Worst response. I was told that it would be delivered in 45 days and now it is more than 90 days and till now no update despite several follow-ups. They don't even bother to update the status.

The worst service ever experienced. I sent some cargos to Kerala. Half reached with boxes damaged. Waiting for the balance. Now 100 days and still counting.

We had warehoused our household appliances and furnitures for more than 1 year. Everything was safe and later, even without our supervision (we were not in Dubai at that time), as per our instructions, they, very carefully sent it to our home.
We got the things at our home in good shape. Packing and all was done very well. There was no damage or any other problems, with the things as well as the dealings.

This is v the n second time I have used their services and like last time it has been top notch. The team is courteous and goes out of their way to assist you to make the move simple and easy.

My glass and porcelain utensils got broken (4 plates, 6 glasses and cups). It also took more than 3 months to arrive at the destination. There is way to know where exactly your cargo is. They will randomly say that it is pending in customs or in-transit.

Sent my cargo, mostly appliances and furniture, from Dubai to Mangalore via Kochi port on 4th july 2022. It took about 40 days to reach destination as expected. Customs clearance at Kochi port was smooth and i received the cargo at my apartment in Mangalore the next day. Everything was smooth. Dunes is a thoroughly professional company from packing to loading and all paperwork. Highly recommended

I did choose a door to door cargo service from Dunes and the service was good and they did make the delivery on the stipulated date.
The rates are very much in accordance to market rates.
We can try bargaining if possible. I believe you can call them and take a quote after mentioning your requirements, they help you with rest of the processes.

This is the second time that I have availed their services, it has been a pleasurable experience for me on both the occasions. Dunes team did answer my queries to the extent possible by them. The owner did call me back and clear few queries of mine when I had requested them too connect me to him.
Cargo services from UAE to India is being done by multiple players, I have tried a few in the past. I believe Dunes stands a cut above the rest in the case of costing and service. I have recommended a few friends of mine to try out their services from my experience. You can give their service a try after talking to them and clearly mentioning your requirements and expectations beforehand. That would help to clear out a lot of unwanted expectations from our side, as from my past experiences of sending cargo a lot of factors have to play out right for timely delivery.

Positives first.

The initial dealings in Dubai went smooth. Collecting our things from Cochin shipyard also went smooth. They (the party at the shipyard) arranged for the driver, and he was very professional. No complaints there. However, the packing was completely useless. Broke over 75% of our ceramics (dinner plates, and bowls), glass bottles and bowls, kitchen stuff, make-up & artificial jewellery. It was like they couldn't care less about what happened to our stuff. I have no clue why we paid so much to get our stuff broken and transported here. I had throw away most of our stuff we brought from Dubai. I should also mention they forgot to pack the mixer grinder which we had asked them to. There probably is no accountability for the workers. The workers have very careless attitude and it definitely reflects in the packing. Some of the ceramic plates were just wrapped with a single sheet of paper and thrown into the box, and all of them were broken. It is so hard to see all of our hard earned money wasted and destroyed like this.

Also, unless you ask them, they will not update you on where your things are.

Extremely disconcerted and disappointed with the service. Will NOT recommend.
