We were a bit stuck as we had quite a bit of luggage to carry and were flying out late afternoon, but had some more activities planned for the day. I had no idea that this service existed and was told by a friend to check it out. The luggage was collected on our doorstep, bags were checked in and tagged and we received our boarding passes on the spot. Everything was printed out on a mobile printer. I was blown away by the service and that they were prepared to accommodate our timings for the day. I can’t speak highly enough about Mr Mohammed Aqil helped by Mr Samuel. They were a n time and the whole process was quick and efficient. I would definitely recomendo this service and these two very friendly and professional gentleman. Thank you.

Such a fantastic service. We had surf boards and they usually take a long time to come through. Thankfully we had DUBZ booked and we walked straight out the door, home in bed less than an hour after landing. Boards delivered the next morning as requested

We booked this service from Australia, we received the confirmation instantly, and some one from DUBZ contacted us to share the bag tags from Melbourne, once we shared the bag tags via WhatsApp, we got down in Dubai and our bags were delivered to our room with in 1 hour after we arrived to our hotel.

I am not sure this service can be trusted with luggage:) I placed my order twice and had a call a third time 24 hours later since I never received any email or confirmation. They still couldn't find the order.
The call center agents are nice and helpful but the process is completely unorganized.

This is one of the best airport experience I had at my home. Travelling with kid or infant, this is the best option. All baggages checked in at home along with boarding pass issued. We just have to clear the immigration and head to our flight.

After requesting to deliver our baggage asap because we have a baby as they usually deliver 2-3 hours after landing, the baggage was delivered as soon as we got home! Was sooo easy traveling hands free and hassle free especially with a baby! Will definitely be using them again!

This is the first time we used this service as we had a large number of luggage. We made a booking by calling the phone number and made the payment for the service. The team arrived on time. They checked all our 7 pcs in provided the boarding pass. There were some issues with the excess luggage payment. However agent Mr Mohammed Aqil did not give up and he continued tried in several ways until he was successful. Mr Aqil comes with a Promise helper he was good too. This service was worth the money we paid and convenience is great. As we had checked our luggage in it avoided us going to the airport 3 hours early and standing in line to check luggage. Very very conveniet. Great Service.

Excellent service. Very professional, definitely recommended. Making the booking was so easy, two gentleman lead by Ahsan came to my house to collected the luggage and handed over the boarding pass along with luggage tags. After a half hour Ahsan sent me photos of my luggage being wrapped and ready to go.

Excellent customer service.

This service was easy to book and the Emirates staff who came to do the baggage pickup and check-in were cordial and very efficient. They were done with weighing and tagging the bags and issued the boarding pass within 15 minutes. I will definitely use them again if my bags arrive at my destination without any issues.

Professional, friendly and punctual. Booked Dubz Airport Service for today Saturday May 7th. The agent Mohammed Aqil contact me the day before, confirmed the time of pick up. Next day, he and his team arrived right on time. The luggages and boarding passes were finalized in a matter of minutes! Couple of hours later, our bags are at the airport!
