من بعد مساعدتهم اقسم بالله الشعب الاماراتي من احسن واطيب الشعوب اللي تعاملت معها في حياتي قبل ما اوصل وكنت علي رجلي توهت في الصحرا قابلتني سياره شرطه وصلتني لقسم الشرطه و في القسم قابلت ناس والله تعاملوا معي مثل اخواتي الكبار ربنا يجزيهم خير و يحفظ بلدنا الثاني الامارات

My car got taken to the impound yard because there was a case on the same plate number in 2015 (my car is of 2018 year). I went to CID, there I was sent to Al Barsha Police station, where the case was removed. From there I was sent to RTA Al Barsha, where they said I can go and pick my car up. I went to the impound yard, from there they sent me to Al Warsan police station. At Al Warsan police station I was sent back to RTA. And nobody could explain what I had to do. And everywhere they say that it's all cleared. From RTA I was sent again to the Impound yard, and guess what? From the impound yard I was sent again to Al Warsan police station.

Nobody gives me any paper, but everyone says the car can be released - except for the Impound yard itself. Seems like nobody knows what the procedure is.

And what is the most frustrating- I had to pay for the recovery and storage fee, although it was not my fault that the old case on another car was still in the system and I was given this plate number with a case on it. And everywhere they say they can't wave it.

The bottom line is - because of the systems mistake, you might lose a few days and a few hundreds dollars.

The police car impound yard is a yard where the police is stock a cars that are very old or not do a payment of the lone cars of banks and there is almost many cars are stocked there and there is a good cars are also stocked and a accident cars are stocked here there is a too much big yard to stock cars

I was there to take permission for a van to be advertised sticker on the Van it was just needed a stamp on papper to submit behaviour of staff was ok

Got fine with vehicle impounding for 30 days but there is no space available in their impounding yards as per them and requesting us to come at the time of registration expiry if the vehicle is on company name we cant wait for till reg expiry as during this time we might have other vehicle renewal or reg which is not possible until impounded is done for vehicle which on same company account or pay the huge amount of charge to save impounding.low income drivers cant bare this with high level of expensive options.must provide better service in this terms.

In other terms Dubai police services are well better than other countries where i visited and experienced.
