Always Dis appointed to buy items from home box. This is my second time in 2 years i mistakenly purchased once again few days ago from home bos store 2 wardrobes. Today delivery came for wardrobe delivery and installation wwithout door and damage wardrobe doors. What a responsible people working at thier wherhouses what a surpriuse for me. And i made complaint at call helpline they said delivery busy is so much busy doing deliveries not possible to arrange deliver doors of the wardrobe today. First we waited for week to get it delvier then this issue. Just becuase of home box delivery and whare house mis management issues we cannot do our house shifting.such a disappointment!

The amazon section you need safety shoes and high visibility vest to enter and be prepared to wait for hours and hours and for the people who don’t know this is DXB4 for FBA deliveries

I would like to rate this service less than one star, sharing my experience with this company is very pathetic.order a product from centre point and they deliver to wrong person, today i receive a call from Mr. Abdul Rasheed the delivery guy from DWC, i would like to mention that he dont know who is a customer or the basics of customer service very rude and insulted me. Raced a complaint already to centre point. Take necessary action against this otherwise you will lose the customers.
