They don't even deserve a star. They're the worst. I bought on Epson printer BUT I THINKS IT IS fake one I used for one month after that stopped working so Since 45 days I sent back to fix but I am still waiting and everyday I am calling they just saying tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow

They don't even deserve a star. They're the worst. Mr. Waqar Ali have confirmed our order, told the delivery date. It's been 1 week and our order didn't came. Have been calling them ever since the agreed date of delivery but they didn't answer any of my calls. I contacted his Manager, he told me he will investigate. He also didn't answer my call ever since he knew my concern.

They have a great website and they are very responsive to the customers. Once I was looking for something on their website but i coudn't find my desired product and then the chat box poped up and someone helped me find my desired product. It was so fast. I was so impressed by their assistance.

Terrible service, confirmed product availability only to deny their own words 2 days later after payment. Kept on delaying the delivery of items creating absurd reasons as to why. Very rude staff who asked me to take a refund when i asked to make a complaint about the late delivery. Did not leave the customer any option but to accept the a different product and wait 2 whole weeks for a product which was promised delivery in 2 days.

One of the worst service ever. They confirm an item and give price.then next day they say goods not available. This has happend twice in 1 month.
