipina available and offer is not available and tried to increase price on me. Super greedy and unprofessional!

The first time I used their services I was thrilled. Place was immaculate and the attention to detail (the way she folded towels and watered my plants etc) was fantastic. Second time - appalled. They sent one cleaner and someone in training. Bedspread was put on upside down, plants not watered etc AND They left 30 minutes early and the kitchen was barely acceptable. The stove top cover was actually dirtier than when they arrived. I asked for someone (different clearer) to return for 1 hour - 30 minutes to make up for the time I PAID FOR and 30 minutes compensation. They refused. Wont ever use them again.
