I renewed an old ad of mine which was posted about a month ago, they charged me for it and then rejected the ad and also took my money, they are not even allowing me to change the ad, its a good scam to make money.

An expensive online service with no real ROI. Would I recommend it: no. Some other platerforms are more efficient and free!

I Faced a proplem with access my acount and i contacted the support team by sending mail for help and i surprised from the fast reply and solving the problem.

Dubizzle has a product backed with purposeful service.
Most webservices have weak customer service unlike Dubizzle right from the 10years I have interacted with them. Always ready to help.

Not a good experience with Dubizzle. They have blocked my account just because i have tried to post one ad which were not as per their policies.

There was no warning or strike before blocking my account.

Even my ad was not live and Dubizzle already rejected it. After rejecting the ad, they blocked my account which i am using since last 10 years and i was a verified user.

Despite the fact that i had 2 car ads on dubizzle posted just a few days ago and I Paid AED 600.00

No refund or reimbursement on those ads. They just removed my ads also.

Since last 10 years i have given alot of business to Dubizzle.

They are not professional at all and do not understand customer needs and satisfaction.

Not acceptable!

Bad inspection, and unreal value of the car. They reduce the price by 30 thousand from the car’s right

I’ve used dubizzle a lot of times, mostly to sell our used items. The last time I used it was to sell my used laptop As usual, the process was smooth and easy, and able to sell the item in no time.

Its a great website and helps us buy and sell almost everything there from property to old items and also get a job. Easy breezy!

Dubizzel was a good platform earlier but now their charges are so high specially when placing an advertisement to sell your vehicle. And also the charges depends on the vehicle category where i was charged 365 AED to sell my personal vehicle on the platform. Before placing the ad I contacted the customer support to verify since charges seems so high and they said they hv an evaluation process and due to the vehicle type and the demand the charges will be calculated. However i placed the ad paying 365 AED but the reach was not up to the mark because i can see how many views. My vehicle is still not sold and exactly after a month the ad got deleted. I wrote my concerns to customer support asking for extension but no favorable response. I now placed my ad in FB marketplace free of charge and I think it’s better than bubizzel.

Have used dubizzle for quite some time and it's the best classifieds app in the region. It makes buying and selling things so easy. The customer representative is also quite helpful if required in the chat.

Where is the management of the company looking? Completely unprofessional staff. App working badly. Search doesn't work. Bar chairs, balcony pots is prohibited items! Adoption snails is prohibited, but adoption of snake and money not? I will recommend to all my friends go to another website for buy and sell!

While the website is generally good I think that they can do better especially with their customer service. I was asked to be verified and would get 2 Featured ads free. I did but when I asked the customer service they said that it expired and were not ready to explain further. Please improve your customer service.

One of the worst trading companies I have ever seen in my life. They are rejecting adds but don't give a specific resaon for rejections so the customer can correct it. The court should fine this company for this behavior.

Poor Place if you want to sell your car because non technical car inspection team, they hide your car in front of you for car inspection when you are going to sell your and may be they will some parts and after that they ask you your car chassis is damaged and we didn't buy your car do what ever you've 10 days back RTA passing certificate. I recommend to all not go that place and sell your car by self on market place

Very bad service from customers support no one attending calls on help line every time sending customers care email which is useless to talk with deduct money from account but add is not going live

What a terrible update. Besides the fact that it was a useless app anyway, now the filtration needs an additional 6 or so steps. Prior to this update I can quickly shift through different car models. Now everytime I want to do that I'll have to restart the [useless] search tool again. How is this company still running with these decisions. Absolutely terrible!

This website is full of scams. And Dubizzle doesn't seem to really care about it. Every time I try to buy a watch it is the same scammer trying to pull of the same scam and it has been months. I can only imagine how many people are getting scammed. I recently put on a dining set for sale and all I get is scammers claiming they live far and they need to use some Fedex service where I have to give them my credit card details. Very disappointing. Not using them again. UPDATE: They have asked me to send them screenshot of the cammers and I sent them FIVE examples. Let's see if they do anything about it.

I went for my car inspection 3 days back and since then i am waiting for a quote from dubizzle pro. I keep following up since 2 days and nobody gets back to me. I have been letting down prospective buyer’s because of this and i have not placed an ad myself as i was waiting for them. Mere waste of time.

Placing an ad in wrong category doesn't mean you can reject the ad and process refund, there should be an email asking the client to post again in right category, help and resolve the problem

Nobody likes to pay again and wait or follow up for his refund payment.once we reach out to customer support they are trained to say "as a goodwill gesture" they will help us post the add for one time, seriously?

is this how you make your clients feel? Even when we pay for the service? Dubizzle acts like they are doing us a BIG favor?

To get more n more money dubizzle is getting lower. Customers support is useless they make you sick with no solution. Delete ads with no reason and after that you will not get any fix.

Posting ad on Dubizzle was a bad idea, I will not recommend this website as their customer service is horrible they don't even pick up your call.delete ads for no reason again you post ad again they will delete. No customer care no professionalism just w3astage of money and time.

I posted 8 ads so far and i all of it i keep receiving fake offers and telephone calls so i cant trust this website no more i removed my number!

soo many scammers and fraud cant even trust anyone there.dubizzle use to be sooo much better back then.well i guess everything has it ending.

I spent 3hours uploading pictures and writing up the most convincing message just to sell the small stuff around the house that i dont need. After all my effort and time wasting away.they just deleted 5 out of my 8ads.just because it "wasnt in the right category". How can a Camping light not belong to "Camping equipment", or chair/sofa cushions not belong to "Home Furniture- Sofa Accessories"?

I am never going to bother with Dubizzle again. Complete waste of time. Better to post on other platforms that are not as uptight and even free.

EDIT: They called and explained the reasons why my ad was deleted stating that each ad is supposed to contain only 1 item. The guy who called was very nice and was polite in explaining. However it still seems a bit ridiculous why u cant put a "sofa" cushion with a "chair" cushion together in one ad ‍️

The worst experience you will get from them they call you and push you to come to buy your car and when you go there they give 30% less of the price of your car,

My car price around 180,000 they give 130,000 unbelievable.

I had very bad experience with company on interview process. These guys are giving project assignment which will take 3 days of work. After completing in management round they expect leadership skill for the technical engineer role. Simply getting solution from interview candidates for free and drop the candidature by simple telling unacceptable reasons. Ppl who stayed long time is head of the engineering and they have no skills than beings there in same company. I literally wasted my time in completing assessment. I suggest the candidates to not do any assesment.

Horrible customer service, been emailing them for 2 weeks now and they are still sending me automated emails that they will get back to me in 2 working days. Its a shame having to leave a review like this for a website that i have used for years!

Edited version: dubizzle has been cooperative enough to resolve technicals issues that I faced during posting advertisement. Though it took a couple of days but finally it was resolved. Thank you Dubizzle team.

Very bad service just took the money 400 aed for car sale add after 24 add is deleted, disapproved, many times following up email call no one responded they just taking money’s but didn’t work proper. I will say to everyone don’t go as paid clinet to dubizzle if you gonna use just use free items bcz no one here to check and balance feed back zero took the money then khalas.

i uploaded one ad only 3 days its showing in dubizzle after that you deleted with out information - these is a normal ad - no isssues why you delete?

I was looking a car and found one Audi 2011, it was inspected by dubizzle, i contacted at given number but no response even after couple of attempts, got a call after 24 hours, booked an appointment for next day, i went for viewing 20 minutes earlier, i requested back support team to send me agent contact but received at appointment time, agent wasn't available at location and 10 minutes late too with the excuse that he was trying to contact the owner, viewing got cancelled after a long wait because the owner was not available. Back support team sitting behind is so unprofessional. Team could have contacted the owner at least one hour before they send me a viewing reminder and to make sure the car owner is available or no. I wasted my time for nothing. My recommendation is to save time and don't buy from dubizzle pro, WHAT A HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great experience, the only painful part is to take the car to their centre for pictures, etc but it was all worth it since our advisor RIyad helped us sell the car with so much ease. He made it very simple and gave us all the assurances we needed at all times.

Dubizzle platform used to be good, unfortunately the new management is only milking people by increasing advertising prices with no extra benefits.
I personally well delete their App from my devices and start to use and support other applications.

It's been almost 11 years I have been a user for Dubizzle! Now they should change the name to DUH Bizzle. They can't make a simple PWA! Both the website and app are using out of date methods of web development also a major privacy breach for alot of people in Dubai. Remember those scammers who call you? They get their data from Dubizzle.

I hope TRA bans them for good if UAE has good anti privacy law here!

Moreover all the scammers and fake jobs are thriving on this platform! They do little to verify ads listing.

Fake ads, bad customer service. I paid AED 400 to place an Ad and they removed the Ad and are unwilling to refund me. Such a waste of money! Don’t use them!

There is no any customer service. In the Free Items section, there are ads in which sellers are mentioning clearly but when you report it. Dubizzle doesn't do anything and the ad is there. Also if the rent and details mentioned in the ad is not correct for room or flat. Dubizzle don't do anything. No matter how many times we report it. There are no rules for those who pay them fees. The website is loosing its credibility very fast.

Very bad experience with dubizzle pro, very late response from sales team, if I don't call they never come back to me, I had to drive 50 kms to read terms and conditions which simply they can send by WhatsApp or email, after I paid the deposit they called me the next day to cancel the sale, unfortunately you might spend hours and days and after all it will be wasted.

Full of fake job ads. I gather information and reported those to dubizzle multiple times but no action.those people are still posting fake ads. Now i am thinking may be dubizzle themselves are posting those ads to get more clicks

I paid to feature my ad for 1 month, after 6 days they deleted my ad. Emailed them requesting for a solution and but nothing got fixed, they just said that the ad was active, and they sent me a link with the wrong ad.

Zero customer service. Am trying to reach any contact from dubizzle from 1 week now. My ad have been removed from the system after 2 days only.

Very poor platform, there is no any contact support, i have been constatly harrased to sell the car by dubizzle team. Big mistake for posting the add, they just use your database and then bomb you with stupid messages.

Very Poor website, Expensive cost of advertising. No statistical support of viewing history. This website is more intrested in making money for itself rather than promoting the ads. Costomer service is pathetic.

Ripping people off. They claim that my advert were commercial and this is not true. They took my money to feature my adverts and then they suspended my account. They are a messed up company. Please avoid paying them any money.

I have paid 50 AED for renting out a room but very sadly came to know my Add has been removed just after one week.

Good customer support and a great website to get almost everything and easy to sell. Plus placing an advertisement for most categories is free.

Ripoff company with useless disappointing customer support (04 446 6800 99% of the time on answering machine!)

I purchased on 3rd October 2017 their AED 400 package (50 cvs are allowed to review) as I was looking for Filipino staff to join a business. It was the worst experience I had as long as I can remember. Their Searching engine was restricted, it doesn't allow you to specify your needs (unlike how I got attracted and bought their package!) So it was time consuming and useless as the CVs keep showing up repetitively.

When I Emailed them (6 emails so far) and asked for fixing the issue or refund me, they (Ms Jessica calls her name Wonder Woman and later on Mr Ahmed AKA Arrow!) promised to help and pass it to the technical team (I doubt they have some one) BUT it was all talk in the air no action was taken and no care or attention or any respect.

Therefore, I DO NOT recommend purchasing from them, and I will report them now to the Dubai Economy- Know your Consumer rights
PS: I first email them about this matter on 3 October and the last email I received from them was on 7 October! Please see attached screenshot their best response email!
