Just drove across town after speaking to staff member on the phone. Only problem is that the number given to this address is connected to d3 shop and is not here so can't print what I needed.

Quick service and prompt response, initially website had some glitch as it was showing the grand total in Millions however customer support people assisted with Email and job was done very quickly.
Surely will deal in future.
