He treat us with very bad way
I try to tell him that you have to respect your customers but no hope.

I have been visiting this place when ever i come to dubai for the past three years. It is showing remarkable improvement

Well organised and decorated place that reflects the ethiopian culture, lovely and polite waiters, and very delicious food.
I felt relaxed when I was there.

Prices are a little bit high.

Dakkam Ethiopian Restaurant is a wonderful place and serves the most delicious and very tasty Ethiopian food.

One of the oldest restaurant in eastern provinces where delicious and tasty grill foods are served.
They have separate family section opened recently.

Excellent food but costly, staffs are very friendly. They should reduce at least 25% of their menu prices.

We had a wonderful lunch at Dukem Grill & Restaurant, we have to say, we were very much impressed. The food is just like mamma made and an authentic Ethiopian food we ever had, absolutely delicious! We ordered Dukem special which has almost everything that the restaurant offers, and their famous Tibs, we absolutely loved it, delicious food, everything is a fresh flavors and made out of love, with a genuine hospitality. The Buffet looked stunning, served with a wide spread traditional dishes. The ambiance is great, it's warm and inviting, the decoration and design of the house, we felt that we are seating in a resort, and the place is absolutely spotless clean. Outstanding restaurant with amazing food, and services! We can't wait to go back again!

Staffs who work in store are really amazing so genuine and friendly but when you call for delivery the service is terribly bad. Not recommended at all

Dukem Ethiopian resturant is on of the best resturant in Dubai, I have no words how you will enjoy their menus! Highly recommend for authentic Ethiopian food! And the location is very accessible by taxi or bus!

Dukem is my #1 choice when it comes to Ethiopian food. The food is amazing plus the service is great. The restaurant itself is also unique which is decorated in traditional Ethiopian theme. Keep up the good work

I noticed only one thing missing. Online Availability. Please try to make the restaurant available on zomato or any other apps which will allow to order online. I'm sure you will benefit from that and we can enjoy your meal from any were.

Well, the restaurant is cultural and beautiful but what’s the point? The food is HORRIBLE. If you are looking for a place with a cold and spoiled food which will get you sick instantly, I highly recommend this beautiful restaurant. So disappointed at the food.

Since I move to Dubai which is like for 4 years I always order Ethiopian Food from this restaurant there food is always amazing but Today 10-03-22, I ordered Dukem special which they make the price 71AED it was bad firfir In it. I never mind paying that kind of money to this restaurant but today really it was a bad Experience but the cashier insist to send me new Firfir Thank you for that but but don’t change your quality

In the middle of crazy and simple and sometimes getto deirah u will find this place absolutely beautiful, clean and oh man the food is wonderfully delicious you must try some Etiopian In this place

Nice but the hand wash area not in the same room. Also no enough space.

The service was one of the best I have received in Dubai. Very pleasant staff, food was served promptly, food quality was excellent.
 Food was tasty and the recommended dishes from the waitress were just perfect. I highly recommend you try Ethiopian and Zagol is THE place to experience it. Great price too.

Good Ethiopian food. Frequent by locals and introduced by my taxi driver. Might not be for everyone but definitely for the more adventurous
