I am so happy that a place like this exists. It was super easy and I was not an easy customer with a lot of questions. ;) They picked up the bike from the seller, checked it, brought it to RTA to do the test and then brought it to me. I had to do very little in the whole thing. Wasim was also super patient answering all my questions and gave me some great advice.
From now on, I'll immediately go to Duseja for anything motorcycle related.

I bought my first bike in UAE (Honda CB650F) second hand. I had been to 3 to 4 different bike garages in Sharjah and Dubai. But none made the extra effort to actually pin point the issues on the bike and get it fixed. They either suggested changing the part or they were too lethargic to even find out the root cause. My main man WASIM is awesome at Duseja Moto took care of me and my bike in the most professional manner and actually took the effort to find out the root cause of the issues I had with the bike and suggested the correct way the issue can be resolved also while being cost sensitive. They didn’t want me to blow a load of cash on unnecessary parts. I would highly recommend meeting Wasim at Duseja to have the best, honest and professional service for your beloved bike. Did my bike last service there but I was a little disappointed with the staff. They took almost 4 weeks to deliver my bike back and still missing some issues to be fixed. I also asked them to repaint a few spots hut it was poorly done. They look disorganized and lost and most times you get to the shop and there's literally nobody to talk to.

Was very happy and pleased to go there every single time.
Get my bikes serviced there and what I love the most is the “U Fix Program” where you and work on your own bike as well.

They have a wide selection of used bikes for sale as well.

Overall a great experience to get my Aprilia serviced as Duseja were dealers for Aprilia before. Bike feels ever more rejuvenated after a good service. Will be definitely considering Duseja as my go to place for further bike related work.

Even though I live in Abu Dhabi I decided to use Duseja because they had a strong reputation for good work. They picked up and dropped off my scooter and in between did all the work required to get us back on the road again. 2 weeks since getting my scooter back she is still running great. Wow, I would definitely feel guilty if I didn’t leave a 5 to whole Duseja team, they definitely did an excellent job from A to Z on my Vespa GTS 300 cc. First visit was for oil changed and etc, they found the Gasket didn’t sound alright and they got it changed, I loved they way how Duseja looked after my Vespa, it feels like they own it and I have to say they do the service with compassion, great knowledge and skills.
The second visit to Duseja was another excellent job well done. My motorcycle got scratches by an accident and it looked so bad, it took only 3 days for Duseja team to got the frame repainted and wow they did repaint it so meticulously. Like “ nothing happened before”. I’m still happy while writing the review. They deserve it and i would definitely recommend Duseja to everyone, the price is very reasonable and mainly you know that your motorcycle will be in good hands and good hearted service people of Duseja.

Went in for a bike wash. Aed 65. Charlie took great care of my bike. Good service and good price. A coffee vending machine or good place a sit would have been nice since it takes about an hour.

Had a good experience with 2 bikes over the last 18 months. Faced an issue with the 3rd bike in June as they didn’t use proper gaskets and instead used sealant. After taking the bike from the workshop by 10 days, it started leaking oil. Took the bike to HD and found out that they didn’t do a quality job and had to pay AED 3,000 to rectify the error they made. Not going to visit again I believe.

Have been bringing my bikes to Duseja for a quite a few years now, they have always been polite and worked on any issues I had and I believe they have sound mechanics who work from their hearts to do they best they can and i find it hard to find fault with any of the staff there right now. It maybe a little more expensive than other places but that is life, you get what you pay for and paying a little more for something you put your life on each time you go out, i believe it is worth it.

We are trying to support this local company. But, the clients need to deal with an extremely rude and unprofessional staff (a Filipino lady) at the front desk. This an issue that the owners need to address for sustainability of their business.

They solve main two issues in mv agusta brutale 800 that mv agusta dealer took two months unable to solve it, and they just did it in two working days i really appreciate their efforts beside that all staff was respectful and friendly

I had repaired my bike here. Tito named mechanic worked on it. Sweet talker but not so sweet at work mechanic. The lady in charge (some filipino) has an attitude as if she is doing a favor on you. They had priced the repair higher and when asked for breakdown, they couldnt justify the 600 aed extra. "Just some consumables and labour" she said. Even though labour was added per hour separately and the consumables too. When pointed it out she offered to give discount in the next servicing. They are a complete rip off. I have no experience in purchasing or selling a bike here but definitely not a place worth visiting for repairs. Sly people charge a premium to fool customers. Quality of work nothing different than the workshops in sharjah industrial area. Have recommended all my friends to avoid this garage at any cost.

Top place to take care of your motorbike. Easy to find and close to the main roads. Price per work hour is 200 AED. They also sell pre owned bike which they service to give you the best possible guarantee of flawless operation. And always willing to discuss those winding mountains roads with you)

Nice set of bikes on display. Especially if you'd like to see some Triumphs there for Service or on Sale. Only drawback was I didn't find anyone in the store who could help except for the mechanic working on the bikes. Guess they might've all been busy. Nevertheless, a good place to start if you are looking to buy a bike.
