Dubai Production City

Unfortunately, noone warning that living in this area is dangerous for health due to sewage treatment plant in very close distance.
I am extremely disappointed that Dubai government allows such place inside the city and noone care about people living there.
Dubai government made Expo 2020 and announced a lot about Eco system poisoning people having bad treatment plant inside the city.
Avoid this area!

Not a bad place overall. It's well maintained and kept clean. Access to public transportation is a very big challenge. Plan your trip very carefully if you aren't driving. A lot of media production companies have their operations in this area. Another factor to consider is the lack of public rest areas like park benches and what not. I guess they don't want you lingering but if have to wait for a taxi for 30 minutes like I did, it would be nice to do it while seated.
