One of the worst customer services i got they simply ignore and gives false appointments. The lady named Saritha in reception also gave appointments for sending technicians for service and simply ignored as well and you have to run after them. Last time to deal with such company

This is not a reliable company nor the staff.
There are many companies who are desperate, dedicated, desciplined towards the business. Dxb solutions are not at all serious towards what they do.

Have been a customer of DXB Solutions for 3 years and cannot share how much satisfied i am with the seamless experience by Mr. Mohamed, extremely happy with the service.

Extremely unprofessional staff, couldn’t resolve a minor issue for almost 10 days.

Not responding to calls or messages not to be recommended any where in U. A. E

0/ 100 Rating company.

Never on time and will just tell you that it’s scheduled to come for fixing the issue, later when the call is made no one will respond however if called from a new number the same is responded and again same excuse provided that it’s scheduled.

We were looking around to buy a solar water heater & one of my friend suggested DXB Solutions. Glad we did. The team was very professional and helpful especially Mr Mohamed. 100% recommended. We received very gud price and everything was done very fast.

I never see an irresponsible team like DXB Solutions in my life.their sales & service team is very poor. I never suggest this company to anyone.

I had a issue with my solar water heater, DXB Solution's technician came for inspection, charged me 200AED for service charge and told me the parts are not available in UAE, So you have to purchase new solar panel and water heater which is costing 7000AED with installation, later on I inquired from another contracting company, they brought new parts costing 700AED and fixed my water heater ;)

Very bad service. I have been asked to bring my waterpump to their Ras al Khor wharehouse. 5 days later my pump is not fixed and they asked to comeback to collect it due to no technicians available.
