Dubai Smart Police Station SPS - Palm Jumeirah

Went today to open a case about a scam phone call, pretending to be Dubai Police and Government. But no one ever picked up the phone, any idea who to contact or what to do?

I want to write a complaint against the employer, he wants to deprive me of my salary, I worked from 1.01 to 28.01 with a work contract, where to write?

Smart Police Station (SPS) is located within Golden Mile in Palm Jumeirah, one if the futuristic initiatives of Dubai Police if delivering its services to local community.

We are a victim of phone scam where the caller claims that they are from Dubai Police. We notified the bank and filed dispute but got denied of a chargeback and was told to file a case with Dubai Police. We filed a case thru the app and received a call the next day, we were told to get a signed and stamped bank statement showing the fraudulent charges and go to the nearest SPS. When my husband went today to SPS the Palm, he was told to open a case which we already did. He went in the booth and tried to call DP again but no one answers. We are running in circles for almost 3 months. Can someone help us please?

Amazing experience at SPS. Well organized. Easy to navigate. Very polite interactions with the officers. Very easy to find on maps. Accurate information, location and all data is just 100% spot on. Their document scanner never works, and you have to run around to all SPS around the city till one of them works luckily.
